Internet is terrible. Clerks are awesome, mgt is mediocre. It’s flat, big parking lot but clean

After making reservations almost a year ago, we arrived to the campsite to find a major event going on. The campground was full of parked cars and school buses. There were also people tailgating and we were unable to even drive down the row to our site. There were 10-15 people sitting behind our site so we had to ask them to move. Very busy and noisy campground. We called two different numbers to reach someone with the campground, however, no one answered. There are basically no facilities available for campers - just a dirty bathroom at the playground. After making numerous phone calls, we finally reached someone who gave us a refund. Just thought others should know what you might find upon arrival.

Had an amazing time! Only stayed two nights while we evacuated Florida for hurricane Milton but we were welcomed with open arms from staff and neighboring travelers. Kids didn’t want to leave the park and we had a nice time walking around. Would definitely come again. Thanks for everything!

For a one night stay or a stay for sporting events - this place is perfect. Easy to get to and everyone's friendly. Pull-thru sites from either direction for most. Full hookup is a bit wonky. Bring something for the final rise to sewer connection (on the island with electric and water connections). Plenty of restaurants and gas stations around. $57 a night - not bad. This is truly one amazing sports complex.

We were at sight 74. Next to small island of trees which gave us a little separation No PM shade. Very easy walk to baseball complex. Site 13 gets PM shade

Awesome spot for the RV hookup. Quiet and with an awesome little water park for kids and playground. Kids road their bikes around and had a blast. Will definitely be back.

First, let me say that it's great when a city or county builds a nice, clean, safe RV park. This one can be used for visitors to the sports complex as well people just visiting the area. This park has a couple of design issues. First, the spaces are not very level. Second, there isn't a proper place to park either the truck, which is towing an RV trailer/ 5th wheel, or the vehicle towed behind a motorhome. I'm not complaining, but I do think that these are issues that visiting RVers should know that they will encounter.

Wasn't sure where the office was...had to phone from car in RV area. Would have been nice to have been told that when I called in for reservation. Site doesn't have a picnic table. Little space to park tow vehicle.

Nice place to stay. It is a very large parking lot but they do have a big playground if you have small children. No real Amenities except use of a gym inside the building but we are here for work so not a huge deal. We are close to lots of shopping and restaurants! That’s the bonus for us!

We stayed here for one night during a road trip. Pros: It was super easy to reserve a spot online. The park was easy to find and not too far from the interstate. Totally paved and level site. Quiet and clean. Seemed secure. Cons: the place seems to be a parking lot with hook-ups. Sites are pretty tight. Not a place to vacation, but just fine for an overnight or if you’re there to attend an event. The rates are a bit steep for what you’re getting ($52/nite). The park was a LOT more full than was depicted on the online site selection tool, so I don’t think management keeps on top of that.

I like the kids Park and the soccer field. It's basic. I cannot put 5 stars because there is anything special. It's a parking lot set up for RV. It's not bad.

Great stopover or if you have to do outpatient at one of the hospitals, they allow you up to 90 days and more with doctors note. Great for UAB in and outpatient stays.

We spent one night at the campgrounds while traveling on our way to the Gulf. It's not a campground you'd vacation at. It's more meant for those attending sporting events at the Metroplex. Was fine and safe for an overnight. Reasonable price as well.
