My family and I are sitting in the camper right now discussing what a great time we are having here. We love this place. Everything is so convenient here. We haven't drove anywhere since we got here a couple days ago. If you stay here, you have to pay attention to the activities listed for the time you are here. The golf cart parades are what our kids liked best. Thanks so much to the check in staff that informed us of the military/veterans discount that gave us a free night. The customer service here has been top notch all the way.

Made reservations the last minute based on other reviews and the website and we were not disappointed. What a great place with allot to do...free putt putt...5 buck paddle boat rentals...nice clean pool...a couple nice b-ball courts...nice pond with hungry bluegill. Oh and the cabin was clean and relatively well stocked. The golf cart parade was hilarious as was family karaoke. Love the screened in front porch and fire pit with a picnic table. I would definitely recommend renting a golf cart since the place is huge and it’s fun to cruise around. We loved it.

We were very excited about staying here with our family for the first time and were, sadly, very disappointed. We called the main number to book our reservation and confirmed everything about our stay. However, after driving several hours with four children, we were told we could not enter the park for a few more hours! Apparently, there was a Halloween trick-or-treating event going on for three hours and during that time no vehicles were permitted to drive in the park. We were never told anything about this when we booked our stay. If we had been told there would be a several hour window where we would not be able to set up then we obviously would have altered the time we left our home that morning. When we were finally permitted to enter after dark, we set up our camper in the pitch black. Not an ideal situation at all. The site we were given was not remotely level and actually slanted down a hill quite a bit. The campground was decked out for Halloween, which was a fun atmosphere, but there was absolutely no care at all for a noise level even after 11 PM. We are realistic people and understand that people are there to have a fun time and would certainly not assume it would be quiet by 8 PM. But even after 11 PM it was like being at a club. Overall, the experience was not at all what we had hoped it would be and the employees had zero desire to try work with us to make it slightly better. The worst part is that we paid the premium price of $78 for one disappointing night.

The campground was very clean and had several activities. We enjoyed the carnival being near the pool area due to the adequate parking available for vehicles. Our kids enjoyed our stay over the weekend. The escort to the site was exceptional customer service! We will def be returning for our second trip next year. The only negative is lack of golf cart availability. I’m certain the campground knows this is a negative, saw they purchased 20 new ones recently. But, we are booked over a year in advance for 2020 and already on the wait list. Maybe should allow outside golf car companies to rent their carts to the park?

We spent three days in one of the Christmas Cabins with 5 adults and 3 kids. Space was somewhat tight (if the kids were teens it might have been too tight) but the cabin was clean and comfortable. Would recommend renting a golf cart to get around the large campgrounds and the free shuttle to Holiday World was a great option. The kids loved running around the large deck. The kitchen was small, but functional. The beds were somewhat less comfortable, but were good enough for "camping." Overall, all the kids had a ton of fun there, and that's what we're really there for.
