Just a beautiful campground. Last night they a large bonfire that was amazing. Do to certain circumstances I couldn't use our shower so went to the bath house. I have been camping for 54 years and never have I ever seen such clean restrooms

Quiet, pretty views. Helpful staff. Roads are poor. Bathrooms are old plywood style. Needs some upgrades. In my two week trip this was the lowest quality KOA I stayed at.

Very nice KOA BUT... road noise combined with the amount of traffic (on gravel) inside the park spoils the rating. Also a spoiler is how unlevel the spaces are. Have stayed in dozens of KOAs & this is not typical but needs to be remedied. Nice little lake with fishing, kayaks & row boats available. Lots of cabins, big bounce pillow, basketball court, playground & doggy park. All things you'd expect from KOA. However, there are many long term campers who head to work at the crack of dawn in noisy diesels also spoiled our stay.

Not the best KOA but adequate. The campground is very hilly and it seems there are a lot of permanent residents living here. Kind of adds a trailer park feel to the place. Surprising that the closest KOA to Pittsburgh isn't nicer.

We were able to easily get into the campground. There was an area in front of the office to unhook Toad. Although there are some tight turns, we were able to maneuver around with no issues. They easily handle big rigs. Sites are close together, however relatively easy to get in and out of. There was room in our site for the truck, 5th wheel and jeep. Gravel or Asphalt roads through the campground. Sites are level. Sites were gravel for the camper, with a nice grass area to sit outside. Each site had a picnic table. Very well maintained. Good Verizon coverage. It was very easy to get DirecTV satellite. This was a fine campground. We would definitely stay again. We were only there for 2 days, it isn’t a destination campground, but it is a nice place to rest up.

My stay there was wonderful. The Staff are so friendly. Cabin was very clean. Bathrooms and showers are clean, nice and maintained. Plenty of activities. Not just will I recommend this Campground to anybody I would definitely stay there again. Thank you all so much.

We just stayed overnight. This was better than some other KOAs I’ve been to. They had all of the right hookups, but the site wasn’t level. The gravel was washed away on the roads which made navigating somewhat interesting. For the quality of our stay, I’m not sure $50 was worth it. In a pinch I would do it again, but not if I had a cheaper alternative.

Stopped at this KOA for one night, as we were just passing through town. The one positive I can say is it is a convenient stop off of the highway. We stay at KOA's, because we know what to expect and like the high standards they set. NOT the case for this one! It is literally like moving into a trailer park. While walking our dogs around the campground, it appears there are a LOT of long-term residents. Their sites are messy with junk all around and not kept up at all! A lot of their rigs are dirty and in need of repair. One of our "neighbors" did build a nice lean-two to protect all of this motorcycles. Quiet time is until 8:00 a.m. however with all of the "residents" having to leave for their jobs between 5:00 a.m.. and 7:00 a.m. and the noise from their vehicles, sleeping in a bit is not an option. Unfortunately...we will not return to this campground, and I cannot give it a better review, because it is not up to the standards as most other KOA's we stay at.

We did a “one last thing before school” with our kids. The location is very convenient. The kid’s jumping pillow, playground and pool were perfect! The bathrooms look like they were recently redone and clean! The staff were very friendly to us! My two turnoffs were the ground at the tent sight was quite hard and slightly downhill (I recall years ago they used to be sand). Lastly our RV neighbors were not ery friendly and were quite loud going into the night (which isn’t the fault of the ownership/management). Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves!

Over all, camping was nice. They allowed us to check in without a reservation, on a busy night. As we're traveling, the amenities available were perfect. Our neighbors were polite and very helpful. However, the women at the front desk have terrible people skills. They were rude, and argumentative. They checked us into an occupied spot and I have to convince her the spot was taken. When we asked where to get firewood, we were sent to a non existent place, only to find out it was LITERALLY right behind the the office... 3 feet from where she was standing. If customer service improved, I would give this a 5 star. The bath/shower building was very nice, and clean. The pool was well taken care of, and the sites are well groomed.

This is absolutely the worst campground I've ever been to. We stay with KOA because we know what to expect when we get there. Not with this one. The first thing I noticed was the smell, septic. It was late and dark when we arrived, or I would have known what the smell was. When we got into the cabin, it was dirty and hot. I turned on the AC, and it barely blew cold air at all. I removed the filter and I was packed with dust. I wish now I had taken a picture, but I was too disgusted at the time. I cleaned it out in the sink and put it back in. Then decided to lay down and try to sleep. The mattress reminded me if the old wrestling mats from high school. Barely two inches thick and no padding at all. I could feel the wood from the bed poking into every joint. I slept maybe an hour or so, after tossing and turning until I was absolutely exhausted. When we got up in the morning, I looked out the window and saw row after row of septic tanks about 50 feet from the cabin. Found out why the whole park smells septic. I can't, in good conscience, recommend this place to anyone, not even my enemies. KOA should end all affiliation with this place.

I'm torn. It's a decent park with nice scenery and many amenities, just DON'T get a site within the first row or you will not be sleeping at night. The oil & gas industry workers drive their huge diesel trucks in and out of that place at all hours of the night and morning. We had work in the area as well so we reserved a spot for several nights and were placed in the first row right by the path the diesel trucks use to come and go and so we were rattled awake all night every night. Also, the huge laundry room looked to be a fabulous amenity at first sight and indeed they do have a wash and fold service, but when I went to do my laundry I found that most of the washers were out of order leaving only four working for the many tenants, forcing me to use an industrial sized washer that cost $6.50 per load. The Washington/ Pittsburgh KOA on the southeast side of town seems to have figured out the issue with the noisy trucks and places those guests in a part of the campground out of the way of the recreational campers so that's where we'll be staying.

Previously set date, got the muddiest site.no spot for a fire unless you want to take a chance of burning down your neighbors camper or fry your own awning, No tree coverage to make you feel like your in the woods, very dissatisfied so far and I've been here less than an hour. Update, next day, go out to parents for a visit come back to site to find new camper in the site in front of me ( facing me, awning to awning) which is again against camping ediquet . To find that's the way it's set up, never was told that I'd have to look at another camper face to face . NEVER CAMP AT THIS KOA. TOTALLY DISCUSTED. If it wasn't for my son with special needs, he wouldn't understand if I would leave, I'd leave now. I can see if they were with me as a group then fine. Most people camping here work with the pipeline and start trucks early and wake you up. In my opinion, this is not a KOA quality campground, and should be revoked from such KOA name brand of quality, and expectanance of a KOA.

Had a great site, large with nice landscaping. Campground was tidy and staff very helpful. Bathhouse was super clean. This is not so much a recreational location but it was great for any overnight traveling through.

I've stayed at this place for 25 years. And I have never had a problem. The most recent time we stayed at the red roof kabin. Didn't hear a sound from inside. It was clean. Had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly. The best way to end the weekend is with the pancake breakfast. It's all you can eat for 2.50. and the staff is so awesome! We did the bingo again the staff is awesome! We have never had an issue with the bathrooms being dirty. You understand you are "camping" right? If you want fresh linens every day and complimentary Continental breakfast maybe stay at a Holiday inn?
