Enjoyed our stay here but it's a rv park no rooms

This park has been running downhill for the last 3 years. Potholes, bad water for 10 months. Continues to find additional charges for the tenants. Five years ago it was a resort that was kept up nicely and had decent standards. Currently, it looks like a 50-year-old run-down trailer park. Rattlesnakes and coyotes are a big problem. They barely keep the laundry repaired. A very poorly managed park that was purchased by a corporation with the dollar is better than repeat customers. It was such a beautiful place to stay, so sad it has gone so far down.

Numerous attempts over 2 months (Oct-Dec 2022) to make a reservation by email and phone. No response.

**Edit** Issue was resolved, I do like the park location and one of the few in the San Diego area that doesn't have ant problems. Would recommend with the reservation that customer service is unduly slow. I have been a permanent resident for 6 months and am currently out of town. Been trying to get the rent payment app code for 17 days including 3 emails and 7 phone calls. Only one phone call was answered and instead of giving me the code over the phone I was told it would be emailed which of course has not happened. They get a 2 at this point only because the groundskeepers are friendly and maintain the area well

We stayed for 3 nights in August what a great place, friendly staff everything was clean and worked perfect. They have a little issue with the water but will work it out soon don't let it stop you from visiting we had no trouble with it (I an a water production supervisor). We had the best spot in the park and it was cool and quiet can't wait to come back and stay longer.

WiFi is horrible I have to reconnect every 5 seconds especially for being in the middle of nowhere this is lame

Space 92, you are a cruel mistress to find! Ugh. Anyway, the neighbors are friendly as all getup, and the grounds are well kept and clean. If you need a jump, don't ask me because I just fried my cables but someone around here is sure to be able to Macguyver that mofo for you in a jiffy. If not, forget the battery and stroll amidst the fresh air and country ambiance. Definitely do not attempt to cross the road with any traffic coming, you will end up like a flapjack in a steam press! Plenty of recreation, and friendly front office staff to monitor and receive all your Amazon packages

Nice clean quiet RV park.

This place is terrible. It is a run-down dump. The people were generally nice, but the "amenities" were tremendously unkempt. ||||We booked a 50 amp spot, and upon arrival, we met a nice employee who told us our rig wouldn't fit in our original spot. So, she re-booked us into a different spot, which was too small, and only had 30 amp service. ||||Not only that, when we checked in, there was a "boil water" notice. I asked the clerk about it, and she said that it had been in effect "since October". She was nice, but very nonchalant and dismissive about virtually everything.||||This place was overrun with full-timers who didn't take the least amount of care to keep their spaces neat and tidy. ||||Skip this place.

Mainly long stay or living in park. Might try in future

The office personnel is very friendly. The problem we had were the workers that stay at Ramona Oaks. We wanted to enjoy the pool with our family but every other word was F bombs. My son asked if they could tone it down because of the children and it just got worse. This is not a family campground.

Would not allow me to stay as my RV, is a horse trailer with living quarters, " no horse trailers", it was noted that is what I have when I made my reservation

This ain't an rv resort it's a RV park. We reserved a space with shade and were moved to a space that was blasted by the sun all day long in 100 degree weather. We won't be going back and I don't recommend this place to anyone.
