We have spent the last couple of 4th of July weekends in our 5th wheel at this fine RV park. We enjoy backing up to the river and watching kids float by. Lots of mature trees for shade. Staff is helpful in finding and parking our rig. Kelsey in the office greats you like an old friend. She is very welcoming and accommodating. Always puts a smile on our faces. Will be back next year to meet new friends we've met.

Super tidy rv park with a spectacular location right on the Big Thompson River. Tons of trees for shade and even a trail to walk the dogs. Thrilled to have found such a gem! Close to Rocky Mountain state park and Loveland so you get nature and get to be close to all of the luxuries you might need. Friendly and helpful staff! It was wonderful to have them help us get situated upon arrival so we felt welcome right from the start. Site 120 is perfect for a full hookup and the sounds of the river. Spending time here is an absolute delight.

staff was incredibly friendly which i always so nice. we chose a river spot and it was great. access to the water to swim with our dogs. i was a little worried reading other reviews about a sewage smell but we didn’t have that issue where we were located. wifi was included which was nice so we could watch some television in the evening. only downside is the dirt/gravel which makes everything much more dirty but definitely not a deal breaker. nice play area for kids and also had a dog park with some toys in there. easy access to go up the canyon and also to the downtown loveland area. we would absolutely return!

The park itself was nice. There was a gal in the office when we checked in that was amazing. Unfortunately the day we left an employee was bringing equipment for us to top off air in one of our 5th wheel tires. He was driving a golf cart too fast and when turning the cart lost control and it struck our camper. We filled out the necessary incident report for insurance. They promised they would follow up with us. Assured us in fact. We never heard a word back from them. So needless to say this put a serious damper on our opinion of this park and it's owner. Employees were nice. Owner never took any responsibility on folliw up

This is our 4th stay here and we love it. We love being by the river and waking up to the sound of the water. We have a 5yr old that loves playing in the water. During the summer it’s weekly rates unless you are a full timer, they have spots for both. The location is close to everything in Loveland and not far from Estes Park. They have a large area for kids to play on the playground, play basketball or anything else they can think up. We have T-Mobile WiFi and get great service. The staff is amazing and during our 4 stays, they have felt like friends. We had a situation and the managers could have not been more supportive and passionate. Kelsi the manager is awesome and will do whatever she can to make the campground safe and comfortable. I can’t say enough about how great the staff is and how much we love staying here.

We stayed here a couple weeks ago and had a lovely experience. All employees we interacted with were kind and helpful. It's a huge park with lots of trees and open areas and a path by the river. Great place to walk our dogs. We were supposed to return this week after visiting family in Nebraska. However, our truck completely died and as full-time RVers, that means we are stuck until we can purchase a new truck. We called to let Riverview know we couldn't make it and they were so, so understanding. We only had to pay a small fee for our cancelation, despite the late notice. We have family in this area and visit multiple times a year. Riverview will now be our permanent choice for where to stay!

I loved being close to town but also feeling like being in the wilderness. The spaces were very close together, not very level and not great to sit out and enjoy or sit up a pen for our pups. We also was not told that you could not pick up any television stations even with an antenna.

It was a beautiful park. Very spacious spaces. You are able to fish in the river the entire length of the RV park. When we were there and I believe every Sat night in the summer there is a concert at the little park there. Bring your chairs any beverages. And enjoy your self. Very nice people in the office will definitely be back.

I love this campground! The office staff is friendly and professional... like 5-star hotel professional! I like that the campsites and roads are gravel and dirt. I like to walk around, look at other rigs, and talk to other campers, and gravel is easier on my feet and legs than concrete. The bathrooms and showers are very clean. The showers had warm water. It's quiet. There is a dirt trail all around the campground, and part of it goes along the Big Thompson River with stunning views. There are lots of trees for shade. It's conveniently located to everything you could need or want.

Beautiful location right by the river. We could walk down to it directly from our campsite. The water is shallow enough to place a chair in. It is VERY COLD water, but it feels so good with the Summer sun. Spots are nice, well maintained and clean. Bathrooms and showers are nice and clean. We have 4 dogs and were charged $20 for them. That is for supplies to maintain the cleanliness by supplying dog poop bags, which they were out of for 2 days…. We used paper towels and ziplock bags. But other than this, our stay was amazing and worth the trip. It’s located right outside of Loveland, CO on the way to Estes Park. Tucked off the main highway and so quiet. We definitely want to come back next year!

We're here now and it's is such a lovely place, we dont live far but are new to having a camper so we wanted to try it out close by for the 1st trip, it has been so much fun. There's stuff for the kids to do, activities a park for them to play, everyone has been so sweet from the employees to the neighbors. Hooks ups are nice the whole area is just great, tons of shade all over we will definitely be making this our go to spot for quick getaways!

Great Rv park. Staff was great and friendly, check in/out were easy. Campsites are clean, and level! Backed in and put down jacks, no other leveling needed. Each site has a picnic table, fire pit, and full water/power/sewer hookups. Sites are VERY close together (see photos). Could almost stretch my arms and touch our RV and the RV on either side of us. For all that it was still very quiet with folks respecting the quiet hours 10pm to 7am and the whole park staying quiet enough all day and night to be able to hear the river. River side sites are excellent, site by your fire pit and watch the water down a small slope (photo). Avoid sites 506-510, what the map shows as “dog park” is a dog park to the side and a large septic tank area with associated smell. The on site store has mostly tourist stuff, a free RV items like sewer line attachments, and only a handful of food options. More soda and candy choices than anything else. Overall excellent!

The staff is amazing John and Cliff helped up set up camp as we are new to all this. The site we had was shaded and the soft sounds of the river where peaceful. The rest house is clean. Trash cans throughout the park made it easy to keep our stay clean and comfortable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!👍👍👍👍👍

Super quiet (although very pet and kid friendly) very clean park. The park attendants are great. They sell firewood at the office. We will be camping here again!

Very nice RV park right on the river, many trees and a nice dog park. Leveled spots with full hookups. Good Verizon and T Mobile service. Very nice service and maintenance guys working every day to improve the place. About 40 min away from Rocky Mountain National Park.
