I’m so glad I found this campground! It’s a gem. The property is beautiful with the river on one side, a walking trail that goes around the park, and tons of trees. It’s pet friendly with convenient poop bag stations and a dog park. It’s rustic and that’s part of its charm. It’s quiet and clean and peaceful. I found the customer service to be top notch. We had an issue with our tow vehicle which had to get worked on at the dealership. I spoke to the staff in the front office and we had no problem working out a longer stay. The location is perfect for access to parks and hiking, as well as the larger cities. I will definitely be staying here again next time I come to Colorado.

One of our absolute favorite places to camp! Close to home, it is a quick getaway. Clean bathrooms and showers, band on Saturday nights in the summer, great playground, trail to walk around campground and by the river. Affordable. Nearby hiking trails and quick access to Estes Park.

We have stayed here 4 years in a row. Always clean and very friendly staff. Also very reasonably priced when comparing the prices in estes plus we love the drive through the big Thompson canyon. Unfortunately we had to deal with an evacuation due to the Alexander mountain fire this year but the staff kept us informed of evacuation status and welcomed right back in when it was lifted.

I have been camping at this place for 20017-2019 (3 years) now and almost every weekend that I could and love it. The staff is so professional and dedicated to making this place awesome. The camp sites are great, and I have never smelled sewage as someone said in an earlier review. I highly recommend this place for everyone. Haven't been in 4 years as I moved back to Kansas but going Labor Day weekend 2024 and cannot wait. Love this place.

It's a nice park on Route 34 headed out of Loveland on the way to Estes Park. I can't comment on rooms because it was my camper. The staff are friendly and helpful.

What a dump! There for a week visiting Rocky Mountain National Park and the very strong smell of sewer permeated the entire park. Dirty dusty roads. Unlevel sites with hook ups below ground level. Hookups are in the dumbest places. I needed 25 feet of extra sewer hoses to connect. It was at the far end on my site right next to the road. Water connection was about a foot away and the electric was where it should be. Many full-timers with trashed sites. ONLY good thing was it's location.

I came in and paid for 2 weeks. I was forced out early because I knew someone that the office lady did not like. The whole thing was over politics and I am as non political as you can get. They took their dislike for the guy I babysit for out on me and left my family stranded for 4th of july week. The whole thing ruined my son's birthday and my daughters birthday the following week got canceled because of all of it.

The staff here is unlike any we have experienced in any other RV park and we have been full time for more than a year. They were kind, understanding, accommodating and just generally great people. Being right on the river was awesome. We could not keep our 3yr old from the river, play ground or Fairy houses. I would stay here again, again, and again!! Great little dog park, Kids park and great spots for rvs!

I was up in the Denver area working insurance claims for the recent hail storms. Initially I thought most of the hail damage occurred in the Loveland/Greely area so found this park and chose it for it's location and not being on a freeway or busy road. We all of my inspections were in Denver for Aurora, about an hour drive each way, each day for two weeks. But you know what? Without Riverview RV Park I would have went crazy. Riverview was the absolute best place to wake up to each day and the best place to wind down each evening. I cannot thing of anywhere else in the Denver metro area that I would have rather stayed for two weeks. The river sounds drowned out other neighbors and my old AC unit so I was embarrassed to run it all day when I needed. Great staff. Great visitors. Great times indeed. Celebrated my 55th birthday there by having a thick ribeye by myself one night. Cheers! See you again someday I hope!

Nice small park. Accommodating, we had to switch sites due to camper size. Laundry available. Friendly staff. Watch for critters, dog almost bit by rattlesnake. Make sure your water hookup as a backflow preventer because they will charge you for one.

We loved this park! It was beautiful right next to the river. The restrooms and showers were nice and clean. The dog run area was well maintained. We loved it and will return.

We found this tv park in the area we wanted and it is by the river. It’s a large park, very dusty sites. Only stayed one night. Staff was nice and helpful l, but they closed at 5 pm, soon as we got there. |It was $82 / night and that was with a AAA 10% discount. It had all hookups, but we thought that was a bit high. |You decide…
