This is the 2nd time we have been here and it was delightful. The stream was full and we had the windows open to hear the sounds. The laundry facility is very clean

We had a full hook up site in early march 2024. It’s everything you could want in a park early season with showers and bathrooms working/clean. Store at entry with essentials. Playground for kids (we have 3 under age 5) and it’s pet friendly. Would highly recommend this park and will be back again in the future.

We recently stayed at Riverview RV Park for the most part everything went good. We were there just after my mother had passed and we had a issue with one of the staff. The owner contacted me and apologized which was greatly appreciated. I just got out of the hospital and plan on visiting again. Beautiful place our family has been camping there for many years and will continue the tradition for generations. The staff are usually very helpful and considerate.

Attention, power is out from 101-113 & has been out for 24 hours now. Staff is throwing around excuses of bad wiring & too many people using power. Power being out is fairly common, however the lack of communication from anyone of the staff, is incredibly disappointing. Talked with the front desk yesterday, and they said they where working on restoring power. 24 hours later, still no power & front desk staff today had no clue power was out. Meanwhile neighbors had dogs &/or cats that Thought they were leaving them in an air conditioned environment On an 101 degree day! Came back with extremely overheated pets, with not even a call from the office alerting people power was out (the office has everyone's number on file) so why was there no calls made? If your wiring is too old to handle 50 amps make them 30 amp hookups. Or replace the wiring to handle the loads being put on it. Really disappointed with the staff at the park, the lack of communication.

Loved this RV park! The stay was comfortable and quite. Friendly staff and guests all the way around. They have a dog park and plenty of areas to walk your pet and doggy stations to clean up after them. If you have kids they have a nice park that the pets are not allowed in, making it sanitary for the little ones. There is also a River that runs through and by some of the sites, that was great as well. Bathrooms were pristine, we travel A LOT and these are some of the best! Cute store and they have wifi. All in all, this place is great. Thank you for the comfortable stay.

In our years of traveling and on and off full-time living out of our rig, Riverview RV Park has quickly become our favorite stay in Colorado, if not of all time!! Breathtaking views surround this surprisingly accessible hidden gem of a location, as it’s nestled at a cozy elevation of about 5,100 feet in the strikingly scenic foothills of the Rocky Mountains due west, and just outside of Loveland, Colorado. Along the diagonal length of its northern perimeter ambles the sublime and relaxing alpine snowmelt fed Big Thompson River. We’ve been here about a week- and it’s been, simply put, fantastic! The entire park is very obviously passionately curated, with on-site walking trails, a well-kempt playground for those with kiddos, a grassy dog park, and a centrally located pavilion. There’s an abundance of native accents (foliage) dotting the campground, providing a robust natural setting and experience uncommon among many other parks and campgrounds this close to civilization east of the Rockies in Colorado. It’s literally a handful of minutes up the road from an assortment of gas stations, grocery, and shopping centers, dining options, and easily a dozen unique and beautiful local hiking trails (half of them being a ten-minute drive or less). Not to mention a quaint, rustic on-site shop in the main office that’s well stocked with every and any supply you might imagine for both RV and tent camping- and plenty you might not have! Their RV sites offer (impressively constructed and maintained, and four season capable) full-hookups, and they have two immaculately kempt shower and restroom facilities, along with on-site laundry, propane, and an independent dump site. They also offer both conventional trash services, and recycling options. Their on-site laundry facilities, it bears mentioning, are among the best we’ve ever used. The machines are perfect for a single load, and powerful. Made getting our laundry done quickly and completely swift and convenient. Oh, and throughout most of the park our mobile data service (they also have complimentary WiFi service) and reception has been impressive considering the location. It seems to function better in some portions of the park than others, particularly along the riverside. From working remotely to common utility- the place seems to suffer remarkably little for its gorgeous and unique location! The staff is professional and earnestly friendly and cares a great deal about the comfort and quality of their guests’ experience. The whole place buzzes with the feel of relaxed community- whether you like to keep to yourself or poke around a bit and explore, and there are all kinds of interesting and unique wood carvings, tiny bridges, and other fitting environmental accents throughout the park. To our amazement, we’ve even noticed ongoing improvements underway- which shocked us, that this could be improved upon- as we’ve gone for some casual strolls around the place. The attention that goes into this place is as obvious as it can be subtle. It’s difficult not to fall in love with this place after just a brief time being here. We found it by accident after some other plans of ours fell through, and we’ve been delighted, impressed, and quite happy they did ever since our arrival!

I'll start off by saying Lauren and Buddy were great and the place is beautiful. Now there is no communication between the people in the office but the manager Morgan who's been living there for 7 years is the worst person there she won't give you any leeway for any reason. if your truck breaks down you will be towed no if ands or buts, if your truck is broke down and you have a charger on your battery and your not physically under the hood working on your truck you better close the hood even if you damage your tools because it looks bad. When our application for longterm stay was denied (because our camper is too old) she blocked our attempt to pay for the space for a few days so we could find somewhere to move to. It was sunday at the time so no other rv parks had open offices. The owners as far as we know also had no involvement or knowledge of any of this. Side note Morgan's girlfriend also has some authority in the park even though she doesn't work there as when my father was on the phone with Morgan via the parks emergency number her girlfriend could heard the background shouting " just hang up and call the police" over and over again which ended up being takin and put on our notice to leave as "if you or your belongings are seen in the mentioned lot after 2 hours the police will be called" sorry for ranting.

easy check in, bathrooms at office were clean. Sites are very close, seems to be more long term than short term folks. Quiet park we pd over $60/night to get full hook up by river River noise is always a plus. internet was non existent with very few channels.

Nasty sewer horrible smell the entire weekend. And other people who camp here every year said to me that the owners are extremely cheap. I think we are going to find a way to report this with the city, trip advisor, good sams ect with whoever we need to because this can't be ok for campers to sleep 2 or 3 nights on this nasty smell. Or have flash your sewer somewhere alse because the sewer line system here are damage for year and they don't want to fix it this problem they have for yearssss..||They are completly book every weekend so it's not excuses for it because you guys make plenty enough money to resolve that problem in this great but nasty smelly location.||Don't be cheap on something that you make lot of money on||What a nasty people.

Such a great location but poorly maintained, most of the park is filled with full timers even though they claim 2 weeks is the longest you can stay. Had to request that they weed wack the weeds around the site and the neighbors sewer hose was right next to our picnic table. Stayed here before and figured we’d give them one more try but that’s the last try, so sad to see a park with great location not care about the park!

Our first time at this park. Check in was great. Site was just ok. LOTS of sand and dust most days. Good shade at our location #32. The sites along the river are back in only. Water pressure varied the entire 7 days we stayed. Mostly low pressure mornings and nights. Bathrooms were clean but women’s group building had non working paper towel dispenser. Overall, if the west side of the park where many permanent residents are living was cleaned up, this park would be fine. Internet was very weak but worked. Office personnel were nice and it was stocked with many many things. Would we stay here again? Maybe…..

My husband and I absolutely love this place! We have been here numerous times with family, friends, and just us with the dogs and every time has been fantastic! We love it so much we had our small wedding ceremony here last fall! It was beautiful! The office and maintenance teams are so amazing, friendly, helpful… I could go on and on. We enjoy the concerts on Saturday nights and the fun events they have for the families. I agree with others about the WiFi issues but seriously people… you’re camping! Get off your screens! Keep up the great work everyone and can’t wait to see you again! 💛

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very nice campground. Big cottonwood trees nice, landscaping, and riverside RV sites. Full hookups. Excellent location to visit Estes and RMNP. Nice playground. The drive here to the park is known for bighorn sheep, but we didn't have any luck spotting them. I would definitely stay here again.
