This is a nice little RV park. It is not super fancy, but it is along the river and they have a dog park. We thought the staff was great, very accommodating and helpful. We recommend camping along the river and paying a little extra if it is available.

Recently inquired about long term sites. The staff said they had spots available. They require a credit application which i filled out. I hadn't heard back for a couple of days so i called and they said they needed a paystub copy and a picture of the RV, which i promptly sent. I still haven't heard back after almost 2 weeks, 2 emails and several phone messages. My issue is: running a credit report dings a persons credit score a couple of points but more importantly is the pay stub that contains all my personal information. What guarantees do i have that my personal information was handled and disposed of correctly? Who asks for a credit report but then never gives a status, even if it is denied? Based on this and other reviews, i would be leery of providing personal information to this company. IN response to the owners comment: If it isnt a credit check then why are you requiring my SSN? it reads like a credit check and I'm pretty sure, it authorized you to do a credit check. This is a big lesson for me when filling out shady applications. I filled out the application at the office. Why wasnt i informed that it wasnt completed then? An employment verification is possible, why would you need my paystub? No one has ever contacted me back, so why the long delays? This is literally the only response i have had from your company, and that is because i gave you 1 star. At no time has any concerns about my financial data been addressed. All i can say is - buyer beware. Read other commentators about the shadiness of this camp ground!

We have had an absolute blast every time we stay here. We drive up from Denver whenever we can and enjoy the entire atmosphere of the park. The staff has been so great with reservations to bringing us ice and firewood. Thank you so much for keeping the place clean and service the best around!! Highly recommended!!

The Staff there are so friendly and kind! Diane is one of the workers and she is the best at helping guide your rig in the spot. Shes a truck driver and gives perfect direct instructions and saves arguing with your husband 🤣 the sites are small and close together (its an older park) but we had enough space for our 40ft fith wheel and truck. Its quiet and next to the river. There is a beautiful sitting area near the water with benches and picnic tables. Laundry room was basic and worked as expected. The showers and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. My only complaint is the wifi is awful and my phone also didnt work well there but i made it work. Will definitely visit again!

This RV park is quiet and beautiful. Our spot was right next to the river. They fit our 43' RV and 2 vehicles, no problem. Love this place. It's clean and dog friendly, and the trees provide nice shade from the sun. Highly recommend!

Very nice campground! Clean and neat. Very quiet. Only 10 from Loveland, 30 min from Ester Park and 30 min from Boulder. Highly recommended!

Wonderful experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. Everyone from the nice ladies in the front to Bret who takes you to your site. Nice store with essentials. Try to get a spot next to the river so you can hear it at night. Will be back!

Stayed here for 10 days, and we loved it! Great location and is very quiet. The place is well maintained with plenty of dumpsters for trash. I found the hook-ups conveniently located with good power. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely come back!
