The managers discriminate on who the enforce the rules with some RVs have damn near a whole Apt built on the side with lennals attached ,cars against the so called rules parked in front of their units making it almost impossible to park with out hitting a neighbor car . I've gotten multiple items stolen because the security gate is always left open at night ( why even have one ) Why have rules when no one follows them and there is no consequences. Ppls dogs crap all over and bark all day at nothing .Kids running through your site messing with your stuff breaking crap ( specifically 2 boys ) manager does nothing.kids messing with tenants animals! There is literally garbage stacked in some ppls spots .I'm calling the city to make a complaint after the holiday . If a fire starts here with all the trash all over everything is going up like a match . The only good thing is the maintenance man is nice and respectful other than than beware of the sante fe horror show I did not hesitate I stated the issues here and I guarantee none of you managers will even attempt to fix anything All this shit show will still be happening

This place is LONG in the tooth and filthy. The bathrooms were disgusting, filthy and smelled bad. Avoid unless you have no other choice

Save your money! Santa Fe RV Park charges premium prices to stay in a park where the management doesn’t require permanent residents to follow ANY rules. Residents have personal belongings strewn all over their sites. Think of the dilapidated area where you live - this is Santa Fe RV Park. The only reason I didn’t give it one star is because the maintenance staff in golf carts are very helpful and incredibly nice. My photo is of the permanent residents behind our site.

Worst place I have EVER stayed. Avoid at all costs go to KOA down the road. Showed up and someone was illegally in spot. Watched them dump black and grey tank all over ground. No security to monitor. They then gave me wrong bathroom code. Pool was closed for high PH Grabbed another spot and 2 loose dogs at door when we woke up. This was by far the worst campground I have stayed at in 40 years Edit And add to the issue is you comment to a post and must have forget we already talked on the phone about this issues and you solve is to give me an additional 5% off a 80 dollar a night rip off

Arrived today, Friday found out the bathrooms and showers are not working. They proceeded to tell me that only RVs with facilities are allowed here. I have a small camper a very small bathroom and I booked this place because I like to use bathrooms and showers at the facility. They said they were painting and did not want anyone in there so Friday night we are without bathrooms and showers not acceptable

STAY AWAY!! This place is neglected all the way. Health Department should be called on them. Pictures on their website dont match the reality. Bathrooms are disgusting. Mold and mildew, don't clean daily..shower by pool doesn't work, trush area horrible..it's worse than any TRAILER TRASH PLACE!! NOT WORTH EVEN DOLLAR.

This is a great little RV park just outside the city. We went to attend a baseball game and enjoyed it very much. Area was quiet, people were very nice. RV park was gated. The only downfall are the showers. The floors were dirty and drains were clogged so the water rose up when showering. The bathroom side was clean and had toilet paper. Sinks worked well and had shelves if you brought a bag to wash up or brush your teeth.

Over the past 5 years, I've been a regular visitor to Santa Fe RV Park. The park consistently impresses with its well-maintained grounds featuring flowers, lawns, and amenities like a pool and hot tub at the entrance. Guests have access to a game room and a full kitchen, and the maintenance staff is always ready to assist with any issues. Michelle, who welcomes you with a smile at the office, goes above and beyond by keeping guests informed through regular emails, ensuring a pleasant and informed stay. I highly recommend Santa Fe RV Resort to anyone looking to stay in San Diego with an RV.

This has got to be one of the oldest and tightest Rv parks I have ever been to! I could barely maneuver my 37 ft MotorHome towing my Jeep Rubicon thru this tiny park.

Family stayed here in early July for 5 nights. Positive factors were: staff was very courteous and helpful; park location is great for access to the many attractions in the area; basic services, including Wi-Fi worked well. Not so great factors included: location is sandwiched in between I-5 and the commuter rail-very noisy; park is crowded and junky with a significant number of long term occupants; navigation is difficult with the number of vehicles parked in/obstructing roadways; sites are narrow and close together. Additionally, there is no enforcement of the park rules. There were multiple vehicles at sites, unleashed pets, personal junk and trash left outside of many units at sites. You get to pay a premium rate for basically a low budget trailer court setting. Bottom line-this park is OK if you cannot find another site and really want to visit the area.

The park location is convenient to many of the local attractions with easy access to the freeways. The staff were very helpful and courteous. However, the park is sandwiched in between the commuter train tracks and I-5 so it is always noisy. The sites are all back-in, close together and can be problematic to access from the narrow and cluttered roadways throughout the park. The park has long list of policies but virtually none of them are followed by the predominantly long term tenants. Many of the sites were cluttered with junk and personal effects, had multiple vehicles parked that partially obstructed the already narrow roadways, had pets running loose, and prominantly displayed political signage. The pool is very small and restrooms were frequently out of supplies. ||Other than the location and the staff, this RV Park has very little going for it. It would very hard to recommend unless there are no other choices available.

We had a drunk who we found out lived there stumbling around yell for some women banging on doors. He broke our sewage hook-up. The sites we're crammed together with mostly long term RVers. People were literally parked out on the roads between sites. Pool was empty.

We stayed here for about a month. The employees were welcoming, management was very kind and helpful. There is a pool, a gym and Rec room. The laundry room was very spacious with a decent amount of washers and dryers. The park is right off the 5 highway which is convenient. I felt safe due to there being a gated entry and cameras throughout the park. The office does an excellent job at maintaining a mailroom, which was a disaster at other parks we’ve stayed at. The biggest downfall was that some Rv stayers had heaping mounds of garbage or miscellaneous junk laying out all over their site, which made it look unpleasant and perhaps not very welcoming despite the park being just fine. Additionally some people had dogs who would bark nonstop which was pretty exhausting to listen to. Otherwise would absolutely stay here again.

This resort is not what the pictures look like. It is very run down. It has the tightest site spaces I've ever seen, and the freeway noise is LOUD! Like you can't hear the person next to you loud.. Plus, for additional noise, every so often, there's a train rolling through, not far from the campgrounds. People have piled up junk all around their rvs. Won't be staying here again.

I’ve had a great experience here. Location is great, the beach isn’t too far and restaurants aren’t too far either. Everything is kept well clean. Michelle does a great job on keeping us folks happy and drama free! She definitely manages the place great, always makes sure you’ve been heard! Would definitely recommend this place! Whether you keep to yourself or are friendly, it’s here!
