Other than a little freeway noise the place is great! Easy access but still a feeling of seclusion. Quiet and clean. The staff is awesome. Michelle in the office works magic on the schedule and always patient with customers (and myself) Truly In the office and the rest of maintenance and security, terrific. Love the new community room. A great place to play pool and air hockey. Michelle has done such a great job cleaning the place up.

The real story, noise noise noise 24/7 right next to the I-5. So no peace and quiet. Also chronically huge inconvenience with the laundry; it requires a cash card that requires deposit and electronic transfer but the machine never works when you need it. Good luck on weekends. There's a pool and hot tub recreational area but had been unavailable for the entire time I was there. It's overpriced but I guess you're paying for the fact that there's always availability and the ability to receive mail.

Ag - I do not ever want to giv an in fair review so here goes - we had a great stay - although felt under a lot of rules and so many e-mails about with something we did and sent to us because we were not complying or someone in the park did not comply- we were unclear of this - the office staff was nice. The pool was out for the entire stay - bummer hope they fix soon be cause when we checked in they said it would be 2 weeks - disappointment. The gym and other serves were there just in a state of construction. The cost to stay- well we went because we booked and compared to the other pakrks Cheap - then the fees and found out we could have stayed at camp land for cheaper - who knew There months of constant traffic from the interstate and the rumbling trains like earthquakes and we like a Orieo non extra stuffing in between - was a loud park - three months of that and it became back ground noise. But for some I could see the problem often I wondered if the washer was on spin cycle - but no a Train The restrooms and bath houses seemed to be clean often although never used and our washer/ dryer combo did our laundry better - but much is expected from a park that seemed to be more than 50 % residents The Dog caught the poison Oak like advertised - at the place that we could unleash him - they had pet space all over but no real dog park - had plenty of fun but pup paid the price. But a lab so shrugged it off. Now that I right this I feel it was not a super great stop - but as there were not many options we felt hostage to all the parks and chuck it up to San Diego and California- it a blessing to leave But all in all we really had zero serious issues just bits of remorse to Price Vs What you get - then come the extra every few you can think of - makes a stay expensive paying extra 75 dollars for a service dog and extra for the Car then the Tax - almost feel scammed by California Laws and lack of parks - not all of us are desperate looking for a place - sad that we accidentally had to stay in San Diego for so long. Anyways a god stop spot but long term it eats at ya a little bit …

I lived here for 8 months. 7 of those moths none of the amenities were able to be used. Such as the hot tub, game room and gym. The excuses came by the dozen. A few things that were amicable and fair was the price.I believe in;!you pay for what you get. If you don’t get the services you signed up for! you don’t pay. So the manager was able to side with me on that. Thank you Phil for being extremely professional. However, that does not change the fact that Noolie at the front office is far out of her comfort zone. Very unprofessional. I have several emails that are extremely unprofessional. I also know she is hanging out with residents. I also have few videos of her yelling and acting out. Nothing of what a 5 star customer service experience would be like. I’ve had to ask that she stop contacting me completely because she has Harassed me. Unfortunately there are many more things I could load up here and I will as I put my experiences together. But this is no more than a 3 star place. Especially when some staff is not trained on customer service. The overall construction issues/projects. How they have been contracted out is beyond me.Someone with 5 years of contracting for the military. I don’t see any reason for the office not to be the opened with the old furniture. Until the new stuff arrives. Thus, allowing residents to use the amenities. Things are always broken. People let their dogs poop in your grassy area. As soon as you complain to the staff. They only send out an email. They do not put up signs or anything more than an email asking residents to bring their dogs to the designated area. Furthermore, the bath rooms are always closed for up grades but I see no upgrades when the same rusty shower rod, rings and shower heads are all the same old rusty ones. They say the bathrooms are cleaned daily but, they 100% are not. I see no one cleaning there daily. I have documentation of proof of my fair complaints I’ve made. Nothing in this report is false or spiced up.

My wife and I have been attempting to reach someone in the office regarding a long term reservation over the course of a few weeks. We’ve left messages with no response and have even driven to the park and had nobody answer the intercom at the front gate. Yesterday, I thought we finally made progress when someone answered the phone, but after sitting on hold for 15 min I was disconnected. I immediately called back, and you guessed it nobody answered. We’d really like to explore the possibility of reserving a space long term since it is closer to both of our works than our current location but if this is the service that is provided I’m not sure we’re interested anymore.

My daughter stays here. Good place to be.

Very friendly folks, lots of vehicle noise from I-5, Morena Blvd, as well as a Budweiser Brewery on next property north, with truck traffic 24 hours a day. Nice amenities for our use, laundry, dog walk, bicycling, pool, great staff, well kept grounds, clean, limited parking. Secure with patrols.

Decent campground. Many people live here, which would make you think it would be nice, but its not. It has made people comfortable, with “their” home. Parking and driving around camp site is horrible. They have cars parked everywhere which makes it difficult in a huge trailer trying to park at night. People tend to be less friendly because they live here and it’s “their” space. We received a 1st notice letter because of loud noise between the hours of 12-1. I was upset because we have 4 small kids and we were in our trailer asleep at that time. They stated a guest advised it was us. I advised them their security guards should be the one to approach all guests at times of curfew if there is an issue, that way they know who specifically it was. I advised it’s wrong to receive a letter the following day, especially if they have the wrong guests and are going by pure assumption. Another issue…. The site didn’t have a picnic table. Doesn’t have anything. We grabbed a table after asking their maintenance, and they brought us one. The lady next door, asked if when we leave, if we can put the table back, because it doesn’t “normally” go there, and it was a little on her gravel. My next issue, and last, was with the fact that my brother lives in town. He was parked unloading stuff and a lady came walking and asked us to move the car, we were blocking the street. No one had passed by, we were unloading, and she had an issue with the car parked there, when there was people playing corn hole in the middle of the street and she didnt tell them anything. We were just over it. We felt like we couldn’t have peace and relax without being approached about something we were or were not doing. The 1st notice (only notice) was enough. We have been to many places, when we are with large groups and have long nights with no kids we have had security ask us to turn down our radio, we apologize and go about our day. There is a wrong and right way to do things. This was the wrong way. They need to figure out what they are doing first. I get there are rules. We have camped since I was little, and have never had so many issues at a place. They def. run this thing as a mobile home park, which is wrong because I know the campers aren’t getting the same rates as those who live here. We camped at Santa Fe Park RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This place has a lot going for it. Positives, very clean, very organized, and I feel very safe here. One can see maintenance working at almost any given moment. The office staff (Michelle, Noolie) are both amazing, and very professional/helpful. I have never seen a nicer laundry mat (I have yet to use the fully equipped gym but plan to when California opens up.) Something to note, if you need to do laundry you will need to buy a laundry card from the office. The pool area is clean and well kept. There is a main bike trail right outside the gate with just about anything one would want in a 15/20 min ride. There is also Mission Bay 20-25 min ride. This bike lane attaches to others making things easy and safe. There is also a hiking trailhead not to far away. Yes there is the highway, yes there is the railroad. Neither one is all that loud. Frankly with its prime location to everything San Diego offers it’s a small price to pay. The road to this campground is rough but there is no traffic so one can take their time. I will be honest I was skeptical at first but (due to the reviews), I am glad we are here and are enjoying this place quite a bit.

This place gets a bad rap due to its location by the freeway. I think it’s great if you know that going in. Bathroom and shower are clean, laundry is the best I’ve ever seen at an RV park, they have a dog walk, pool, and jacuzzi, and the service is great. Spaces are small and you hear road noise, but as a base camp for local work or exploration, it’s great. I had a back in site for my 38’ class A and my site could fit my toad and a second car.

A plus to their website designer, because this place looks nothing like it at all! It looks like a trailer park not a resort or even a camp ground. Cars parked in the street, people with their stuff thrown all over the place, no over flow parking, grill was rusted out and laying on the ground. I asked for 50amp when I made the rsv but got there and only had 30amp. Planned on staying 6 days but left after the first night.

Here is too noisy. Its attached to highway! attached to railroad! RVs parked in close approximity to each other in few aisle. For me it is just looked like a parking to park and rest for night. We booked it for 3 days but left after first night. it was far away from my expectations.
