Great place to park for the family. Management is doing a great job. Blair and Alyssa are very friendly and welcoming. Park looks great and the dog run is bitchin! We will return.

Fantastic LGBT-friendly RV park! Hot tub, pool, and other services kept clean. Lovely staff and guests. Well behaved children. Only down side is that the wifi only works near the office.

Great dog area, laundry was a bit weird; had to have a smart card and they load money onto it and use that in the washers and dryers. But a long timer loaned me her card and I gave her my laundry money. Thank u space B22.

We stayed here for 5 days, and were not happy at all with the amount that we had to pay. ||They situated us next to the dumpster, which is what it is. A site is a site. When you sit at the picnic table, you’re sitting beside the neighbours sewer which isn’t nice to smell when you are trying to relax. ||The street light that was on our site was broken, and the shards were all over the place. The sites are not cleaned at all. Dead leaves, garbage and really uneven no matter where you are. All of the sites parking pavement was heaving and disheveled.||Our plug in for the trailer was being held up with a few rocks and a brick. (Presumably because people would back into it and hit it) and our site wasn’t the only one with that issue. Our neighbours had their cable for TV hooked up to our site, I’m assuming because they didn’t have one or it was broken. ||There is no security at night, so people can come and go, even if they aren’t part of the RV park. ||They gave us incorrect codes for the bathrooms, and every time we’d go to the office they were on a break, or having lunch or closed. Extremely frustrating when all you want at the end of the day is a hot shower. The long term tenants sites had stuff everywhere and looked very poorly. ||When we left, I went to the office to try and talk to the staff about getting some of our money back, and of course it had a sign up saying they weren’t open yet when the hours sign said that they should of been open. ||We will not be back here, and I hope that they clean this place up a bit for the sake of all the other people who are going to stay here.

Very centrally located to downtown San Diego. Nice park with good amenities. Located between Hwy 5 and a train track, so the noise level is pretty high. Lots of kids to play with.

I have been at Santa Fe Park for 3 months now and my experience has been very positive. The staff has always been available and helpful, Blair, George and whoever is on staff. I would like to thank you for having the place so clean! The bathrooms, recroom and laundry facilities are very clean and very Functionable. I also love that they are so dog friendly! Yours truly, Terry Hartman

This is one of the worst RV parks in America. The streets are narrow, and the park is poorly designed. The "Pull through" spaces are a joke. The customers parked there have old beat up rv's and everyone has junk all over their spaces. The RVs are hanging into the street adn cars are parked in the street so you have a difficult time driving through with a decent RV. One jackass has his direct tv antena on the ground with brick around it and they are encroaching onto the street in the park. They say they don't allow tents but there are some in there. The sewer hook ups are antiquated and the utilities hook ups are in the wrong place. If you have a large RV, you may not be able to park or even drive through. If you want a pleasant RV experience, DON'T GO HERE!!!!! iF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD.

Clean facility with pool, jacuzzi, pingpong, billiards, washer/dryer facilities, gym. Bathrooms/showers for guests are nice and kept clean. Quite a bit of traffic/train noise, but overall a great place to stay.

We stayed here for a week while passing through the San Diego area. Upon arrival for check-in, we were immediately told a site and then the staff member walked away. The first site that we were given was in an awful location with a pole right in front of it making it impossible to back into without hitting the pole or tree. We were given an option of three other sites when we complained, which were a better fit for us. The sites are relatively tight but they are partially paved with gravel on the sides. The park often times had a smell of sewage in the morning but it would dissipate throughout the day. The resort location is great with it being centrally located, so it definitely made it easy to get around to anywhere and was right by the bay and beaches. The resort did offer all necessary amenities (laundry, bathrooms/showers, game room, etc), although at times the bathrooms were not the cleanest. My husband reported that the men’s bathroom never had hot water for his shower and all of the air vents were caked with dust/dirt; whereas with my experience in the women’s showers, I always had hot water but the showers were not the cleanest and often times the toilets were clogged. The campground itself had sites that were full hook ups and the campground mostly consisted of long term people. I hardly ever saw anyone use the pool, maybe twice during the week of our stay. The hot tub did not look like it had been taken care of with the water being green. The campground is right beside interstate 5 so it is extremely noisy all hours of the day and there is also the metro link commuter train that goes right behind it, which you will hear at all hours of the day. There was WiFi offered but for purchase. During our stay, there was an email sent out regarding the security of the campground and theft- however we did not experience anything bad during our stay. There were minimal grassy areas for walking our dogs but there is a mulched (no grass), fenced off dog area that you can walk your dog up and down (it is not completely fenced in so I would not call it a dog park or dog run area). They do offer bags for your dogs bathroom needs, but only the one by the office was filled with bags during our stay. Our stay was not terrible, but I would prefer going somewhere nicer next time we are in the San Diego area.

Washing machines are jacked up most of the time and they don't seem interested in fixing them. They don't dry properly and there is dog hair everywhere . Could use a good scrubbing. The actual park is a pain to get to. Some of the staff was friendly and some not so much. I'm not going to put anyone on blast so everyone just try to be friendlier when someone comes in the office. The sewage connector at our site didn't work so I had to Jerry rig the connection in order not to spill sewage on the ground. With two other parks within 2 miles I don't believe we would return here unless the other two were full.

Besides all the noise from the freeway and train... The times of the pool gates not being open on the designated times... All the laundry units being covered in dog hair... This place is an OK place to stay and enjoy San Diego. The customer service is good and the rates are fair. Staff are very friendly and are willing to help. The pool and jacuzzi are a delight. Would recommend!

I made reservations in May for Sept and October. Due to a change in plans, I had to cancel the reservation on Monday, June 11. Arron (not sure how his name is spelled) said he would credit my $250 deposit back to my credit card account within 30 minutes and send a confirmation email. Tuesday June 12, I called Arron telling him the credit and email has not been received. He said he would take care of it. I called again before they closed. l told Arron I received the cancel confirmation but still havent received the $250. He said he already did it and hung up on me. Today, Wednesday, I sent their cancel policy and the cancel confirmation to the credit card company to dispute the charges. I contacted the BBB for info on how to file a credit card fraud complaint with them on this RV Park. I also now have the credit card being monitored for fraudulent charges. Best stay away from this RV Park. They must be desperate for money. I rcvd a call from America Assets Trust from a person named Blair. They saw my review and took care of this issue. On June 14, my account had the $250 credit. Thank you. With this outcome I could still consider this RV Park. Good location. Prices average. All parks have issues. For the short stays, just make the best of it, relax and enjoy yourself.

High price to pay for no sleep and rude management. Management writing their own 5 star reviews...if you see 5 stars, its not real! Located between a railroad track and the I-5 freeway, down a road full of potholes and dips. The railroad is installing new tracks, so loud construction during the day and train horns all night. The manager thinks she is funny, but she is snarky and rude. The pool is ok, but the spa is old and always breaking down. The whole park is run down and needs massive infrastructure updates, most spaces only have 30 amp service and the cable is a joke, and don't even get me started on the utter lack of high speed internet!! They keep raising the prices, without putting any money back into the park, but they did put up a new sign...yippee

We stayed three nights with Passport America at 50% off. There were many many sites available, why would the young lady at the reception park us (34’ 5th wheel) in the smallest site with two trees. Very few trees and we had two! If we parked our truck next to the RV we couldn’t open the truck doors. Pad was all broken up. Someone mentioned they parked their vehicles on the street. I don’t think so. Mentioned we wanted to stay for the weekend at the PA prices but no! Park was not full, why would anyone refused half the money and settle for no money. Next day after we left, our lot was still empty. We went elsewhere, that’s another review and very satisfied. By the way, who gives the name or approval to make it a Resort?
