South-Forty RV Park

Good for the price, full hookups for $44. Well laid out with pull through sites, in an open field. Graveled drives & sites with immature trees. Very clean & in good repair. Campfires only in a few common areas. Get a site away from the highway. Only 2 restrooms/showers (bring quarters). Wi-fi coverage is good, but throughput is poor, and we were 1 of only 3 occupied sites. In my humble opinion, coin-operated showers are not appropriate to a paid RV park.

We had a great stay at South-Forty RV Park! Management was friendly and accommodating, location was great for hitting the trails, and the sunsets were fantastic with panoramic views. Laundry and showers were clean but bring quarters for the shower.

Great park, many trails leading out to open land. Has a group ride in September for enjoying Fall Colors. Big rig and UTV friendly. Spotless washroom and showers. Extremely friendly staff. Stayed for 14 days, wonderful event.

The place smelled so bad. I felt like I was sleeping in an outhouse . The flies were even worse than the smell. We left early and finished our trip dry camping in another town.

Great people, we had a family emergency, they made urgent arrangements to let us stay another night. The facility is great.

I don't think I will stay here again. I made reservations for 6 days at the park for the ATV Jubilee and everything was fine until on day 2 my wife became very ill with either food poisoning or a bug. She is disabled and not able to walk so, it was an emergency and we had to go home to phoenix. I stopped at the office on the way out and explained the situation to the lady and asked if a partial refund was possible. She gave the most unfriendly, uncompassionate, abrupt response of "No Refunds", then asked me my name and then just said "OK". I understand if that is their policy, at least be kind and explain that, or even just say you are sorry, but she was just plain rude. I already lost hundreds of dollars from gas and pre-paid meals and then had to be treated like that. Edit: After posting this review, South-Forty RV Park reached out to me via E-mail and said they were going to refund me for the nights that I did not stay. She said they have a "no refund" policy but, do make exceptions for medical emergencies. This made me feel a little better about the whole ruined vacation. I will change to 4 stars.

Great place to stay in your RV, very clean, the sites are big and the help was friendly. We would definitely stay there again, great location for great access to all the side x side trails.

Decided last minute to stay here. We hoped online and they had spaces available for $45/night! Which is such good pricing! Moab or even sand hollow is around $120/night. Everyone working for the resort was super nice and friendly. They allowed us to check out late at no charge, which was super appreciated. About 2 miles from town and close to so many trails. Has a dog area but not a lot of grass, just weeds that dogs can go around. Which is okay, my dogs aren’t worried about that. Some people did get a little loud at the camp at night but office staff was able to shut that down. Enjoyed our stay and would come back. Make sure if you are missing anything while camping to get it before you go into marysvale. There is not a lot of places you can get regular items needed.

Very nice park with awesome trails surrounding it. I was able to take the dogs out to run on them without issue. It was also nice to have a fenced area for dogs. Do wish it was a bit less rocky but it does the trick for taking them to go to the bathroom and wander off leash. Spaces were quite large in both length and width. Park was quiet, and minimal noise from the highway even though it was right next to it (only heard noise with window or door open). Laundry room was great. It was nice to have dryers at a park that actually dry in one cycle! We travel full time and this is my favorite park so far! Absolutely will be back as our travels allow!

Good energy, great people, incredible views! We took the side-by-sides up the mountains through the trails in back of the park.. insanity!! Seeing the yellow, pink, and orange colors of the fall leaves was something we will forever cherish. We stayed in the cutest little log cabin. Extremely clean, comfy beds, cozy aesthetic. Love!!!
