Nicely maintained RV Park. Long pull thru sites for big rigs . Sites are gravel but are fairly level. Only negative is the sites are narrower than we would have liked. Also, the sewer, water and electric connections of one camper are very close to the other campers picnic/patio area. Otherwise nice place with helpful management.

Great people. The best park to stay in. We stay at least two times a year.

LOVED IT! So friendly! SO accomodating! Although we are not RVing, we were offered a "dry camp" at a GREAT price. Wonderful place for ATV enjoyment, and close to a LONG bicycle path we enjoyed. Also close to Marysvale and a YUMMY breakfast, for a very reasonable price.

We were there in June of 2020 and we're very impressed. We are not RV park people, but this place has changed our thoughts. The owners have made rules and we like that. Clean, well managed RV park. We WILL be back this summer.

This is a large RV park with spacious parking spots and full hook-ups. Dog run area was large as well. Nightly fee was a little high with no senior or military discounts. The wi-fi was terrible. We were just happy to find an RV park open

This was the one of the best RV Parks that I have stayed at by far, and I’ve been doing this for 13 years , Jim & Terri are the nicest people, I was out of milk and Terri offered to go to the store for me, she paid for the milk , and wouldn’t take any repayment , I recommend South Forty very Highly, I will always come back, even if it’s just to say Hi

Allen and his brother were great setting us up and registering us. Great location and very quiet. Pads and roads are dirt and gravel for now but they plan to concrete pads next year. Would spend more days if we could but had to move on.

Large spaces. Greetings from owners. Very nice little store and ice when u need it. Also great place to wash ATV. Beautiful landscapes to view as well as close to over 20O trails. Easy access. Owners gives you plenty of info on what and where to go maximize your stay.

Because of the pandemic our plans kept changing (that's our excuse) and Terri and Jim bent over backwards to accommodate us. Thank you Terri & Jim for an awesome st a y!

Susi and I stayed at South-40 RV during the 2020 Paiute Jamboree. Much better place than in town Marysvale. Easy access to ATV trails. Teri and Jim are quite hospitable folks and have worked hard to improve the RV Park pull-through sites over the past years. Bathroom and laundry area are accessible 24-7 and kept clean; gift shop-office cool during the day. We’ve rebooked our stay for next year’s Jamboree. Hope to see you there.

We were going to stay here for the month of June 2020 only, but due to the "virus" we ended up staying the entire season - May thru Sept 2020. Jim & Terri (the owners) are very knowledgeable about the area, very professional & as accommodating as is humanly possible during this very trying time for all of us. Most of the customers (there are always a few who think the rules aren't for them) obey the rules & the ones that don't are very discretely "shown the gate". If you can get reservations for this place make them...you'll be very glad you stayed.

So much fun to stay at south forty rv Park. We stayed in the cabins very nicely kept, beautify furnished. Owners teri and Jim hope that's right are wonderful hosts very personable Terri even helped me out with a small cooking item that just made the whole trip even better. Went spent, drove piaute trail explored had a blast, and in going again in the fall for the fall poker run loved our stay😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

Jim and Terri and the salt of the earth. We haven’t had a better RV Park experience than the one we had for a week at South-Forty RV Park. We had reservations at another park down the road in Circleville but they gave our spots away we hen they had booked us for a week. We started calling around and Terri got us in and was able to accommodate us for other family members in the cabins for 2 nights as well. Terri treated the kids like they were her own. Jim planned an awesome ride for us into Monroe up through mountain meadows reservoir down the Paiute trail and back into Marysville. They have a place for you to wash your ATV for $2.00 before you put it back into your trailer. They have designated areas for pets if you have them. A little green grass for kids to play on. Areas to have a fire and sit and enjoy each other. Great views and immediate access to several trails for all your riding pleasures. Don’t pass on this place - it’s definitely worth it. Thanks, Jim and Terri for making us feel like family all week!

I'm not much for RV camping but my wife and I went here with with our ATV group to go ride the trails, and the entire weekend we were there was pretty amazing. We camped in tents and were very thankful for the on-site bathrooms. The camp store was well stocked with things that we needed like sunscreen and hats. We had no complaints other than since we were camping in tents it might have been nice to have a little dirt area for the tents instead of the gravel. However that's not much of a big deal since this is an RV park! We knew what we were getting ourselves into. The location is probably the best thing about this park because It has direct access to the nearby trails, and there is minimal writing of a roads in order to get to the other trails in the area..
