Stay was awesome owners are great to work with! Rv park is very easy to access. We were able to ride right from the park to almost anywhere we wanted to go!

We were going to stay here for the month of June 2020 only, but due to the "virus" we ended up staying the entire season - May thru Sept 2020. Jim & Terri (the owners) are very knowledgeable about the area, very professional & as accommodating as is humanly possible during this very trying time for all of us. Most of the customers (there are always a few who think the rules aren't for them) obey the rules & the ones that don't are very discretely "shown the gate". If you can get reservations for this place make them...you'll be very glad you stayed.

So much fun to stay at south forty rv Park. We stayed in the cabins very nicely kept, beautify furnished. Owners teri and Jim hope that's right are wonderful hosts very personable Terri even helped me out with a small cooking item that just made the whole trip even better. Went spent, drove piaute trail explored had a blast, and in going again in the fall for the fall poker run loved our stay😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

Jim and Terri and the salt of the earth. We haven’t had a better RV Park experience than the one we had for a week at South-Forty RV Park. We had reservations at another park down the road in Circleville but they gave our spots away we hen they had booked us for a week. We started calling around and Terri got us in and was able to accommodate us for other family members in the cabins for 2 nights as well. Terri treated the kids like they were her own. Jim planned an awesome ride for us into Monroe up through mountain meadows reservoir down the Paiute trail and back into Marysville. They have a place for you to wash your ATV for $2.00 before you put it back into your trailer. They have designated areas for pets if you have them. A little green grass for kids to play on. Areas to have a fire and sit and enjoy each other. Great views and immediate access to several trails for all your riding pleasures. Don’t pass on this place - it’s definitely worth it. Thanks, Jim and Terri for making us feel like family all week!

I'm not much for RV camping but my wife and I went here with with our ATV group to go ride the trails, and the entire weekend we were there was pretty amazing. We camped in tents and were very thankful for the on-site bathrooms. The camp store was well stocked with things that we needed like sunscreen and hats. We had no complaints other than since we were camping in tents it might have been nice to have a little dirt area for the tents instead of the gravel. However that's not much of a big deal since this is an RV park! We knew what we were getting ourselves into. The location is probably the best thing about this park because It has direct access to the nearby trails, and there is minimal writing of a roads in order to get to the other trails in the area..

The sites are spacious and clean. The view is unbelievablely beautiful. The park has easy access to the best ATV trails.

We absolutely loved it here. We were looking for a place to stay for trail riding and this was perfect. Nice and very well kept. They take pride in their park and it shows. |Full hook-ups. Very nice laundry and shower area. |The RV spots are nice and big. We were oversized (38' motorhome with a 24' trailer) we had plenty of room and they were very accommodating. |This park is surrounded by all the great trails. Any questions they were happy to help. |We did get to talk to some of the other campers / riders there and this was their 2nd and 3rd year coming back, so they must be doing something right.|

Greatest RV Park in Utah Jim and Terri Peterson are the best. Would recommend it to everyone that loves camping. Also you meet some of the nicest fellow campers that there there.

Terri, told me she would keep her word about refunding my deposit because of it being a supper busy weekend this last fathers day, I have not seen any thing yet so maybe they needed the money! ($175.00) My Lab needed a tumor removed and it could not wait, Regardless of my past like 2012 of a no show and them keeping the deposit which was no biggie, I just figured they would be honest about the spots I reserved being filled. I could not give them a two week notice because I reserved it a week from my show up time! Hello!!!! They really could careless about our issues there money is there everything NO, IF's, BUT's or AND's

I don't know why this park is not packed with campers and atv enthusiasts. The park is on the atv trailhead and has a wash station especially for atvs. It is set up for larger rv's and toy haulers. All for an excellent price.

Haven't been at this RV park. The reviews are good. The photos are good. The description of South Forty RV park is good. The one thing missing is for my Wife and me (no pets, 25' traveler behind my truck) to spend Thursday Night to make "South Forty RV Park" VERY GOOD! How Outstanding it would be!!

Excellent park, run by the greatest hosts, Jim and Terri. Plenty of room, trees, and friendly campers. Ride your ATV, utv, motorcycle, jeep, mountain bike .......or whatever directly to the Paiute trail system. Fall colors are beautiful right now. Full hookups.

Best RV park in the area. Long wide pull the US all with passenger side facing East. The only negative is the WIFI is very limited. The Paiute Trail is amazing We will return
