Location is perfect for all the trails. Very clean facilities. Very easy to pull trailers in and out of stalls. Dog friendly :)

The RV park is very well maintained. The spaces are exceptionally long and wide offering mountain views. Jim and Terri are more than willing to share their knowledge of the local UTV trails. Booked a stay for next year as we left.

Great family campground with direct access to the Piute trail system. The owners run the place and are really nice and helpful.

This is a great camping spot for long rigs. It has access to the piute trail system. The spaces are long and wide and each one has a tree! there is a nice dog run for the dogs and several picnic spots the campground if you wanted to have a picnic.

Love this place. Jim and Terri are great people and work hard. Terri takes great pride in her landscaping and does a great job. This year we meant one of ours daughters and grand daughter and Terri had already took care of them before we arrived. Best and only great place to stay in town.

BIG spaces, extremely well thought out and maintained. Immediate access to Paiute trail system. Rowdies get removed from the park, so the rest of us can relax and enjoy!

Great RV park. The owners were friendly and helpful during a busy Labor Day weekend. We are not normally RV park visitors since we mostly dry camp in BLM or National Forrest areas but the experience there was better than what we expected. Access to the trails was conveniently out the back of the park so this made the location even better. Everyone who we spoke to at the park were repeat visitors so that says a lot about the owners in my opinion. We will return to South Forty on our next trip riding the Paiute trail system!

We just completed an extended weekend here and LOVED IT! Jim and Terri are wonderful people. The park was clean, the sites were large and accommodated our larger 5th wheel. Jim even took the time to help us plan our trips out to make sure we saw what we were most interested in. We will be making this trip a yearly tradition. Thank you!

We just finished a fun 5 days at the park. Jim & Terri run a great park. Large, thought out sites that all face north to maximize shade after a long ride. Jim gave us ride tips every morning. We saw snow at 11,500 feet, lots of running creeks, waterfalls and more animals than we can count. We will surely return.

Beautiful, well-maintained park! We visited for 4th of July 2017. Stayed an entire week. Full hook ups, strict quiet time hours, clean facilities, this is a great place to relax & have fun while exploring the trails on the OHV. The owners are dedicated people. Best RV park in Marysvale. Great access to the Trail system. Bathroom and Showers exceptionally clean every day. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The good: great location, great amenities, close to town, beautiful surroundings, they have restroom, showers, and laundry facilities, its a very nice and new park. The bad: the grounds lack greenery, it is mostly rocks with sparing chunks of grass. We were scolded by the owners for making dust, but with UTV's they tend to stir up dust so im not sure how to handle that. They also claim to be dog friendly, but dogs arent allowed on the grass at all, and they just seemed irritated that we had dogs. Overall, the park was great, but on our next trip we will likely stay elsewhere just because we felt out of place here almost like we were an annoyance instead of valued guests.

Several yes ago we stayed at this campsite and had a wonderful 2 wk stay. The hosts were helpful,kind and considerate. We're so helpful on what trails to ride etc. Gonna go back and sure hope same owners. Thank U

Did our annual 2 week Vacation. Booked 2 weeks here at the South Forty RV Park to do some off-road riding. There are literally Millions of trails. Arrived at the park, very nice and well-kept. The owners Jim and Terri work their butts off to keep the place looking nice. The RV spaces are easy to pull in and out of, very spacious and kept very clean. They have a beautiful laundry room with showers and bathrooms. They have a lot of rules!! As they should, because the place looks very nice and does not get overrun by people that do not respect their property. If you want to party and whoop it up, go down the street, this place is very quiet and peaceful. Easy access to most all trails. If you're new to the area and do not know the trails, Jim will be more than happy to help you plan out your trails and scenic points of interest. They had a poker run for Father's Day, it was very well organized, the food was great and we had a great time! Thank you Jim and Terri for your Hospitality, your place is beautiful and all your hard work is proof of that. LL and Phil M
