The plug in RV site is ideal.Easy access to electrical, water and sewer drain. All worked perfectly.WI-Fi was a little spotty. Site was clean and check in was automated with confirmation without needing to engage with any live person. Been here multiple times and it’s a perfect overnight stop.

It’s a nice campground, would not call it a resort. We were there for just an overnight stop so we dealt with it. If we had been there longer I would have complained. The pool would have been nice if it had been open and clean. There was a chair in the bottom of the pool. The office was closed due to staffing shortage so no access to club house. $60 a night is way too much for offering basically nothing. We saw in the brochure the bath house shower is coin operated to prevent waste of water due to long showers. Makes no sense because literally I could have taken a 30 minute shower and washed 10 loads of laundry in my camper. There were plenty of empty sites but we were put right next to someone, would have been nice to get a little space. There was a nice, large dog run which was a plus.

Loved this campground! Nice RV spaces and very nice facilities. Close to plenty of gas stations and food options. Kyle helped us with our stay and was able to accommodate our extra vehicles/trailers which we had problems with booking other campsites. If we’re ever in the area again this is definitely where we’d stay.

What an amazing experience! I'm so in love with this atmosphere I'm reviewing before we've even left. I just needed a place to stay, and didn't expect the quality here. Check in was effortless and definitely added a layer of security here. The bathrooms/showers are the best I've seen at an RV park, same with the laundry. There's also a pool that looks perfect. The dog area may be simple but is far superior to others I've seen. The really excellent feature here is the atmosphere, it feels like an oasis in a desert of farmland. I'm currently sitting on some of the most lush grass I've seen, under one of the many spectacular mulberry trees that give ample shade to the sites here. Someone has taken a lot of care to make this place special and it shows, they are clearly putting money back into the business. If you want a beautiful place to stay with great amenities, this is your place.

We stayed here as a layover between dog shows in Anderson and Corning. Nice grassy spaces, many with trees and some are buddy spots. No ten year old rule or two dog limit to deal with. Staff and other folks are very friendly. The laundry and bath house are very nice and clean; prices are reasonable. Pool is very nice but we didn’t use it. I chose this place based on location and reviews and glad we stayed here. Will stay here every year for these two dog shows in the future. FYI the I5 Cafe is very close and great.

Staff very nice. Park is well kept and dog play area is nice. Only downside is being very close to your neighbor, with only a few feet between slides. But not really an issue for overnight stop. We have stopped here 3 times and park has always been quiet.

This is a nice, quiet campground. The spots are plenty big enough and the staff is nice. Orland is a small country town. There are a handful of restaurants that are good food but not your fancy, Mechelen star restaurants. There is a large lake west of the campground. Chico is about 45 minutes east and that town has more shopping, movie theaters, etc.

Great rv park. I come here for 2 nights twice a year as I go north and then come back south. Nice laundry room at a fair price and the people that work and live there are professional and fun to hang out with. Food shopping and gas are close by. The roster and his chick-a-dees next door just add to the place.

Older quiet RV park. Ample room for us to maneuver our 45 ft class A. Nice trees and shrubbery. Close to I5 but not so close as to allow traffic noise. Will likely return.

What a gem! Large spaces, quiet and peaceful and everyone was friendly!! We stopped here unexpectedly due to a mechanical issue and the hosts were so friendly and helpful! There was no problem extending when we had to and the kindness of the owners/staff made what could have been a stressful situation very easy. Thank you thank you!

We stopped there for one night only…Called on the same day to reserve an RV site, they were super friendly and welcoming…They are pet friendly, our girls 🐶🐶 loved it there! We loved how clean the campground was and absolutely loved the common grounds such as pool and fire pit areas…Easy access off and to the I-5

The park is clean and quiet. The sites are large and have easy access pull through. We stop here every year on our way back from our yearly vacation on the Oregon coast. Perfect stopping point before heading home in central California.

I visited The Parkway RV Resort and Campground while visiting family in the area. It's conveniently located near the highway, making it easily accessible. This family-owned business boasts a friendly and welcoming staff. The facilities were clean, and my overall experience was quite pleasant.

Thank you for a great overnight stay on my trip along I-5. Lauren (if my memory serves me correctly) was great on the phone taking my reservation as I was driving down the road. I had read previous reviews about this place and it happened to be a bit of a stretch to reach on my road trip and I'm glad I stopped here. The sites are evenly spaced with most having shade from trees (late August). My site had freshly mown grass that my dog loved after being in the RV for hours. Power and water worked perfectly. My only gripe is that the showers are extra and require quarters. After paying for a premium site ($70 after tax), I feel like the showers should be included. The shower timer also doesn't notify you when it's about to run out of time and just shuts off. Thank you for a quiet off the freeway overnight stay. I'll be back for sure!

This is a great park. Quiet away from the highway. Pool, dog park, grass and recycling!!! The young lady running the office is charming and a complete delight to talk with. When passing back through the area will definitely stay again.
