Staff was extremely Pleasant and friendly. The spaces were nice and wide, had grass which was nice. all pull throughs and the property was very clean. It is very close off of the freeway and there's many eateries and grocery stores close and it was only 29 miles from Chico State.

This is an amazing place! The girl on the front desk was super pleasant, very helpful and friendly. She took the time to make sure the spot I was going into would work for me. It's a really nice park and easy to get to but far enough off the highway that you don't hear I-5 traffic. All the spots seem to be pull through and are generous in size and the hookups are actually in the right place. The dog park is wonderful with thick, lush grass which my dog loved and lights up at night with motion sensor lights. It's far enough from everyone else that dogs barking and playing would not disturb other campers, and nor would the lights. The price was very reasonable and honestly? The nicest, cleanest washrooms of any I have been in this past year in both Canada and the US bar none!! The only thing that I didn't realize and wish I had was that it looks like there's a lovely walking trail across the street from the park that I didn't see until I left. I didn't see a thing that I could say was bad about this park other than my spot was not entirely level but I have yet to be in an RV park that was, unless they had a cement pad. Since it's just two hours north of Sacramento, this is a great park for stopping on your way north or south on I-5.

This is an absolute gem! It’s quiet, easy to access. Beautiful park with trees and grass! The pool was a must during the hot days. We really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend. Only drawback was PG&E are quite expensive if you are staying for a spell and have to pay for electric. I paid in one month as much as I did for a two story house in Phoenix in July. Still great place.

This is a well run, well maintained, privately owned family RV park conveniently located for an intermediate stop while traveling on I-5. I make it a routine must-do location whenever my transit takes me north or south….so far it’s been simple overnights enroute, but the facilities lend themselves to a longer stay nicely (as long as it’s not in the mid-summer months!).

Very nice grassy RV park. Nice pool & great store! People that run park are wonderful. Local pizza place delivered to the pool. We have stayed here before & will continue to use as stop off on way up or down I-5.

The Parkway RV “resort” does not in any way resemble the website or come close to deserving the word resort. There are patches of grass rather than verdant swathes of lawn and a handful of trees minus the canopy. It is hot and dusty and a lot of gravel. It also appears from the area that vehicles might be subject to thievery. On the plus side the people running it are very nice. We drove in and paid and drove right back out. Never looked back.

My park stay was great! Staff made us feel at home. Nicest group of people .Our spot was shaded by a big tree and grass, big spacious area. Pool temperature was just right. And tent with outdoor furniture made it even more relaxing at poolside. Will definitely come again !! Thanks again for such a pleasant stay

A great, quiet RV park in the middle of California's central valley. Stopped here for two days on our way south. We got Covid halfway through our trip and had to call to cancel and reschedule three times. The front office was very accommodating and made that process easy. Though the office was closed when we arrived (it was Sunday) our information package was all prepared and waiting at the office door. Could not have been easier. Large pull-through spaces and clean, neat hookups. Superb wi-fi - best we've had at any park. Plenty of grass and trees and we didn't feel at all crammed in between neighbors.

We loved our stay here! Easy convenient check in. Spacious green sites with lots of big trees. Clean pool. Nice laundry facility with extra large dryers. We will be back! Thank you!

Great, clean, quiet place conveniently located a few blocks off the I-5 freeway. Staff is helpful and friendly. We only stayed one night passing through on our way north to our destination, but liked it enough to do the same on our way back south to home. The pool was a refreshing break to the hot weather.

This is a fantastic location right off I-5. There's Black Butte Lake nearby for water recreation, biking, and hiking, and you're at the gateway to Lassen, Shasta-Trinity, and the Siskiyous. They have a large sparkling pool, clean & hot showers, and a shop with a wonderful selection of locally-made beverages. There's tons of shade and they even have tent spaces! The owners are great people and you can tell that they take great pride in their property: the landscaping is immaculate (I love the garden bed by the front parking!), everything is very clean and well-maintained, and the WiFi is the best I've ever used at any RV park or campground.

Quiet, pleasant overnight stay. Not in great shape - grass was in need of mowing. Many weeds with burrs that got tracked into the coach. Sites had partial shade, but were situated back-to-back making neighbor very close.

We spent the weekend (Thursday through Sunday) here in early April. Beautiful mature fruitless mulberry trees for shade on green lawns with full hookup pull through sites. Easy to see the pride of ownership John and Marian have by how clean the property is , including the pool. 4 of the 6 in our group visited Marian for the wine tasting , they were impressed with Marian’s wine knowledge. I visited the office earlier and saw that John had a guitar so we talked music… while the others were wine tasting, John and I had a great time jamming in the next room. So, 5 stars - great place to stay with great hosts!
