Staff very nice. Park is well kept and dog play area is nice. Only downside is being very close to your neighbor, with only a few feet between slides. But not really an issue for overnight stop. We have stopped here 3 times and park has always been quiet.

This is a nice, quiet campground. The spots are plenty big enough and the staff is nice. Orland is a small country town. There are a handful of restaurants that are good food but not your fancy, Mechelen star restaurants. There is a large lake west of the campground. Chico is about 45 minutes east and that town has more shopping, movie theaters, etc.

Great rv park. I come here for 2 nights twice a year as I go north and then come back south. Nice laundry room at a fair price and the people that work and live there are professional and fun to hang out with. Food shopping and gas are close by. The roster and his chick-a-dees next door just add to the place.

Older quiet RV park. Ample room for us to maneuver our 45 ft class A. Nice trees and shrubbery. Close to I5 but not so close as to allow traffic noise. Will likely return.

What a gem! Large spaces, quiet and peaceful and everyone was friendly!! We stopped here unexpectedly due to a mechanical issue and the hosts were so friendly and helpful! There was no problem extending when we had to and the kindness of the owners/staff made what could have been a stressful situation very easy. Thank you thank you!

We stopped there for one night only…Called on the same day to reserve an RV site, they were super friendly and welcoming…They are pet friendly, our girls 🐶🐶 loved it there! We loved how clean the campground was and absolutely loved the common grounds such as pool and fire pit areas…Easy access off and to the I-5

The park is clean and quiet. The sites are large and have easy access pull through. We stop here every year on our way back from our yearly vacation on the Oregon coast. Perfect stopping point before heading home in central California.

I visited The Parkway RV Resort and Campground while visiting family in the area. It's conveniently located near the highway, making it easily accessible. This family-owned business boasts a friendly and welcoming staff. The facilities were clean, and my overall experience was quite pleasant.

Thank you for a great overnight stay on my trip along I-5. Lauren (if my memory serves me correctly) was great on the phone taking my reservation as I was driving down the road. I had read previous reviews about this place and it happened to be a bit of a stretch to reach on my road trip and I'm glad I stopped here. The sites are evenly spaced with most having shade from trees (late August). My site had freshly mown grass that my dog loved after being in the RV for hours. Power and water worked perfectly. My only gripe is that the showers are extra and require quarters. After paying for a premium site ($70 after tax), I feel like the showers should be included. The shower timer also doesn't notify you when it's about to run out of time and just shuts off. Thank you for a quiet off the freeway overnight stay. I'll be back for sure!

This is a great park. Quiet away from the highway. Pool, dog park, grass and recycling!!! The young lady running the office is charming and a complete delight to talk with. When passing back through the area will definitely stay again.

10 stars for this lovely park! We had a nice long and level spot with a wonderful shade tree next to us. The office has a nicely stocked store AND offers wine tasting as a huge bonus! The young woman working in the office was absolutely delightful and so helpful. The overall park is very clean and well maintained and has a nice pool for the guests. It's very conveniently located about 5 minutes off I-5. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice little place, just off the i5. We have stayed here at least 4 times on trips up to the PNW. It’s not fancy, but it seems safe and well maintained. I think it calls itself a resort because of the pool… which is nice in the summer, as it gets quite hot there! Overall, we won’t hesitate to go back on our next trip up to the PNW!😃

We just left Parkway. Boy, not knowing what to expect as this was just a one night stop over we were pleasantly surprised. The cleanliness of the park, all the trees and grass areas, the well kept pool area (where we took a couple of dips) and the friendly staff. We will definitely add this to our places to stay and look forward to coming back.

On the road and looking for an overnight on I5 is a challenge anywhere south of Redding, but Parkway was a very pleasant experience. |The sites are clean and the office was very congenial. The swimming pool is a great bonus and very clean. |Staying in Orland gives you a chance to check out the town, a classic Sacramento valley ag community with lots of good food and all the necessities. |Parkway is on our list every time we go by. |Thank you.

Lovely little spot! We were passing through for just one night, they were awesome enough to accommodate our late checkin and provided us with everything we needed (bathroom and wifi codes, fire pit, laundry services). Bathrooms, showers and laundry are impressively clean. Laundry and showers require quarters, but there is a change machine in the laundry room. Very cozy and quiet. The sound of roosters in the morning was also cute!
