10 stars for this lovely park! We had a nice long and level spot with a wonderful shade tree next to us. The office has a nicely stocked store AND offers wine tasting as a huge bonus! The young woman working in the office was absolutely delightful and so helpful. The overall park is very clean and well maintained and has a nice pool for the guests. It's very conveniently located about 5 minutes off I-5. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice little place, just off the i5. We have stayed here at least 4 times on trips up to the PNW. It’s not fancy, but it seems safe and well maintained. I think it calls itself a resort because of the pool… which is nice in the summer, as it gets quite hot there! Overall, we won’t hesitate to go back on our next trip up to the PNW!😃

We just left Parkway. Boy, not knowing what to expect as this was just a one night stop over we were pleasantly surprised. The cleanliness of the park, all the trees and grass areas, the well kept pool area (where we took a couple of dips) and the friendly staff. We will definitely add this to our places to stay and look forward to coming back.

On the road and looking for an overnight on I5 is a challenge anywhere south of Redding, but Parkway was a very pleasant experience. |The sites are clean and the office was very congenial. The swimming pool is a great bonus and very clean. |Staying in Orland gives you a chance to check out the town, a classic Sacramento valley ag community with lots of good food and all the necessities. |Parkway is on our list every time we go by. |Thank you.

Lovely little spot! We were passing through for just one night, they were awesome enough to accommodate our late checkin and provided us with everything we needed (bathroom and wifi codes, fire pit, laundry services). Bathrooms, showers and laundry are impressively clean. Laundry and showers require quarters, but there is a change machine in the laundry room. Very cozy and quiet. The sound of roosters in the morning was also cute!

Nice clean and well kept park. The owners are great people and the staff is really nicely and accommodating. They are continually upgrading all areas of the park. It's nice to stay at a place that appreciates your business and values you as a customer. They have wine tastings and attractions that are within reason to see and do. We have been staying at this park as a getaway for about two years now and it gets better every time we stay here. We just spent a week there, a nice relaxing stay. Obviously we highly recommend this park.

Stayed here for two months in November and December 2022 while hunting for a house to buy. Lovely owners. Nice facilities. Away from freeway noise. Wonderful dark park with tall fence. We stayed here in a 40' fifth wheel.

We have been camping along the I-5 corridor for 20 years and have never discovered this resort. The layout of the park was refreshing in that the paved road wandered through the park taking advantage of the terrain and beautiful Oregon evergreens. So many parks are boring squares where your picnic tables overlooks the neighbor sewer pipe. I can't say that you won't see their drain pipe; however it seems that every site has a view of a grassy area, a forest or gardens. Even the pull-throughs had a view of a grassy lawn instead of the normal gravel parking lot. The showers were the best I've had in a traveller-type RV Park. |Some may be offended by the signs saying "please insure the toilets are clean after using them and please clean whisker trimmings from the sink after you use it". "A mop is available to wipe up shower water from the floor and brushes are available for the toilet as well as paper towels for the sink." I personally felt it was not an order but a request. Just like my mom would tell me. Thanks mom!|The only negatives were that the park is at the intersection of highway 58 (Willamette Pass) and I-5. It was very convenient but fairly noisy from the Hwy 58 traffic. Hopefully this will diminish once all of the trees leaf out and our wasn't a problem for our coach. The cable was poor but the internet WIFI was exemplary. DirecTV satellite worked well for us even though it is in trees.

Very nice and organized and clean RV PARK. lovely property with trees and grassy areas. Easy pull through sites and places to walk nearby. Would recommend. Also no highway noise but you do hear chickens in the morning from the farm next door. I don’t mi das I personally like the sound of chickens 🐓 😊

Sometimes booking a stay at an RV park can be challenging as you really don’t know if the park represented everything accurately. We were happy to find that Parkway was a perfect stop and met our high expectations. The camp sites were clean and the hookups were in the right spot. Theres a fair amount of buffer between the sites which gave a nice bit of privacy from other rvs. It was very quiet at night being about 1/2 mile from the freeway. I’d definitely stay here again should it fit into our travel plans.

Staff was extremely Pleasant and friendly. The spaces were nice and wide, had grass which was nice. all pull throughs and the property was very clean. It is very close off of the freeway and there's many eateries and grocery stores close and it was only 29 miles from Chico State.

This is an amazing place! The girl on the front desk was super pleasant, very helpful and friendly. She took the time to make sure the spot I was going into would work for me. It's a really nice park and easy to get to but far enough off the highway that you don't hear I-5 traffic. All the spots seem to be pull through and are generous in size and the hookups are actually in the right place. The dog park is wonderful with thick, lush grass which my dog loved and lights up at night with motion sensor lights. It's far enough from everyone else that dogs barking and playing would not disturb other campers, and nor would the lights. The price was very reasonable and honestly? The nicest, cleanest washrooms of any I have been in this past year in both Canada and the US bar none!! The only thing that I didn't realize and wish I had was that it looks like there's a lovely walking trail across the street from the park that I didn't see until I left. I didn't see a thing that I could say was bad about this park other than my spot was not entirely level but I have yet to be in an RV park that was, unless they had a cement pad. Since it's just two hours north of Sacramento, this is a great park for stopping on your way north or south on I-5.

This is an absolute gem! It’s quiet, easy to access. Beautiful park with trees and grass! The pool was a must during the hot days. We really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend. Only drawback was PG&E are quite expensive if you are staying for a spell and have to pay for electric. I paid in one month as much as I did for a two story house in Phoenix in July. Still great place.

This is a well run, well maintained, privately owned family RV park conveniently located for an intermediate stop while traveling on I-5. I make it a routine must-do location whenever my transit takes me north or south….so far it’s been simple overnights enroute, but the facilities lend themselves to a longer stay nicely (as long as it’s not in the mid-summer months!).

Very nice grassy RV park. Nice pool & great store! People that run park are wonderful. Local pizza place delivered to the pool. We have stayed here before & will continue to use as stop off on way up or down I-5.
