Listed on the door not on website coin operated showers! 3 min. $1 outrageous won't be back. All over the country never seen this level of greed.

This review is only based on the management policy since we never stayed. The owner, John, answered the phone and efficiently took our reservation. When we decided to cancel about 10 min later, there was a misunderstanding with an employee about a refund. However, John, immediately emailed the refund receipt and later texted us to clarify. This kind of personal attention in business is rare these days, and very much appreciated! When we find ourselves traveling in California again we will time our trip to stay at Parkway.

We had to be evacuated during the Camp fire in November 2018. We ended up at Parkway. We had no idea when we would be able to return to our house but the management required us to pay for a week in advance. Having no other choice of places to stay with our dogs and RV, we paid. When the week was up we were required to pay for the next week in advance. Again no choice. When we got the clearance to go back home, I tried to get a refund on the days that we had left we were told it could not be done. I wonder if they kept our spot empty or rented it out for the remaining days.

Stayed one night on my way from CA to OR. Very professional and helpful with a “day of reservation” for one night with a dog. Arrived after dark, but they left me a map and instructions. All the RV spots look nice with bamboo separation and grass. I stayed in the tent area which is also grass. The only drawback for me was the bathroom is a bit of a walk in the dark at night, but it was super clean and warm when I finally used it in the morning. Showers are coin operated. Would stay again, thank you for the last minute help!

We camped here in our 5th wheel while seeing relatives in the nearby area. We were so thankful for the clean laundry facilities after a week of camping prior to our arrival. The property itself is an easy on/off the highway and surrounded by beautiful trees. Each site had a fire ring (didn’t have time to use), picnic table, and grass area. We had full hookups and were offered WiFi but we did not use. We toured the winery in Vina close-by. We had zero issues with the Parkway Resort and will happily return! Very clean and we felt safe.

Convenient overnight stop based on our trip plan. Facilities we're clean and will kept. Staff was responsive via both email and text. We checked in late and left early with ease. Long pull through sites meant we didn't need to unhook our trailer. Very convenient.

Really liked the place. Our Lab puppy first RV trip and the place was perfect for her. Liked the dog run. Restrooms were some of the cleanest I have seen. Nice folks in the office. Stayed in the Monaco pull thru spot and loved it.

We stayed with our granddaughter and two border collies. The spaces are wide and level. Nice grassy area between spaces. Each has a newer picnic table. Very clean. Huge dog area. We stayed with other family members who were in their own 5th wheel and shared the grassy space between. My husband and I have spent quite a bit of time in RV parks traveling across the country. We both agreed we would recommend it to others. The owners said they have been working hard to make it a destination rv park resort. We look forward to staying again.

Our motorhome broke down during our trip south and we had to wait in Orland CA for our replacement parts to arrive. The staff at Parkway was friendly and accommodating, the park was quiet and peaceful, the grounds were neat and the price was fair. On the negative side Parkway doesn't have paved roads or pads and is dark at night. The biggest negative is the coin operated showers which are frustrating to use, and I believe cost them more money in lost revenue than they collect from the showers.

We stayed here before, so we knew the place was nice. The pool must be heated as there was steam coming off it when we drove into the park. Ladies at the front desk were super nice and easy to communicate with. Pay to shower was disappointing, for the price we paid. Rained the whole time during our stay, so we did not use the facilities but the grounds were clean and weed free. Bathrooms were well maintained and clean. Very quiet until 6 am when the cars and simi-trucks started passing by the park.

We stayed one night on our way home to Washington. Fantastic RV park, very clean, well maintained. The staff were able to accommodate our last minute late reservation and arrival with absolutely no hiccups. We didn't arrive until after dark, so didn't really get to see it all until morning. Best of all, our dogs LOVED their very own play area. HUGE fully fenced off leash area for them to run and play fetch, especially after being cooped up in the RV for🤣😊 DAYS AND DAYS AND DAYS!!!😄 That is the dogs story and they are definitely sticking to it!!🥰😁 We will be back for sure.

Liked it so much came back twice in one month! Felt safe enough to leave our RV and side trip to the Greek in Berkeley! Grounds looked amazing, pool was always ready, and laundry facilities were the cleanest we've seen so far! Thanks for a great stay! And if you play Disc golf, and even if you don't, go see Black Butte Lake and disc golf course . And Black Butte Damn. Beautiful and close!

We stayed a few days ago and were registered under my husband's name. The site was ok, near the highway, dusty. Pool was nice. My husband went to take a shower and it was coin-operated! We've been to many RV parks and never had this. $1 for 3 minutes of a miserable shower. It was asuper hot trickle that couldn't be adjusted. Office was always closed, and you had to call if you needed anything. We expected more from a place with "resort" in its name.

We called last minute and were able to get a spot for the night. Hidden gem! Very clean, well kept park. We did a load of laundry and unfortunately didn’t get a chance go swimming. Love the buddy site idea, even if you don’t have a buddy I would rather see the front side of someone’s trailer than looking at their sewer and hookups! We had good cell service (T-Mobile and Verizon) and internet. Definitely would stay here again.
