We only stayed one night here at Parkway on our way up to Oregon. But making the reservation was easy to make with a friendly and professional person. We arrived late and the first think we noticed were the flickering light posts throughout the park. It gave it such an old word feel. Was very cool. We have a 40 ft rig and it was easy to maneuver in to the pull thru sight.. The guests were quiet. THe location was just far enough from the freeway to be soo pleasantly quiet. Definitely a place we'd come back to.

The Parkway was very nice RV campground. Sure there was a rooster but you're in the country. There's a very lush dog area with thick grass and it's completely fenced in..YAY! The road that runs by it is a bit noisy but not a deal breaker. Only drawback for us was no cable, and satellite/antenna wouldn't work. We like watching news in evening and morning. However, would stay there again, no problem.

Although our time restraints only allowed us one night here, it was enough time to notice the amenities and how lovely this campground was. Wish we'd had much longer to enjoy it. Would definitely recommend you check it out if you're in the area. Ashley was definitely an attribute as she was very courteous and welcoming. Just call for that reservation - you will not regret your stay here.

We stayed here twice and highly recommend. Just one night each way but the park is extremely clean, the premium spots are beautiful. Amazing little dog park with real grass. Contact less check in easy breezy. Nice freeway access and large spots for our 40' fifth wheel. Thank you!

We really enjoyed staying in the park, my granddaughter really loves the swings and the pool and playing in the grass. My dog really enjoyed the dog park. I love that it has on site laundry facility so I am able to do laundry 24 hrs. The park is very clean and welcoming the staff is wonderful. I love to watch the sunrises and sunset they are so beautiful. I think the prices are fair. I also want to add It’s very nice when I have my days off my wife and I walk around the park, it’s very peaceful after a long week of work.

I have stayed at this park off and on for quite some time now. It's very peaceful place to get away for sure. The sunset is breathtaking, I look forward to it every time I come. I love that they finally put a dog park together as I have a puppy that needs to burn off some energy. The staff seem very welcoming and helpful when I was having a few issues. It's also nice that just recently staying here, They put a little kid's swing with the big kids swings My daughter is very happy about that. I see they are making improvements so I will be back again

Such a nice park! So peaceful & quiet! The owners & workers are so nice! Sites are HUGE with big area of grass in most sites! Nice, clean laundry room! (They have the huge dryers!) they even have the cutest wine and gift store! Nice, clean pool! Don’t even get me started on the beautiful flowers she has around the office! The yellow & pink rose bushes are my favorite! Would definitely recommend staying here and the price isn’t bad either!

Called and made reservations on the road as we were driving I5 south from Oregon. Ashley was busy with customers and told me she would call back. She called back a few minutes later. She was very helpful and efficient with making the reservation. The RV park was very clean with nice big trees for shade. Surprisingly, Orland has some good restaurants. We went to Farwood Bar and grille which had friendly service and good food (probably a little pricier than other restaurants but it is a nicer place too). The entry to the RV park was not done very well but it was no problem getting in and out. The only little annoyance is specific to our site. It was next to a house with a rooster so if you want to sleep in, ask for a site away from that house.

Very nice! We traveled here from the east coast for the first time this summer. We absolutely loved this park! Clean restrooms, huge sites, and big trees with tons of shade. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very easy to find, right off 1-5, but far enough that there was no highway noise. The town of Orland is just a mile down the road, with some great restaurants and local shops (Farwood is excellent! Thank you John & Marian!). We can't wait to visit again!

I really love this beautiful park! The onsite owners are amazingly friendly and do a fantastic job of keeping it clean and well maintained. They are always looking for ways to make improvements . There are lots of mature trees for shade and lots of green grass that help keep the park cool. The laundry room, restrooms and pool are kept clean. And if you enjoy wine, they have an extensive number of them and will do wine tasting upon request. There is also a little store for those items we might have forgotten to bring or pick up when in town. Also it is far enough off I5 that the freeway sounds won't keep you awake at night. Chico is just 30 minutes away with lots of shopping and restaurant choices. I always enjoy my stay, be it a week or a month or more!!! Looking forward to returning next month!!!
