This RV Park looks nice on a satellite photo, but their check-in procedures are the most ridiculous of any park that we’ve seen across 49 states and 7 Canadian provinces! 1. 10:00 AM check out!! Whoever heard of this!! 2. 4:00PM Check-In!!! Whoever heard of this!! 3: $15.00 Fee to arrive before 4:00PM!!! Whoever heard of this!! 4 they require you to use DocuSign to electronically sign an agreement! Whoever ever heard of this!! They’re not like a hotel that has to call in a cleaning crew to change over the room. I’m wondering what they do with a vacant spot from 10 AM to 4 PM and why they feel the need to charge people $15 extra to check in before 4 PM! For what looks like a nice RV Park from the satellite photo, their policies and procedures are asinine! The owners and/or management need to rethink their policies and procedures as we would never stay at this park again! The only reason we’re staying there is because it’s close to our relatives that we’re visiting for the night. This is the absolute worst check-in process that we’ve ever experienced!

We didn't get to stay in this park. We had an accident with our camper on the first part of our trip. The camper was not towable so we had to canceled the trip. Called the office and explained our problem. They would not give even a partial refund. They require a payment in full. So we lost all of our monies on the campground. Will not be staying at any USA RV Resorts in the furture. I can understand if we were just canceling, but this was beyond our control.

Online booking was smooth, but unfortunately the after-hours process was a major issue. We arrived after hours and there were no directions provided in the confirmation email or at check-in. The listed phone number only accepts voicemails, and the text option didn’t receive a reply. We were unable to access the gate, bathrooms, or Wi-Fi because no codes were shared. If there is no after-hours check-in option, the booking system should not allow reservations for those times. Better communication and clearer policies would make a difference.

We did enjoy staying in this place , it was very clean, very quiet, we felt secure in this place been gathered, real nice and clean bathrooms , very illuminated at night, Resort Manager Cynthia Martinez she was very nice, Very friendly. We recommend this place to anyone interested in RV Park Resort One of the best !!!

This Rv resort is extremely pleasant to stay in, very clean and communication is top notch, they have good amenities and just overall a very good culture from staff. I definitely recommend checking this place out for your stay.

The area is clean and gated. The lot is quiete and peaceful. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming. Management is diligent, and the amenities are quite nice. 10/10

Great place! Clean and well maintained. It is near the highway, but not too noisy. The guests are quiet and there are lots of families and kids. It is gated, secure, and well-lit … I feel very safe here. Cynthia and her team are awesome – always friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again!

Nice, clean and well organized but… >> EXTREMELY NOISY << as it’s next to a very busy road. If you usually sleep with your aircon on then it’s OK, otherwise avoid it. Being half deaf or totally deaf is an advantage. They could plant some trees to dampen the sound but chose not to. I’ll never come back but good luck to them.

The rates are already high, and on top of that, they tack on too many hidden fees. What you see upfront is not what you actually end up paying. Definitely not worth the cost.

Nice quite clean place to stay friendly staff clean restrooms and pool hot tub small like store in the oven I stayed out a lot but this is a pretty laid-back place I recommend thanks. JB
