First off, when I made reservations and paid the full balance they went over the return policy. This is the first RV park we've stayed at in our 8 years of traveling the country that does NOT offer a refund in emergency situations or anything. I can see keeping a day but not our entire 4 night stay. We stayed here to go to wings over Houston. Right away we couldn't understand why the grass was so tall. We have small dogs and the grass was perfect level to poke them in the eyes. Coming into our motorhome the evening after our first full day here, our floor in front of one slide was swarming with ants. I sprayed profusely to kill them then went outside to see where they are coming from. Our fresh water hose was covered with ants. I sprayed that too. The next day I was at the office when it opened to report the ant problem. The gal at the front desk told me to give her a few minutes to make a batch of spray and she'll be over. 10 to 15 minutes she said. Nice gal, very apologetic. An hour and a half to 2 hours later she's still not here so I finally called again. Obviously I was not top priority. She got busy with other things. Again apologetic but still not acceptable. We probably wouldn't stay again. Kinda pricey for what you're getting

Great place to stay for vacation or to live. Site is always kept clean , maintenance is always kept up with the pool etc. Staff is super friendly and always helpful. Never to loud or busy , neighbors are considerate of others. Overall an amazing place to stay

I have been living here for about 6 months now. I really enjoy it, it’s got beautiful flowers that bloom around the inner walkway by the little pond. I feel very safe here, I can always walk my dog at night without any issues. The park manager , Cynthia and the grounds keepers are great. The place is always clean and kept up with. I really couldn’t see myself being anywhere else! Oh yeah , the sunsets are to die for!

This is definitely the place to stay ! They are very sweet and loving and will help you out in any way they can. They also will accommodate it is a very nice place to stay it’s very neat and clean.

USA RV parts are the best places for people to stay it has everything it has a dog wash it has a nice pool for kids and adults it has a hot tub it has a party room it has mailboxes if you stay here for a while you can have your mail put in it it has nice patio furniture around the pool area it has a washer and dryer section it has a workout room they also have cover parking for some RVs and they have a pond in the middle where you can walk around the pond and get exercise Cynthia the manager is running the place and she runs it like gold you should never have any complaints and if you do she's there for you it couldn't be a better place to live

Overall a great park, just could use some adjustments. The grass could be cut more often, there were was an obvious ant problem that was never treated for. Gym had limited equipment which was expected because it was small but the one machine in there had been broken for months now and the temperature stays at 75 even in this Houston summer heat. There were never any notification sent out in when the pool would be closed for cleaning and the cleaning days were never consistent. As well at night little mice would come out and raid the trash bin placed out side the pool for food. This park has great amenities but they just need to be kept up with! The guest were friendly and never had any bad encounters with anyone and we really came together as community when hurricane Berly hit!

Came here for a week of work but staying at the RV Resort was more like a vacation from the pool , bar b q pit gym and laundry mat the cool friendly awesome ladies that checked us in and helped with any and all needs here at the park shout out to Linda , Cindy ( hope I spelled it right 🥹) and Melissa are a great combination and awesome customer service !!! I'd definitely recommend staying here the surrounding area is clean well lit and no worries about your stuff getting stole or broken into its a gated RV Resort !!! Thank yall ladies for the good time my wife said she feels like she's leaving her lady friends here , but we will be back for another stay !!!

The first think that we liked about USA RV RESORT, was how polite and helpful the staff were at first conversation we had on the phone. While on the phone they were very understanding about our travel situation. They worked with us and had our reservation ready what ever time we arrived. During our stay I had trouble with my RV. A gentleman of their staff brop what he was working on came over and helped me fix the RV. Yes, I will for sure stay at USA RV RESORT again. Very clean facilities.
