We were there about 6 months and loved it there. The manager Cynthia was always great and super nice! We were on the water and the breeze was great. The amenities were great too. The highway was noisy when you were outside but we couldn’t hear in when we were in our camper. Would definitely recommend!

Mrs. Cynthia is always a pleasure to deal with. Been there twice already and has been a good stay both times. Nice and quiet and a very well maintained location. Will definitely be going back.

Wow !!! I had the best experience here , whoever says the bathrooms were nasty are crazy !!! This has to be the most cleanest and nicest RV park I’ve ever stayed in and we travel a lot . Hands down top notch RV Resort in Houston !!! Kudos to the manager and staff , we will be back .

I've had no complaints with this resort other than my original site (site 70) being too noisy due it being on the interstate side of the resort as well as the site itself flooding when it rains. USA RV Resorts Corporate requires each location's management to charge its tenants a $75 fee in order to change sites. Considering the site flooding is out of my control, corporate was willing to work with me once they saw the proof.

This site is very clean and comfortable. management and staff has always went above and beyond to please the tenants. Best RV site I've been to so far.highly recommended.

Cynthia, the manager, the one and only, the most kindest interaction I've had. She sent me up at an RV parking lot within 10 minutes, and I've been loving every moment. She was the only one in the office and did 10 things at once and I was very impressed with her attitude and her service. I only stayed here last night and tonight, and I so definitely be coming to stay here again when I get back in town next week!!!

A great location to be near it all! A short drive to Galveston, NASA, MED Center or Downtown, Houston. A friendly atmosphere and the manager Cynthia is so accommodating and helpful. They even helped me park my motorhome when I arrived. I am a local and stayed here while waiting on my new home to be available. Thank you for the hospitality!

I called in for general information, and Sherri is the epitome of customer service (hope I didn’t misspell her name). She took her time to give me detailed information, she wasn’t in a rush and have the most welcoming voice ever. She is so amazing that after I did a review on the website, I just had to do it on google, because everyone deserves to be treated with respect until they don’t deserve to. I mean I can’t say enough of how impressive her genuine personality was , the phone etiquette was most appreciated. Seriously you’ve ever had questions and called an establishment and the voice alone just makes you say that’s for your time I’ll call another place, have a good day! Although you really don’t mean it but you refuse to stoop to that behavioral level. Sherri you’re a special person, continue to be kind as you are and God will bless the fruit of your lips!

Pool is closed often, water is often shut off for repairs, was just notified that rent due is not monthly but every 28 days?????, location is great, you are charged a “resort fee”for the hot tub and gym @ $45 monthly or every 28 days, no transparency on billing and a $30 fee on credit card when paying rent.

Best Resort I have been to by far I was recommend it by a friend and it did not disappoint. The Resort was well kept, The Manager is what I believe to be the kindest person I have met. The Manager is Devoted to her job and very considerate of others even when its late out, The Pools are in great condition and are lovely in the blistering summer heat I Recommend it when its scorching outside, Work out room was full of pristine equipment just as good as any Gym, Another thing the community room is great and has plenty of room for activities. The trails around the resort are great for an afternoon walk especially for those romantic walks for those of you who are lucky out there ;) the trail also has a beautiful pond. One of the best things about this Resort is that they are pet friendly, And CLEAN restrooms and showers many resorts suffer from this but not This resort. The fees are well worth what you get, The resort also has a mini convenient store up front by the front office that is useful for when your having a lazy day. Maintenance is always upkept in the Resort so you don't have to worry about a problem while spending time here. Highly recommend this resort if your intown even if you can stay long you should come by and have a look. That's my review about this stress free Resort.

Great resort 10/10. Well kept, great amenities, the restrooms/showers are very well kept, manager is nothing but kind, devoted, and understand even during late hours. Great pool, great workout room, nice community room, and there is a really beautiful pond that you can take a trail and walk around. Maintenance is always on top of things as well. Pets are welcome and fees are not unreasonable. Well worth it! You get what you pay for. There is also a mini convenient store in the front office. If you’re ever in town I highly recommend this resort. I absolutely love and adore it here.

I love this Rv park 😍 I came in at 1am, and they still helped me out. It's clean and in a gated community. The staff here is great. Also, they have a hot tub that works and an awesome pool to cool off in.
