Nice clean place. Lots of long term guests. Good location close to everything. A little pricey, but they do have a heated pool and hot tub.

USA RV Houston is a very nice, clean RV park close to the Sam Houston beltway and Ellington AFB. We were there for part of the air show weekend and were able to watch the jets, what a treat! Spaces are paved and very generous width and length wise. Park hosts are very congenial and helpful. We will definitely stay there again next time we're in town. Bonus - free bag of ice! That was an unexpected and appreciated gesture.

The Resort Manager Suzy does an outstanding job making sure things are kept in order and changes are promptly communicated to the guests. I enjoyed her and the office staffs hospitality throughout my year-long stay! More consistent rates/charges would have been icing on the cake, but I understand that those are corporate level decisions and not up to local resort management.

Stayed in this park in a travel trailer for a week visiting family. Convenient to grocery store and restaurants. Very friendly staff. Clean, large concrete pad sites. All of the amenities are nice, clean and well located. Security is great. The management was such a great help as we were so tired from the long drive from Alaska. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The park is clean, well maintained, and attractive, but ridiculously hard to get to. Staff is friendly and was very polite and helpful on the phone and in person. The other residents are another matter, and several of those interactions ensured that I won't go back. An adult tagging my younger daughter in the back of the head with a ball (more than once) and saying "you don't get to be here" when she was literally doing nothing other than sitting on the bench... I opened the laundry room door to retrieve my clothes at the appointed time, just in time to hear the timer on my washer go off, and another resident yanked everything out and threw it on the floor right in front of me... There were some other things, but that was enough. Rotten toxic atmosphere. What a shame.

The place is very clean. See photos of pool area, exercise room, laundry room, meeting room, outdoor grills, bathroom with shower, and main building. The pedestals with electricity (30 and 50A), water are great. Sewer connection also easy-to-use. The only negative is that units 1 to 5 are across the street from a car dealership and they leave their outdoor speakers on all the time. Photos are of the meeting room, their bathroom with shower, the main building, the laundry room, the main building, the setup for unit 2 (see the dealership), the outdoor grills, and pool area. Very clean park. Everytime l walked into the restrooms they were clean. Thank you to Suzy and Vaughn for taking care of me immediately when l had issues with the dryers. This park has restrooms with showers available as well as a laundry room, gym, a tv room, and in the office it has a small store. It has an outdoor pool with a hot tub and lake with a sidewalk around it. It has a dog park and dog poop bags available around the park. My favorite part was the dog wash station, l wish more rv parks had these. They also have a grill with a sink under a covered area available.

This was a very clean place, gated community, customer service was awesome! The tenants were quiet and respectful. The pool and hot tub was very well maintained. The laundromat was clean. There was a walkway around the lake for exercising. Its pet friendly and the lawn was kept up neatly. I'd recommended this place for sure. I really enjoyed my stay here and I look forward to returning ☺

First time staying here and it was awesome. Very clean, very quiet, very nice. Definitely recommend staying here. Love the view of the lake, the washing and dryer works very well, the staff is friendly.

My wife and I moved here at the beginning of January. Spot I choose was big enough for My camper, 16' cargo trailer and two vehicles. With room to spare. We like it here so far! We both feel safe and secure.

Arrived early morning when I told the lady I would be there around 10:00 AM. The lady in front complained moaned and groaned and charged me 20.00 more dollars on rent due to us being early. Then we were unloading and getting set up and the lady came around about a extra water hose that was indeed brand new that was sitting on the chair complaining.. Then somehow out of the blue we were paying 300.00 for electricity when I moved from that place I am looking at my meter about how much usage I am using and I have only used 50.00 in almost a month. Watch out about there meters. Then the security gates are there for no absolute reason anyone can get in and drive around and use the pool ammenites and I have seen people sneak through the gates.. My kids couldnt not play really that much because "They were too NOISY" when they are all boys and ranging from 2-7...

This place is an rv campers paradise. Very nice, very clean, has plenty of laundry appliances for everyone so I don't think you'll need to worry about but being able to wash clothes. 4 public restroom/showers, one is wheelchair accessible. They even have a gym, hot tub, heated pool, all pads are dang near level and everyone is concrete and plenty of parking space, I have a 32ft TT and can still park my extended cab 6.5ft bed truck in front of it, and another beside it without bothering the neighbors. And if that's not enough for you, they have giant pull through lots, and bigger pads furthur back. Free wifi that I can stream HD movies from no problem, and free cable if your tired of your antenna signal breaking every time a strong wind picks up. Again. Love this place! Definitely will be back next time I'm down here

Very clean and kept up. Pool and hot tub area is awesome. Manager works hard to keep everything neat and clean. Pool was closed on Friday due to possibility of hurricane Hana. Cares for guests and their safety. Sites are big rig friendly, great sizes.

A very unfortunate experience. We made a week long reservation by phone after finding the number on Google. Photos and reviews made it seem like an RV Resort with plenty to do. The staff member on the phone assured us that this was a great park for kids as we were traveling with our 4 and 6 year old boys. This is not an RV Resort but a trailer park. The only people we encountered were permanent residents, whom were friendly people, but we were there on a Friday, and the park had heavy traffic when residents were coming home from work. The site next to us was empty so they used it to cut through to the street behind us. We were not able to let our young boys play freely. Sites are small, about a two foot strip of grass which was unusable, due to the fact that the neighbor’s septic was overflowing. No fire pit or area that would be nice to sit outside. The pond is a retention pond and not usable in any way. There was no park except for a small dog run. This is next to a large highway interchange so traffic is loud and can even be heard over our air conditioner through all hours of the night. Due to all these conditions we asked for a partial refund. We wanted to pay the nightly rate for the one night we stayed. This was refused. Staff said that they had a no refund policy, which was never expressed to us at time of booking. We asked corporate and after deliberating with management they again refused to issue a refund. We did not return for a second night, there was no place for our kids to play for an entire week. When we expressed this concern at the office while trying to cancel, they told us we could let our kids play in the dog run. This was over the top insulting and eventually the staff agreed that this was not a place for small children. The next day I could not reach anyone by phone after 4 attempts, so I emailed the manager asking again for a refund and politely listed my reasons why. I was ignored. I have made a dispute with my credit card company, and have repeated to management that I am more than willing to pay for my one night at the higher rate. The only positives I could give are cleanliness, laundry facilities, and a nice pool.

We stayed here during a Softball Tournament in the area. Some friends had also rented a site. Awesome facilities, clean and well maintained. We live about an hour away and this place is on our list for short weekend jaunts (short only because of our proximity). Highly recommend it.
