Travis Hizall

One of the best RV parks I've been to. I use this one to dump after dry camping (I live close). They treat me great. After only being there once, she remembered my name and what kind of RV I have. I was very impressed. Now I just call ahead and say, this is Travis. She says, okay go to spot XX. It is by far the cleanest RV park I've ever been in. If I didn't live close but needed or wanted to stay close to Houston but not too close, this is where I would stay.

Awesome place to stay. My husband and I only intended to stay while we were in the process of finding a house to rent. After staying here for a few months we decided that we loved it here. The cable and WiFi are included in you rent, and I have never had a major issue with it the WiFi other than small system issues that where quickly resolved. We have been here for a little over a year and very satisfied. The pool and hot tub are amazing and well kept. The shower and bathroom are clean as well. Our dog loves to play in the dog park. The noise from the 45 and beltway 8 is present, but you will get that if you are staying at any RV park right off a major highway. The residents here at the park are friendly. The manager is awesome and will do what she can to ensure that your stay is enjoyable.

This park is very well managed. It is clean and well maintained. The park is secure and the people are great. The manager is excellent and went out of her way to help us. I highly recommend it. I have stayed here before and will be back in the future.

First off it’s directly under 45 South and Beltway 8. It’s overpriced just like all RV Parks have become. I stayed 4 almost 5 months and had no problems relative to neighbors or things missing. WiFi is slow and Cable is a bit tricky sometimes. Shari the manager is very friendly and María the grounds lady keeps the place very clean. They have a nice BBQ area also workout area indoors little store with limited choices. Nice big concrete site that fit my 43’ fifth wheel and F350 with no problem and room to spare. Would’ve given 5 stars but the mixmaster. Would I stay again, yes.

The Potter's Wife

We are moving out of town and needed a place to stay for a month. This was the perfect place. Location was perfect for our jobs, it felt safe and was spotless. The management was super friendly and helpful. The community of people were friendly. They had clean bathrooms and showers. The pool was so beautiful at night when the lights were on. They have a workout room and the laundry mat was nice also. I was able to dry everything in one cycle. They even have a little fenced in area for the dogs to walk and they provide bags to clean up after you pets. It is location near the corner of beltway 8 and 45 which means a quick trip to the mall. This has been an overall great experience. I'm so glad we found this place. I highly recommend it.

What a stay! Its a very nice rv resort, i could see myself full timing here! Very clean showers and facilities. Heated pool and wonderful hot tub! It's only two years old and adding! Management is friendly and ever so helpful. I'm looking forward to another vist!

I stayed at this location for roughly a year and I thoroughly enjoy it. I would rate it 10 stars if I could. As a single adult woman, I felt very safe and had zero problems. The manager was wonderful and was a joy to speak with. She does her absolute best to ensure that the property is kept in amazing condition. If I ever needed to return to Pasadena, I would immediately call her to see if there were any sites open.

Very well maintained, lovely pool, very clean, management is great. Enjoyed meeting some of the people around the resort. 2/26 I was happy to see that on my second time here that everything is still as enjoyable as my initial experience here. Staff at this location is still as great as the first time. One of the cleanest resorts I have seen. People are friendly and ready to offer a helping hand.

Came by this location because of my job moving. Already at the USA RV Resorts in La Marque and love this resort. But this one here of of Beltway 8 and interstate 45 is noisy because both highways are almost on top of you. If you from the city them you'll be ok. But not for me. Park is nice and clean . 2 stars the noise is really bad. And I have bad hearing.

GREEN claypool

Excellent place I must say. (EDIT) Just stayed here again 7 months later. They remembered us and are SO incredibly nice! Concrete pads. Amazing pool and hot tub. Gated community and fair prices for what you get. Cant forget laundry, a grill area, amazingly clean showers/bathroom. Also a work out room. I give the 10 out of 5 stars. They exceeded the standards.

The resort is very clean and the staff is super friendly. We have stayed here twice this year and every time we have been pleased. Great location and pet friendly. I am hoping USA RV will build some new parks in West Texas someday soon. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Best customer services EVER! The place is super clean and secure.I move to the resort with my husband, two teenagers and dogs we were in the middle of moving houses and Mrs Sherly, the manager make us feel like home, she cares for all the people in the resort. Landry room and doggie were always clean. Most of all I always feel super safe :) I will recommend this resort to the best in the area.

A very clean place to stay at and the manager is a very sweet lady but runs a tight facility. which is a good thing cause you have nobody acting foolish. So for me that I work night shift it's perfect nice and peaceful. I would definitely come back here again.

My husband and I stayed here a little over 2 weeks. The park is clean and well kept. The pool and laundry facility are clean and really nice. The park is gated, it makes one feel safe. We had a small dog with us and they have potty stations and disposals throughout the resort, which is convenient. I would stay here again.

I pulled in on a Saturday for extended stay. This is my first go at living in a travel trailer full time. The attendant on duty went out of her way to help me get in and set up my trailer for a successful stay. Not only did she show me the entirety of the park and it's amenities, she assisted me in parking my rig, setting up sewage, flushing/cleaning my blackwater tank, hooking up electricals and potable, etc. Not to mention giving me a list of items needed that I did not yet have as well as much needed advice. One of the few things I don't like at this point is the lack of grass in the park. All of the provided facilities (pool, gym, bar/grill, entertainment room) seem to be grade A, but I'm sure the grass will come with time. Some trees wouldn't hurt either to beef up the scenery. The other thing worth mentioning is that there is a $3 fee for the reception of each package, and the mailboxes have not yet been set up (even though they will hold the mail for you), so I'll be getting a PO Box at a nearby post office. I'll re post at a later date... Once I have stayed here for longer than the three days that I have at this point.
