First time in a RV/trailer campground and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Its super clean, all the parking spot are concrete slabs, full and easy hookup 50,30,20 amp, fresh water, cable tv (which we didn't use), free wifi (can be slow during peek hours) but otherwise usable. Located beside a highway exchanger but the noise is not too bad. We haven't used the amenities on site but everything looked to be great.

I have stayed at USA RV resort several locations over the last 4-5 yearsThe location in Houston at the Sagedowne USA resort Is going down fast, especially with a new management!! Example 1. Rent increase without notification. 2. Charging fees unbelievable fees. Without letting us know that there are these fees. 3. Rodeo fee we don’t even go to the rodeo. 4. When you order Amazon, they charge you a fee for Amazon to deliver your package every package. 5. Mail when you get an envelope they charge you for every piece of mail. 6. Our motorhome is under warranty. Something went wrong with the AC call the repairman they charged us $50 for the repair man to come on the property to fix our AC that was under warranty yes $50 for the repairman to come on the property to fix the AC. 7. They are charging us a $49 amenity fee which all we used is the pool for the last three weeks it has been closed during the week and only open on the weekend but there’s so much partying and people on the weekend. You can’t go come Monday they close the pool because there’s dirty diapers pizza food in the pool where no one else can swim until they drain the pool and clean it, which is ready for the next weekend party which we only use it once a week anyway. 8. The security gates are always broken. Left in the open position entrance and exit not much security in a bad area. 9. Don’t forget the credit card fee. One more way to scam money out of you $750 rent went to over $1000 9. One positive note we moved $350 cheaper down the road and a lot happier. The pool is open and the Amazon packages are free. Down the road, there is no extra fees PS I have read the previous reviews and watch the owner or the management will respond to this and somehow someway blame me for all the problems. They will never take accountability for their own problems. Good luck people..

We love USA RV RESORTS!!!! We have lived here before and are now back. We love Ms. Suzie and everyone here!!! Place is always well maintained and most long timers know eachother and always say Hi… SO GLAD TO BE BACK HERE!!!! We will be making good use of the always sparkling pool and grilling area.

Awesome place to live. I stayed here for 1 month. Gated RV Park The spots fill up fast. A pull through wasn’t available, so the other spots were ok. But it’s a nice family setting.

This is a 4+ star resort. Very clean. Big sites. Gated access. At the crux of 2 interstates so the hiway noise is constant. $20 Uber to Johnson Space Center.

If you are Hispanic, STOP! Turn Around & DO NOT STAY HERE. Seemed we were being targeted by a fellow neighbor, we could not even go outside peacefully, with out being watched on our every move & plus being recorded. NO PRIVACY. It says it’s animal Friendly, but clearly it isn’t. We couldn’t even take our dogs out with out worrying if we were going to get a complaint ,if they even barked. Again, targeted. Yet, we seen so many ppl there with several dogs & yet we were being harassed by having our yorkiepoos. This place is over priced & wifi wouldn’t even work most of the time. We couldn’t even have anything outside, with out having a complaint. But yet, we seen others who lived like hoarders there, the bathrooms & showers were not always cleaned, a lot of hair everywhere from previous day. The showers were not always hot, you would have to wait a very long time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE A MINORITY. We were treated very poorly. If you get a lot by someone who has lived there longer, they have more seniority & they will side with them on whatever the cost, meaning you must vacate to make the one making complaints happy. I did Not even want to give this place one star!

I am updating my review to say that I returned here and I still think this place is great. The same two friendly managers were there and the pool was kept in tip top shape. Used the grill a few times and enjoyed walking my dog around the lake. Thank you very much. This rv park was kept clean and in a good state. Bathrooms were nice, outdoor grill area was well kept and the pool was good too. Good management for the grounds. I will definitely come back here and stay again when I'm in Houston.

Second visit was just as wonderful as the first. Great hospitality. Loved the managers. Once again the pool is amazing, especially at night. Hope to be coming back again very soon. Loved my short visit here and the facilities are great. I hope to stay here soon because the pool is so nice, especially at night.

This is an absolutely GREAT place to live! It's peaceful and quiet. The amenities (gym, pool, dog park) are awesome to have. We loved waking up to that beautiful pond every morning. We had to leave momentarily for personal reasons but we couldn't WAIT to get back. As soon as we had the chance, we called miss Suzie up and told her we were coming right back. Management is simply amazing. Miss Suzie and Angie really care about the tenants and show that they really want to keep us happy. Even the maintenance workers are all super friendly and professional. Absolutely no complaints. Will definitely be living here for as long as we can!

I was at USA Houston for 2 1/2 years. Suzy and Vaughn are great folks. Very kind and very respectful. The spots are big enough for a large fifth wheel, the truck to pull it, and a small car. As far as I know the pool, hot tub, and exercise room are all well maintained. Now the rest of the story: The rent is on a 28 day cycle. $740.00 thirteen times a year. Electricity is .15 cents a kwh. @ $200.00 a month from May thru September. My rent increased by $105.00 in the time I was there, but increases are expected. $635.00 Jan 2020 $740.00 May 2022 There was $25 veterans discount but they took that away back in February 2022. They charge $15.00 a month for a mailbox, of which they have @50 in a park of 157 spots. They used to allow 3, or 5 packages free per month but now they charge a minimum of $3.00 for everything that's delivered to the office. This includes envelopes. They have recently implemented two more fees. A 3.5% "convenience" fee for debit/credit card for rent payment, and my personal favorite, the one that made my decision to move. Any vendor to enter the park MUST stop at the office and pay a $50.00 dollar fee just for the privilege of entering the park, which in turn is passed on to whomever needs work done. They got me once. They require vendors to show proof of workers comp and 2 million dollars in liability insurance, so the 50.00 dollars is nothing more than greed as they carry no liability. My truck was gotten into SEVEN times. There were several vehicle break ins while I was there. Guns, laptops and a few wallets/purses were stolen. There were a few shootings but I never heard of anyone actually being shot; however, several trailers were damaged. Due to the proximity of I-45 and Beltway 8 the traffic noise is constant. As I said, I was there 2 1/2 years, but that 50 dollars they stole from me will cost them thousands as I'll be here at least five more years. It's their company and they're entitled to operate it as they see fit. I realize my departure will have ZERO impact, but there are certain things I can't and won't abide.

USA RV RESORTS IN HOUSTON has been an absolutely wonderful place to stay. We had MANY changes to our reservation not only before we arrived but even needing to prolong our stay last minute several times. Each time the office attendants were so understanding and professional. Secondly, the pool had a hose bust and they had a pool repair team out that very morning to assure they were doing everything they could to get it back open for the campers ASAP. The were successful! Just another benefit, they allow each campsite a free bag of ice each day. Most importantly, we are in a gated campground w/ security and it gives you a peace having your family here. Felt very safe. Thank you USA Resorts and RV for such a great experience. We will return.
