We stopped in just to check the park out for future reference. The staff were friendly and helpful. The park has an older "park" side with large trees, gravel back in spots and a new side with concrete angled pads. The sites are larger than most we've seen in Florida. The pool was heated. My toes felt no shock when I stuck them in to check. The whole park was clean, well kept and had a nice feel.

Beautiful setting! Awesome place for your RV. I would call it a favorite after visiting one day with our grand boys. It was very difficult to get them to leave. However, if you have an older RV you won't get in here, as we do. Though our RV is a beauty she is a 96 and this park won't allow any past the 2000 year. This park is quiet and ohhh so nice. Not that large but I have to recommend it. You won't be disappointed!

Under current conditions the rating would be closer to 3 stars, but I bumped it up to 4 stars because they are currently doing quite a bit of work around the campgrounds. One area has been completed and they have really nice sites with concrete pads, nice landscaping and more of an RV resort feel. The area we stayed in had gravel parking and concrete pads for the picnic table. There are, however, obvious signs of upgrades and improvements going on. A few of the older sites have materials stored on them for water, electrical and concrete work. Grounds keepers are continually on the move and the park itself is very clean. There are two off leash dog parks available, one for large dogs and one for small dogs. This was a rather important aspect for us as we are traveling with an 18 month old high energy pup. He is essentially a four-legged toddler who has the energy to match. It's a relief to be able to let him off leash and allow him to run, stretch his legs and burn off some of that energy. I no longer have that energy and there are a couple benches and chairs to sit on while the pups play. Pick up bags and trash can are readily available. There are two docks, one for sitting and another for fishing. Make sure you have your Florida fishing license though. There is also a heated pool with several jets. Not quite as big as pools we've seen in other parks, but very much up to date and very clean. Perfect way to relax at the end of the day. We don't generally return to the same area as we like to explore new places. This is definitely a campground we would return to if we find ourselves coming back to Tampa / Clearwater again.

This is the best RV resort we have ever stayed at. The Check in was great, we were given a welcome pkg, a personal escort to our spot and help backing in. The resort is clean and well maintained. The pool was clean and inviting and the showers were fantastic. We love looking at the bay from our nice clean spot. We recommend this place for everyone! I could live here!

This park has two very different parts - the new fancy section that has fully paved sites with landscaping and lots of space deserves the 5 star rating, and an older section with gravel and smaller lots which I would say gets 3-4 stars. The older section is shadier and the sites are still fairly spacious compared to many parks - there is plenty of room to park a car next to your rig as well as to set up shade shelters or patio seating. The staff was always very helpful and kind. It's easy to get mail and packages. The wifi works reasonably well during the middle of the day but is pretty worthless in the mornings and evenings when everyone is trying to use it. Typical in our experience for RV parks. Cell service with Verizon is good. We stayed the month of March and the no-see-um bugs were bad in the evening for only about an hour and there were no mosquitoes. Many of the residents stay all winter and return each year but they were more friendly and welcoming to new comers than we've experienced at other parks. Definitely mostly retirees and almost no kids except for over spring break. We would definitely come back though it is on the pricey side.

We pulled in on a Thursday. Very nice ladies at the front desk. Park is clean and very well maintained. Sites are somewhat difficult to back into, however, neighbors moved their vehicles so we could back in. Everything you need is close to the park. We pull out tomorrow and we would definitely stay here again.

By far the best RV Resort that I have visited. Probably the best kept secret in the bay area, close to everywhere, but peaceful and quite. Very spacious sites, and great security. The resort is spotless, from the pool to the site pads, to the fencing. Quietly working maintenance being performed all the time. Bath houses, pool, clubhouse and laundry facility are very clean. Mail facility is very well organized. I made a small mistake setting up my site, which brought out the mouth, and lack of grace, of the only staff member who dropped out of charm school. Internet and Television service flawless. Fellow residents are friendly and helpful. I truly will miss staying here (2 mos), but i will not come back to the tampa area, unless I can stay at this resort.

This is the friendliest, cleanest most well organized RV camping area where we have ever stayed. Happened upon it by chance last year while we were traveling around and spent two weeks. We are back this year for a month. We asked for a shadier site and are very pleased. The activities are numerous and fun and the pool is wonderful. They have earned the right to be called a resort. There is also 24 hour security.

Very nice and clean campground. A couple of sites overlook the Tampa Bay Creek and highway, but the rest of the sites are shaded and roomy. Most of the campers seemed to be older and are friendly and nice. Pool, kayak launch, laundry, bath houses, and landscape are well maintained. Not many kids and not allowed fire pits.

The staff was very friendly at checkin. The site was large enough for our 45 foot RV with 4 slides and had plenty of space behind us and on the sides to feel comfortable. We have three air conditioners and ran them while were there and never had a problem with the electricity. Plenty of shade throughout the park. Very clean. The pool was well maintained. They have a different activity each night. We went to the ice cream social for $1. There is a dock to fish from and one to relax. The only down side were the biting gnats but they did spray for them while we were there. Overall, this is a very nice RV park. We are going to stay again next month.
