Alicia at the front desk is always friendly and helpful. They have great rates for potable water and dump. Flagstaff is lucky to have them around for travelers passing through, not a lot of options in town for RV's and big campers. Thank you for the great service!

Was a beautiful park absolutely loved it and the staff was amazing ! We also ate at the steakhouse they have on site which was a bonus to a ling day of travel . The steakhouse is amazing with amazing service and steakhouse cooked to perfection i highly recommend stopping for the night or week if youre traveling through

My wife and I decided to stay at Black Barts based on their website photos. It looks like a cozy campground nestled in the mountains; however, it is less than a 1/4 mile from I40, right next door is a truck stop, and the diesel engines run all night on the refer trucks. there are nearby train tracks that you hear all night long. That being said it is close to just about anything you could need and the steakhouse is fantastic. The staff is friendly and helpful. If I were to stay here again I would have to get a space at the opposite end of the park, away from the diesel noise.

RV’ing with Luck

Stayed one night. Location is close to everything. Not much of a “General Store” (just a few items). Freeway and train noise all day and night. The month to month RV’s looked like a homeless camp. I got bad vibes about being there, so moved to another place (I was looking to stay two months. Probably fine if only staying a few days). Front desk girl was friendly.

I went there and the host told me and ny family that he can't let us in due shortage of employees. We get there around 6pm and we try to split our family group so that way we can get sit but unfortunately we can't for the same excuse. I'm not going to rate the restaurant but the attendance service was no good.

I only stopped here to fill water before headed on the trail but it was worth the stop. $10 gets you 50 gallons of potable water and very convenient place to stop. I don't like traveling with a full water tank so having a place to fill up right before the trail is so amazing. Friendly staff and a large store.

We are not from the area and after being treated poorly and taken advantage of by Flagstaff RV Park. We needed a home for the night and quick. Black Bart’s was more than ready to provide us with a last minute spot, full water and electricity hookup. The gentleman at the general store was super helpful and friendly. Got us checked in and found us a nice level spot(Cruise America doesn’t provide jacks) for our rented RV. We can’t say how much we appreciated the nice treatment and understatement with our situation and them wanting to help the newlyweds on their honeymoon! Thank you!

Bait and switch on the rates. Quoted a price over phone but charged almost $40 more. No posted rates. Military discount wasn't given as far as I could tell. Out to lunch even after he said he would be there when we arrived. We checked in and took the site he highlighted on their map. He claimed we took an extra long site which we didn't ask for

Very close to the gorgeous vistas of Oak Creek Canyon. Easy on and off from I-40 and many Flagstaff amenities. Friendly staff. It’s an older park. I’ve seen a number of complaints about the condition, but it is well kept up considering the age. We asked for a pull through because we were towing a Jeep and they let us have the space behind us at no extra charge. The public rest rooms are not open, so you need to be traveling with your own. We used full hook-up with 30 Amp service. I would definitely recommend it you only need a night. Some of the sites seem uneven, but our was fine. Nice restaurant open for dinner.

Don't do it! Although it's convenient to I 40, this place is unkept, unlevel, No Wi-Fi, extremely overpriced.They don't answer their phone, leave a message, she called 2 days later, charged us on $110 for 1 nite. they charge you when you get here because if they would have told me that when I called for the reservation I would have said no thanks.. Smart, once you're here, you're tired.You're kinda stuck.There is a Black Barts restaurant $$ on the grounds. $24.00 for a burger. This place is outragious
