The place is clean but there are no office personnel to help. No office hours posted. We came in after dinner and that was okay, but I wanted to pay in person and no one in the office at 9 am. There was no where to walk the dogs, the restrooms were closed. It is a very basic campground next to the interstate and very over priced!

We pulled in without reservations and they were very accommodating! We got a pull through rv site with plenty of room for our tow. The steak house on property was great! The food was delicious and the entertainment was so fun! Loved staying the night here!

We didn't stay here but we did have to use their RV dump services. They were really friendly and it was easy and quick to use pull through spot. If you're traveling the I-40, it's a convenient stop.

Didn't get the opportunity to stay, but I hope we do! Host (owner?) was incredibly friendly. They let you fill up water for a small charge, and it was pretty good water! Really friendly and vocal black lab was there to greet. RV park and restaurant?! That's a winner!

Spots were way too small, did not even have space to park my dually next to my RV. Grass was tall and not mowed for the 3 weeks we were there. Office staff was hard to get in touch with. The only thing the park has going for it is its location. There seems to be a lot of people "dug in" there. No one seems to follow the posted speed, and they really are not dog friendly, as there is no place in the park for the furbabies to go potty and roam, you have to go to truck stop or field on backside of park. Just don't see us stopping here again!

Way over priced for nothing.Same excuse as last yr according to another RV traveler.Waiting to renovate bathrooms post covid.Poor supply chain, hence still closed. There is no intent to open and yet advertise and charge as if there are amnenities. No showers,Wifi, cable. We traveled with friends n family so sharing a rv bathroom is not ideal, specifically look for those places with showers. They said we were told at reservation call, nope not so.The restaurant is way overpriced $22 for hamburger,sandwich,$50 steak dinner.Freeway noise ! Would never stay here again

This is a steak house where the staff are musicians. Bursting out in show tunes and musical scores to sing along is difficult to suppress. Food was very good. Service was excellent and the Piano player is very talented. Great experience.

This is the second time we stayed at Barts..unfortunate that roving thieves stole our hitch wrench and water filter in our storage box while we slept this last trip . We thought it safe but.... Also No wifi and no laundry with some dogs running around without owners ..staff seemed burned out and didnt seem to care about the angry roving dog . The restaurant is for the RICH not us ..$51.00 for a 6 oz steak yikes ! Store was not stocked at all ...Will not stay here again .

Top three meal I've had. The steak was cuttable with a fork! Cooked over wood! Tons of food included with the purchase of the steak. The entertainment was musical and Broadway songs. Tons of fun!

Office staff was great! It would have been nice to have the site numbers at the beginning of the rows instead of row names. Sites could have been a little bigger tho. Nice central hub campground within reasonable distance to Sedona, Winslow, Badlands.

It was a nice stay. Didn't have any problems with hook ups. Park was pretty full - pleasant nonetheless. Bathrooms are not in-service and haven't been for a while. The store isn't open either and won't be anytime soon. Fron't office is polite and accomodating. Park is also very clean. Close to the highway so you'll hear noise coming from it but not bothersome. Park is close to anything you need too. Will be staying here again but only on short visits.

Ok park for a short visit at Flagstaff. Train noise is not bad, freeway noise is moderate, and easy access to I40. Nice staff. We didn't try the steakhouse right there. Our spot was easy to get into and had good length and average width. We had a back in but since no one was in the spot behind us we were able to pull in. Had to level one side up. About half the park is dedicated to permanent sites which looked a little run down.

Easy to get to, right off the Highway. When we made reservations we were told bathroom shower house was done for maintenance Staff was very friendly. Sweet old lab loves to be petted in the office Yes you can smell diesel ever so often from the truck stop and 18 wheelers parked next door But the park was clean and felt safe. Will stay there again on our next time through

My husband and I did a short trip to Flag from Phoenix to escape the heat and I searched for the best steak houses in Flagstaff. Black Barts was on the list. I ordered the Filet and was shocked when they brought my dinner! The Filet was not even an inch thick! When I took a bite it had 2 small pieces of toothpicks in it. It was overcooked and dry. The baked potato was pre cooked and it tasted as a warmed up potatoes would. My husband ordered a bone in ribeye and again the cut was very thin. At these price points I would expect much better quality. The entertainment was fun and service was prompt. I did not complain to management because my husband wanted to just chuck it up to an experience.

We were snowed in here for quite a while in December and January. Our spot was pretty level and We really enjoyed our stay. the staff were friendly and accommodating. We went to the steakhouse for New Year’s Eve and were very impressed by the talent and the food. We actually ordered takeout from there several more times during our stay
