Large park. Very close to the heart of Flagstaff but there are no facilities on site. Pretty steep weekly rate with no amenities. Full hookup. Strong water pressure. Close to your neighbors.

We stayed in our RV and the lots are gravel but level and in good shape. Good utilities and water pressure. The steakhouse was very good and entertaining.

NOT BIG RIG FRIENDLY! When I first looked at this campground online I was put off by the nothing older than 2008 NO EXCEPTIONS. My motorhome is a 2006 Monaco but although she's 18 she looks about 5 years old :) When I called to book the staff was friendly and helpful and didn't ask the age of my coach. I told her I was 41 ft long with a 16 ft trailer so I needed a long pull through with easy in and out please. She said u absolutely need a pull through. So therefore I expected her to put me in a site that would b easy for almost 60 feet to get in and out of. We arrived late and we were shocked by the primitive sites, not level, tight turning and random vehicles parked all over the sites so it was a challange to get my large rig through. Thankfully my husband is an amazing driver and can handle just about anything. We get towards our site and there is no lights on the numbers or reflector so we ended up pulling in the wrong spot so had to back up and go to another( mind u there were vehicles parked all over the sites so that made an interesting late night challange). This time I found a flashlight to make sure what the site was and what the condition of the pad was. Very narrow and not level and rough. Thankfully this was just a quick stop for the night on the way to Moab. In the am we went to leave and noticed the site had a firehydrant to our side with big poles on either side and on the other side of the road there was a small embankment and 2 cars parked. So there was no way we would make the wide swing to clear that fire hydrant. So we had to move the picnic table and hop the table concrete pad in order to get out. Ughhhhh not a large rig friendly campground as advertised. As we drove out during the daylight we noticed how many run down junkie fulltime rvs with junk shoved everywhere there were, and we both commented, "I think these are a bit older than 2008 lol" So it wasn't the high end park that we tend to gravitate to because of the big lanes and much easier to drive a large rig through and have level spots not dirt and rock and weeds. But we were happy for a place to sleep for the night. Unfortunately we won't be returning.

Park is badly run down; many full time, unkept sites. Hard to maneuver with too many cars at full time sites; sticking out. Overnight sites are badly overgrown with weeds & stickers. Hard to walk dogs. Thoughtless campers/residents let dogs defecate at sites without picking up. Our site had several piles. Looks like maintenence is non-existent. First time here in several years; also very last.

It's an ok place to stop. The service from the ladies is great, but the park is dated for the way over priced cost to stay. All the electrical is way outdated, and the worst part is the truck stop right next to it. The truck noise is crazy bad all night long.

This is a very nice RV park off the I-40 in Flagstaff. The staff is courteous, professional, and very helpful. I was able to make a reservation with ease. The park was clean and quiet; the other guests were friendly. They have a great steakhouse on the site, so we had some good food with homemade biscuits. I definitely recommend Black Bart's RV Park.

I stopped just to use the dump station but I would spend the night here for sure. Young woman who helped me was cheerful and very clear in her instruction in where I needed to go despite her being very busy. Price was $8 to dump and fill water at the time of this post.

I love this campground. The staff is very friendly. Family owned and the owners daughter is amazing. Suggested so many things to do and food to try. All which were on point. The campground is quiet and the weather is perfect. The water pressure is top notch. Also a perfect location cause you are close to everything possible. The steakhouse on grounds is great.

Came in after hours. No phone # contact to call. Office doesn't open till 9 am so if you want to get back on the road you are stuck to wait. Need to pay for overnight stay. $100.00 plus for pull thru ! No bathrooms, showers or laundry service for that price. Nice looking RV camp but many long term residents are obvious.

We have stayed here 2 times now as a 1 night stop over. It's a good location and the staff are friendly and flexible. You do get noise at night from the trucker lot but it's not terrible.

This is a unique little cache. The staff is polite and professional. The location is close to everything. They have wooded trails connected to the property. The daily and weekly spots are up front/center and immaculate. The long term spots are on the perimeter and are a lil "Trailer Park ish" in that they don't enforce clutter control or dog poop pick up. When I tell people that I'm staying here long-term they're surprised because it looks junky from 4th Street. Once you get into the property it's quite nice.

Nice spot to lay your head in Flagstaff Arizona. The best resort for those of us traveling thru the area. The other resorts in The area seam to have a lot more restrictions and paperwork required to just stay the night while traveling to other areas.

I find the people are very friendly. Easy access to fresh water. Park is clean. Well organized. It's an older park with old home town friendly feeling. The store is very cool, the walk down the plank boards make it feel like and old Western movie. Check them out, tell them the Brat Pack sent you.

This is by far the strangest rv park I’ve stayed at ever we arrived for late check-in. All the sites are 50 amp adapters are in a box below the lake check in ?? I went to the restaurant with two family members after a long journey the waiter handed me a roasting hot plate scalding three fingers looked at me in pain and walked away smirking when I approached the management about this they questioned me, as if he was a police detective he reluctantly he said he would take care of the bill so I thought to myself I’m in pain i’ll go to the doctors in the morning get it looked at but at least my friends would get a free meal out of it but he explained that was for a what we already had which was a bowl of soup and a glass of soda he then proceeded to ask me questions regarding incident and insinuated I was lying legal action is coming and I will update the review this place is the weirdest restaurant I ever was the people who are there looks like glee rejects who start singing in the middle of taken your order please avoid super unfriendly and weird

Large number of sites beneath pine trees. Each site has a concrete pad next to gravel right parking spot. When we were there the laundry and showers were closed. I thought the location of water hook up was awkward for the sites around us. Near the freeway but very light noise from it.
