Called and was told there were no permanent spots and when I asked how many permanent spots there were she said there were about 100 but there was a waiting list. I advised her that I had just been to the park yesterday and they didn't even have 100 RV's in the entire park. She then hung up on me. She also stated that weekly or nightly meters couldn't be read to determine the price of the electricity used. If you would like to be treated like a human being I would highly suggest steering clear of this RV Park and the astonishingly rude staff.

We haven't stayed here, and probably won't, based on the reviews we've read already. Especially with the park not being attractive for it's patrons. You would think they would take the time to improve.

This place is not for God loving, constitutional believing Americans. They are Whipped Democrats 🤧. That believe we owe them. Who ever they are. I work for a living.

We really wanted to like this RV park. The location is great, but they simply do not do anything to maintain this RV park. The sites are very close together and the concrete slabs with the picnic table is really the only thing that separates the spots. The roads are very rough and rutty. There are a lot of Full time residents. There is no care at all for the grounds. They don't even have a bathroom or laundry facility functional, likely because they don't maintain them because they are there and on the map they provide. At most the overnight rate should be $50 and honestly $35 would be what I would think should be the price since it is basically a parking lot with power, water and sewer hook ups. There were someone's old gloves they likely wore to clean there tanks just laying in the site next to ours and cigarette butts in our site as well as the sites around us. The other campers were quiet and nice but honestly needs a Lot of TLC before we would stay again.

The weeds/grass needs to be cut. It was a holiday weekend and you would think it would have been maintained. Also lots of seasonal or permanent sites. Some are pretty trashy. We have stayed here before and this time was the worst I'm really surprised and hope that they clean it up.

We were happy to have this accommodation at last minute but be aware there are no toilets, no showers and most importantly no laundry facilities. Our site needed a good clean up - picnic table was really dirty. Just a little more care as close to Flagstaff.

The staff is very friendly, but the sites are dirty and not mowed. Maintenance was notified but never came to clean or mowed the site. Travelers are placed between the permanent residents and it did not feel safe. Would not recommend this park for travelling though this area

This is a perfect example of, “Do Not Judge a Book By its Cover. “. This reminds me of the Old Time RV Parks,” no concierge , no spa, no swimming pool, no pickle ball court”. What it has is , 50 amp power, water, sewer, SAFE, place to stay. It is quite, has shade trees and open areas. All this at an affordable rate. I will be returning in a few days.

Great location, great service, and a definite bang for your buck. Spaces are big enough to not feel packed in. Unfortunately not all sites have tree cover. They don’t have bathrooms, showers, or WiFi, but they make that perfectly clear before booking and reception here was great anyway. All in all, I did feel super comfortable here. Everyone was friendly and honestly it was nice to see things ran the old fashioned way. Lindsey in the General Store was awesome. I will definitely be back the next time I head to Flagstaff.

Drove by a million times and finally dropped in. The drinks were great and the food was ok, but way overpriced. One of the waiters was a good singer, but the rest were incredibly cringe. Not mad I went, but partner and I won't go back cause it's not our thing.

Large park. Very close to the heart of Flagstaff but there are no facilities on site. Pretty steep weekly rate with no amenities. Full hookup. Strong water pressure. Close to your neighbors.

We stayed in our RV and the lots are gravel but level and in good shape. Good utilities and water pressure. The steakhouse was very good and entertaining.

NOT BIG RIG FRIENDLY! When I first looked at this campground online I was put off by the nothing older than 2008 NO EXCEPTIONS. My motorhome is a 2006 Monaco but although she's 18 she looks about 5 years old :) When I called to book the staff was friendly and helpful and didn't ask the age of my coach. I told her I was 41 ft long with a 16 ft trailer so I needed a long pull through with easy in and out please. She said u absolutely need a pull through. So therefore I expected her to put me in a site that would b easy for almost 60 feet to get in and out of. We arrived late and we were shocked by the primitive sites, not level, tight turning and random vehicles parked all over the sites so it was a challange to get my large rig through. Thankfully my husband is an amazing driver and can handle just about anything. We get towards our site and there is no lights on the numbers or reflector so we ended up pulling in the wrong spot so had to back up and go to another( mind u there were vehicles parked all over the sites so that made an interesting late night challange). This time I found a flashlight to make sure what the site was and what the condition of the pad was. Very narrow and not level and rough. Thankfully this was just a quick stop for the night on the way to Moab. In the am we went to leave and noticed the site had a firehydrant to our side with big poles on either side and on the other side of the road there was a small embankment and 2 cars parked. So there was no way we would make the wide swing to clear that fire hydrant. So we had to move the picnic table and hop the table concrete pad in order to get out. Ughhhhh not a large rig friendly campground as advertised. As we drove out during the daylight we noticed how many run down junkie fulltime rvs with junk shoved everywhere there were, and we both commented, "I think these are a bit older than 2008 lol" So it wasn't the high end park that we tend to gravitate to because of the big lanes and much easier to drive a large rig through and have level spots not dirt and rock and weeds. But we were happy for a place to sleep for the night. Unfortunately we won't be returning.

Park is badly run down; many full time, unkept sites. Hard to maneuver with too many cars at full time sites; sticking out. Overnight sites are badly overgrown with weeds & stickers. Hard to walk dogs. Thoughtless campers/residents let dogs defecate at sites without picking up. Our site had several piles. Looks like maintenence is non-existent. First time here in several years; also very last.
