Be careful when staying in this park. We made arrangements to have a pull through. I asked the price difference between pull through in the back in, because when I made the reservations, It was during off peak, the prices were the same. When we got here of course the prices went up, that's not what I was told. When we got the pull through we had the office come tell us we only had a back in because that's what we paid for. That's not what we paid for, And that wasn't the reservation. Apparently they're all college kids running this place and no one seems to know what they're doing. Make sure you have a long enough extension cord and fresh water hose because the electrical and water in this place was set up for one rig and they managed redid it to put two rigs in here. Went to dump our unit one morning and all their sewer lines were plugged up. They had to get management out here to clean it out. It's been a fiasco since we showed up. If you're looking for peace and quiet, don't stop at this place. You hear traffic noises from I-40 all night long as well as the train. Management came to ask us to move our rig/truck so that they could accommodate a group even though there were several other spots grouped together that they could have put them in. This place is absolutely horrible poor management.

Stayed here through the winter. The staff are amazing, friendly, and helpful.

Gravel road throughout the park has so many potholes you can't even dodge them. Gravel sites are not level & are very muddy in spots. Concrete pads for tables have numerous cracks & broken concrete. Flier in the office states they have a laundry, which they do not. Good Sam should be embarrassed to have this listed as one of their parks. Do not recommend this park.

I wanted to like this park but the over 65/night in the dead of winter in a location that you hear semi trucks and traffic loudly all night with close sites and only electric, water, sewer hookups I can't. This would be ok as a overnight off highway stop but the price should be much lower. There are no bathrooms, laundry, or wifi. The upkeep of the sites is subpar. Our site had snow plowed into our exit making it impossible to exit without shoveling make out safely. There is a cute steak house that you are given a 10% off coupon that's a positive.

Called and was told there were no permanent spots and when I asked how many permanent spots there were she said there were about 100 but there was a waiting list. I advised her that I had just been to the park yesterday and they didn't even have 100 RV's in the entire park. She then hung up on me. She also stated that weekly or nightly meters couldn't be read to determine the price of the electricity used. If you would like to be treated like a human being I would highly suggest steering clear of this RV Park and the astonishingly rude staff.

We haven't stayed here, and probably won't, based on the reviews we've read already. Especially with the park not being attractive for it's patrons. You would think they would take the time to improve.

This place is not for God loving, constitutional believing Americans. They are Whipped Democrats 🤧. That believe we owe them. Who ever they are. I work for a living.

We really wanted to like this RV park. The location is great, but they simply do not do anything to maintain this RV park. The sites are very close together and the concrete slabs with the picnic table is really the only thing that separates the spots. The roads are very rough and rutty. There are a lot of Full time residents. There is no care at all for the grounds. They don't even have a bathroom or laundry facility functional, likely because they don't maintain them because they are there and on the map they provide. At most the overnight rate should be $50 and honestly $35 would be what I would think should be the price since it is basically a parking lot with power, water and sewer hook ups. There were someone's old gloves they likely wore to clean there tanks just laying in the site next to ours and cigarette butts in our site as well as the sites around us. The other campers were quiet and nice but honestly needs a Lot of TLC before we would stay again.

The weeds/grass needs to be cut. It was a holiday weekend and you would think it would have been maintained. Also lots of seasonal or permanent sites. Some are pretty trashy. We have stayed here before and this time was the worst I'm really surprised and hope that they clean it up.

We were happy to have this accommodation at last minute but be aware there are no toilets, no showers and most importantly no laundry facilities. Our site needed a good clean up - picnic table was really dirty. Just a little more care as close to Flagstaff.

The staff is very friendly, but the sites are dirty and not mowed. Maintenance was notified but never came to clean or mowed the site. Travelers are placed between the permanent residents and it did not feel safe. Would not recommend this park for travelling though this area

This is a perfect example of, “Do Not Judge a Book By its Cover. “. This reminds me of the Old Time RV Parks,” no concierge , no spa, no swimming pool, no pickle ball court”. What it has is , 50 amp power, water, sewer, SAFE, place to stay. It is quite, has shade trees and open areas. All this at an affordable rate. I will be returning in a few days.

Great location, great service, and a definite bang for your buck. Spaces are big enough to not feel packed in. Unfortunately not all sites have tree cover. They don’t have bathrooms, showers, or WiFi, but they make that perfectly clear before booking and reception here was great anyway. All in all, I did feel super comfortable here. Everyone was friendly and honestly it was nice to see things ran the old fashioned way. Lindsey in the General Store was awesome. I will definitely be back the next time I head to Flagstaff.

Drove by a million times and finally dropped in. The drinks were great and the food was ok, but way overpriced. One of the waiters was a good singer, but the rest were incredibly cringe. Not mad I went, but partner and I won't go back cause it's not our thing.
