Wow! Talk about convenience! What a treasure to find so close to the Grand destination with full hook ups! Photos will give a glimpse at the campground set up. And the staff is wonderful as well!

Great, no frills RV park. Full hookups but critters chewed through our sewer hose. So having a backup would be helpful. We had zero shade at our site and the unpredictable wind guts made it hard to use our awning. You can ride your bike on trails from the RV park right to the rim of the Grand Canyon. And the Rocky Mountain Elk visit the campground almost everyday. There is a small supermarket just outside the campground entrance but be prepared for the higher prices. The laundry facility is not close, you will have to drive to it. And due to staff isdues closed at 1pm every day.

Park was beautiful and is located close to the south rim of the Grand Canyon. They have a general store and cafe within a mile. We had a momma and her baby elk walking through the camp looking for water… pretty cool! Very nice trails where we saw a few deer. There is one downside to this park- if you’re hot and sweaty and need a shower, you have to get it done between the hours of 6am-1145am. No showers after noon- we did not know that- in fact we have visited many RV parks, State, National and private and I’ve never seen this shower policy. But, it was still a cool park and would go back. We will just be stinky ;)

Great place to stay inside the Grand Canyon! Beautiful, so quiet and peaceful and clean! Elks all around the camp, night or day and they do come close to the RVs! They're not afraid if people :)

Great experience, Campsites are a little small. I did not use the facilities, everything was within a 20 min walk. Overall, I would stay here again. Pics are from 3/14/21 to 3/21/21.

Location is 5 star, you are very close to all the attractions. Including the visitor center and village. The down side is the cell service is very weak and the park doesn't have wifi. Very easy check in And we liked the staggered parking

Great location if shuttles had been running. Very nice staff, let us stay a couple extra hours due to RV mechanical problems. Need own Jose for water hookup, loan power adapters at regot booth. Elk families wander through camp morning and night. Grocery store only 5 min walk. Restrooms clean and and nice alternative to sharing a bathroom in the trailer all the time. Gorgeous sunsets each evening of our stay!

This place was good because of the location, the bad well for you rv'ers if you do not get lucky enough to get a space near the entrance make sure you have enough blocks and then bring more to level your rig, the bathrooms are clean but no showers, the spaces are pretty good and will accommodate a large rv. Full hook ups at every site I saw and the water spicket is insulated, you still need to run a little water in winter so the hose won't freeze. This place also has security so you should not feel unsafe and everyone was friendly, very quiet. Quiet hours are 10p to 6a, And check in is at 12p.

Stayed January 5th and 6th. It was cold and clear. The sites were partially snow and ice. We used our water tank, because it was below freezing both nights. The campground is an easy walk to the marketplace and Yavapai Lodge. We left our truck hooked up and took the shuttle to the rim, visitor center, and the points.

We spent Christmas at the Trailer Village RV Park. Nice place. Just enough amenities to take care of you. Sites are a little on the small side. We had just enough room for the 30’ trailer to sit on the pad. Had to make our own room for the truck. Luckily the park was sparsely populated area the time of our visit and we were able to park on the site next to us. We didn’t use them but showers are located about a half mile walk from the campground. We just used the shower in the RV.

We booked a week in Trailer Village so we could do some hiking into Grand Canyon and spend time in the Village and Visitor Center.  Trailer Village ended up being much nicer than I thought.  The spaces are not on top of each other and there are plenty of trees for shade and ambiance. I was surprised to see Elk all around the park and up close.  Hookups are newer and in good working condition and the price is very reasonable for such a popular park.  Bathrooms were close by and well maintained. The only downsides are no showers and no wifi anywhere in the park.  We had no problem navigating our 37 ft motorhome with car in tow as all sites were pull throughs.  We had such a great time that we're already looking forward to coming back.

Our total experience at Grand Canyon National Park was the finest overall encounter we had anywhere in the system. We parked our RV and visited all the sites on the South Rim using the Park Tram system and found everything to be very accommodating. There is no better place to stay if you are RV'ing!

We planned this vacation for a year! This was our big adventure, driving our converted school bus 5000 miles, from Florida to the grand canyon and back. This RV park was a very welcome site after 6 long days on the road. The location is amazing, with great shuttle buses right to the visitor center and the rim of the canyon! The staff was great, very friendly. The Elk and deer were CRAZY everywhere!!! Our only complaint was the distance to the laundry facilities. Coming from Florida, the altitude made it a bit difficult to lug the laundry the fairly far distance and back. It would be nice if a few washers were placed in the bathrooms on-site.

Showers are a 15 minute walk away and cost 2 dollars for 8 minutes of water. I really expected a better experience. We were put in an area still under construction and we reserved 2 months in advance. The nicest part is the free shuttle bus to the rim although the buses are frequently crowded.
