Grand Canyon Trailer Village RV Park

Check-in was a breeze we came in late that evening. It was easy to navigate, and we were able to check in at their lodge per the emailed instructions. The site was un-level but that was no big deal we had our leveling blocks. Loved that the very next day we were able to go on a paved hike right to the canyon. This route would have also been bikeable. Before we packed up and left we saw some elk right in the campground. And on the way out we saw multiple deers. Beautiful park with beautiful wild life. Please drive slow and safe. If your not up to walking they have a wonderful in park bus system. Along with a medical clinic that appears to take most insurances. We almost had to use it for an allergic reaction.

The lots are spacious and well-maintained. Enjoying the wildlife roaming through the RV park, today there was a deer eating, not afraid of us. The restroom facilities are clean and well kept. This is one of the better parks that we have ever visited. Another plus—are the shuttles taking visitors to all areas of the Grand Canyon trails free of charge! Trailer Village is one of our favorites and will be back.

Great location and free bus to take you everywhere. Some sites are close to level; some not. Ours needed all our leveling blocks to level our motorhome. Hookups are in a good location. The waste is recessed so you may need an adapter because a 90 will not fit. There is a cable outlet but we only received one channel. Starlink worked poorly at first due to WiFi interference; could not stream. Once I got into the Starlink setup and split the 5 & 2.5 channels then connected to the 5G it worked great. Lots of people on Starlink here. LTE cell is good. If the site was level I would give it five stars. Would love to return in the future. Awesome place and very convenient if you don’t have a vehicle once setup.

We only stayed one night but it was fabulous. We had elk come through, that was amazing. Seeing the stars at night was equally amazing. Campground was clean as well as bathrooms. Table and Charcoal grill provided. Will definately be back if we come to the Grand Canyon again.

We only stayed one night, but check-in and checkout were easy. The bathroom was clean. We did have to place three blocks of levelers on the front and then we were good. We managed to come the one day out of the year that it snowed, so while there is a shuttle stop right outside the park, we didn’t have a chance to use it. No issues with our power connection. We would stay here again.

Great clean and beautiful. Me and my wife had a wonderful time hiking and eating in the Grand Canyon. Also seen dear , elk and coyotes. Great and friendly staff. We love hiking and look forward to coming back for an overnight hike to the river in the canyon. We stayed at Trailer Village. Great place. We have dinner at every lodge. Excellent food and staff.

We went mid -November. Its a great location to stay right in the park. We had full hook-ups and it was quiet. The elk walked right through the campground which was fun to see. However, there are no amenities in the park for kids like playgrounds or anything. The showers were closed. They have a free shuttle.bus that comes every 15 minutes to the front of the park and it takes you to the Village downtown, the visitor center and many more stops in The Grand Canyon. It makes it easy to get around and not worry about parking.

Trailer Village Never Disappoints. We love going to the Grand Canyon National Park and our preferred place to stay is the Trailer Village campground. It is clean, safe, and well cared for. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The rack that it is a 15 minute walk to the canyon rim makes it the perfect place to stay.

Trailer Village RV Park is a great place to camp at the Grand Canyon. Restaurants, hikes, groceries, bars, and shuttle services are all in walking distance. The bathhouses are clean and sites well maintained. The South Rim Trail is less than a mile walk from your campsite. We had a great time camping at Trailer Village RV.

Awesome campground with lots of deer. You can easily walk to the Grand Canyon Rim or take the shuttle (stop on-site).

Loved having elk munching on the trees and grazing right next to the RV! Quiet. Well managed and clean. Convenient bathrooms and showers nearby. Paved spots with picnic table and fire pit with a grate. Free shuttle to take you throughout the park.

Trailer Park Village was amazing close to the southern rim of the Grand Canyon. The staff were amazingly friendly very helpful. They have shuttles that take you to and from the ram makes it easier for someone as myself that is handicapped and cannot walk long distances. I would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone that wants to see the Grand Canyon Great place great people.

This is our second time to visit this park. It is nestled within walking distance from the market and within a few minute car/bicycle ride to the village. Elks often wander throughout the campsite. It is a great place to stargaze at night. And of course super close to get to the village for a Canyon hike. We will be back.

We're from Austria in Europe and spent two nights at the Trailer Village RV Park on our trip through the southwestern United States. We made an online reservation the day before, which was a good thing, as the site was full when we arrived at 4 p.m. The campground is ideal for exploring the Grand Canyon on the South Rim. Everything you need is available (full hookup), and the large general store is only a 10-minute walk away. Mather Point on the South Rim is a 25-minute walk away. The employee at the entrance is very friendly and helpful. A gas station is 6.5 miles (15 minutes) away; you should fill up your propane tank before your visit (there are no stations nearby). We highly recommend the campground. Klaus & Karin

Amazing location to everything Grand Canyon. We stayed in I 56 with full hookups for 9 days. I walked different sections of the rim trail almost every day. Such a gift to be able to see it. Yavapai Tavern has the best hamburgers and a great beer selection
