We stayed here twice, we love it, they treated us great, it is not cheap. you will need too be on your best behaviour, and extra polite too the staff, yahoos need not bother. this not the place for drinking, and loud music. the view is a dream, and the beach across the street is nice. stock your fridge because there is not a lot of food places close by beside the fish n chip place next door.

What a sh1t show! The current park management is fake nice to your face and will allow nearly any kind of disruptive behavior to happen throughout the RV park. From loud parties to roaming off-leash dogs, to fast-driving cars, noisy kids, music, and allowing violence & fighting (I never saw so many cops in that RV park before this year!). Never going back there.

You have to experience the RV park. They have a lot of different options for sites. And the views are magical. We reserved a rooftop site (we had a pick up truck) and they all have views of the ocean. We are already planning our return. The staff are wonderful and accommodating. The facilities were clean. We saw so many hummingbirds. And we even saw dolphins in the morning. And our drive home was only 40min. It’s a great staycation. We visited Leo Carrillo State park and Point Zume Beach which are a short drive. But there is so much to see in the area. We accessed the beach across the street pretty easily

Absolutely beautiful, convenient location. Clean bathrooms, showers clean and freshly remodeled. Beautiful, level sites. Wonderful staff. This is our second time staying here and it remains one of our favorite places on the CA coast.

this was a great place with an ocean view! we Tesla camped so booked place with hookups. View was awesome. store was nice with good variety. best of all, staff was kind, helpful and friendly! bathrooms were very clean, showers were spacious and very clean. plenty of hot water. no complaints at all!!

Incredible oceanside view, cool little hiking trails, kids rode bikes till 10pm around the RV park, hookups for everything - awesome experience from sunrise to sundown!

Malibu Beach RV Park is an absolute gem! The location is unbeatable, perched on a bluff with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. We stayed in an ocean-view site and woke up every morning to stunning sunrises and the sound of waves. The park is immaculately maintained—clean bathrooms, secure facilities, and well-raked sites ready for each new guest. The amenities are excellent, including full hookups, a general store with essentials, and convenient access to nearby attractions. We loved being able to walk to the beach and a charming seafood café. For nature lovers, there are hiking trails nearby, and we even spotted dolphins from our site! Yes, it’s a bit pricier than some other parks, but the peaceful atmosphere, friendly staff, and unbeatable scenery make it worth every penny. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, this park offers a perfect escape. We'll definitely be back!

We had a great spot #8. We are a small class B and sometimes we are squished between way larger rigs. At Malibu Beach Park we were just next to the grassy lawn area with no one next to us. We were on the first row looking out over the PCH and the ocean. So nice they set aside a grassy garden area where dads played paddle with their kids. The view was wonderful. It was lovely and well worth the extra cost.

Beautiful view, this is our 3rd time there and our kids love it just like we do. Hot showers and very clean. Staff is great specially cleaning crew.cant wait to go again.

The Resort is not right on the beach but it is across HWY one. The views from the park are amazing. The staff was very helpful and the store had a lot of different types of food. I did see some reviews complain about price, but what did you expect to pay for a RV park on the beach that is extremely close to Malibu and The Santa Monica Pier.
