Wife and I just stayed there this past weekend. Originally we booked what I thought was a site so we can camp in our truckbed tent, but that spot was not available. They let us pick our tent spot and we chose T-10 which was very large and stunning view! The staff was amazing! Very helpful and friendly. We will certainly be going back here.

Friendly, helpful staff. Easy to use utilities for our RV. Entertainment for Labor Day was great! Food truck Italian sandwiches were on spot!! Bathrooms clean.

It’s a little gem on the coast. The staff are all amazing. Live music of high caliber on the weekends. The gourmet food items at the general store would be the envy of any done chef. The location is what really sold me, once there, I was charmed with the experience. Thank you Peter!

Didn’t get to experience this so-called beautiful place because they’re racist against pitbull terriers. Those dogs are no different than any other dogs. It’s a shame single one breed of dog to not be allowed to go there just crazy to me in 2024. i’ll just have to go to Paradise by the sea in Oceanside they allow pitbull terriers so I know it’s not an insurance thing

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place! The staff was so friendly and accomodating. We were placed in a great pull thru sight with full hookups. Breathtaking ocean views from all angles! We will come and stay with you again soon!

Great Campsite with beautiful views of the ocean. The little store/office had a great selection of items to purchase with fresh sourdough bread every morning. The staff was kind. I would park there for a full summer if I could!

By far the most beautiful RV park we have ever stayed in and we have traveled most of the US in our RV. Backed up the toy hauler and opened the patio to the stunning Pacific Ocean every day. Staff was so friendly and helpful. We had lots of visitors, including family members in their 80s, and it just couldn’t have been better.

Probably the campground with the best views ever! Very laid back atmosphere. Open Mic, live music on some evenings, just pure relaxation. The showers and restrooms could use some serious renovations and the rates are extremely expensive at 150-200 dollars per night.

We were hoping for a beautiful RV park overlooking the ocean. Yes it does overlook the ocean. If you get a space on the edges. I guess what I don’t like about this place is that it’s not really kept up . The picnic table was filthy. The bathrooms were not kept up. I guess the only thing that was nice was the store and the friendly service. I think for the price I would go somewhere else next time

I would highly recommend staying at this RV park. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bathrooms and showers were always clean and stocked. The trails leading in and out of the park are kept tidy. It was a fabulous place to stay.

Virtually all spaces have ocean view! Good size space, picnic table, level, green spaces, great dog walk, and the general store was awesome. Fresh- warm sourdough in the morning! Fresh food too. Walk to Malibu seafood market / grill. Ocean access needs a vehicle across PCH. Thanks staff for your hospitality!!

We had the most magical stay at the RV park. The staff are all exceptional, the grounds were Devine, the views incredible, and the sound of the ocean so soothing.Even the restrooms were so clean. We had the bonus of a couple of nights of live music on the lawn . We didnt want to leave, a week wasn't long enough. Thankyou. See you again soon I hope.

What a gem! Perfect location, clean and quiet. Nice little store onsite. We had fun at a Friday night live music and open mic happy hour in the park area. We were lucky enough to have an ocean view. Close to great beaches. Loved it and highly recommend!

A Horrifying Experience at Malibu RV Park: On July 18th, I had a troubling experience at Malibu RV Park. I sent two of my daughters to get coffee, assuming it was free like it had been in March. However, they were informed it now cost $2 and that there wasn’t enough water to make more coffee. A lady working there gave them one coffee and a pack of Folgers, only charging for the coffee.||When they went to check out, Scott, who we later learned was the lady’s husband, charged them for two coffees. My daughters immediately realized the error and went back to explain. Scott became rude, claimed they hadn’t mentioned the mistake, and refused a refund, saying the system didn’t allow it. During this, one daughter tried to buy a water and asked to use the refund money, but Scott refused, continuing his unhelpful attitude.||Seeing my daughters flustered and anxious, I returned with them to the front desk. As I tried to explain the misunderstanding to another employee, Scott interrupted, raised his voice, and became increasingly aggressive. His wife stepped in, admitting the mistake was hers and apologizing, but Scott’s hostility was alarming. He threw two dollars on the table, and his threatening behavior scared me and my daughters.||I was embarrassed and threw the $2 back, saying, “I don’t want your money, I want respect.” Scott’s wife begged him to stop, admitting it was her fault, but he continued shouting insults and accusing me of being aggressive. Despite my attempts to de-escalate and find a resolution, Scott’s anger only intensified.||Eventually, Scott’s wife escorted me out while he continued yelling. I broke down outside, overwhelmed by the situation. She apologized and I asked for the owner’s information, but Scott never apologized. Another employee, who might be named Brian, apologized for not intervening, explaining he thought there was a man with me. Later admitted he recorded the incident instead of helping, which hurt even more.||Manager Saul promised to handle the situation and provide the owner’s information, but despite multiple follow-ups, nothing was done. The lack of support and respect from the staff has left me deeply disappointed.||This traumatic experience has affected my daughter, who has anxiety, and me. Despite previously enjoying the park, I can never return, knowing I might encounter Scott. As a woman of color and solo RV traveler, I felt targeted and disrespected. The lack of accountability and follow-up from the management further demonstrates the establishment’s lack of respect for its guests.
