This place is amazing! I highly recommend this RV Resort. Located on a bluff above Malibu, it’s hard to beat this spot. A little noise from PCH, but that’s to be expected where it is. The waves will lull you to sleep at night. We will be back!

Beautiful spot to camp. No issues. I would definitely go back again. However, the people behind the desk- the older gentleman and the older lady are very rude. The gentleman tried to charge me $40 for a mug that was labeled as $15. Then when I politely stated that I didn’t need a bag for it, he replied “I wasn’t giving you a bag anyway, I don’t have enough” and the lady laughed- when I tried to check out, as I read check out was at 11- he stated “you don’t need to check out you can just leave” with a cocky attitude. The night shift people were great- the 2 this morning were not.

We stayed on the front row overlooking the ocean. Lot was very level, hook ups are great. No cable. They have internet. We have loved this place for the last 4 years and they keep improving & upgrading everything each time we visit. Mountain trails, trail to seafood restaurant, and walk to ocean.

We stayed here for a week with our travel trailer. The view was beautiful! The site was beautiful! My kids used the showers and they were just fine. We used the laundry room and it was very easy to use and very clean. The only thing I wish was easier was getting across the street to the beach. Also, the beach right across the street I didn’t think was that nice. With that being said, it was within miles of other fantastic beaches. I would highly recommend staying here.

I cannot say enough good things about Malibu RV Park. The customer service is top-notch and the amenities are fantastic. The onsite Surf Outpost store has everything you could possibly need, whether you're heading out for a hike or hitting the waves. The restrooms are clean and the laundry facilities are reasonably priced, making it easy to keep things tidy during your stay. But what really sets Malibu RV Park apart is the special events they host on weekends. From wine tastings to live music, there is always something fun happening. Even for non-drinkers like myself, there are still plenty of activities to enjoy. I stayed at Malibu RV Park for over three months and I can honestly say that the healing nature atmosphere had a positive impact on my health. I have become a full-time RV dweller due to my health issues, and the environment at the park has only added to my positive attitude. I would have loved to stay longer, but unfortunately, my treatments were too expensive to continue. However, I am grateful for the time I was able to spend at Malibu RV Park and I am excited for my next adventure along the coast. Thank you to the staff at Malibu RV Park for making my stay so memorable. I highly recommend this park to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway.

My family loved it here. I definitely want to come back and stay longer. The sites are spacious, and we had an ocean front spot. Bath houses are clean. There's a cute common area with firepits and activities. They have a convenient store with ice, food, camp supplies, beer, and wine.

I’ve been in a lot of parks in Southern California in the last two months and I have to say, this one is the nicest so far. The staff is accommodating and the grounds are well kept. Some of the spots are a bit tight but you have to consider its location. The rv park and its stunning views, are carved into the side of a mountain overlooking the ocean. Some difficulties should be expected with large rigs. In short, everything was clean and working properly, the view was amazing, and it was worth every penny. I’ll be back for certain

You aren’t going to find a better location than this. Views are stunning. Lots of rental campers at least for my stay and their etiquette was questionable. The non view sites are pretty tight and you will get to know your neighbor. Nice walking trails for the dogs. It’s a good park that with some investment could be an over the top destination but it isn’t that at the moment. If you can stay Sunday through Thursday was much quieter than either weekend.

Last minute offered a premium site on the lower level overlooking the beach. We could hear the surf at night when traffic was quiet. Excellent location with spectacular views! Will return again, site support was great!

After reading many of the reviews on this place, I would have to guess the spot you get has a lot to do with ones experience! You cannot chose when you book online, you can only select "premium", "tent", etc and you get your exact spot at check in. I also wonder if the place is under new ownership as they are in the process of rebranding the name to Surf Outpost and the amenities have been remodeled (gorgeous store and check-in office) and grounds are lovely! We stayed 2 nights in a premium spot and it was amazing!! Definitely pricy at $200/night but (for us anyway) we had great customer service and a very enjoyable time. The place has clean bathrooms, large grassy areas on the property for lounging with fire pits, hanging lights, nice ambiance and BBQs, wine tasting on site, as well as nice walks/hikes and a stunning view! Plus hookups! So we had an amazing and very accommodating experience! I can see how staying in the less than premium spots would make for a much less enjoyable experience as when we walked around the grounds, were surprised to see how tight it was in some areas and just unappealing in general. So for the extra $$$ (which is at least twice as much - if not more than most RV sites) it is worth it! Will definitely go back!

From the moment I arrived at the campground I felt welcomed and cared for. Saul and Elijah are rockstars!! These staff did not hesitate to help me out with a mechanical problem twice and connected me to a mobile rv repair person who fixed the issue immediately. They made a stessful situation easy to manage. I was given a better site than I originally booked due to needing more space without any issues or added cost. All the views are amazing and the facilities are accessible around the property. Don't miss the sunrise and sunset!! Walkways along the hillsides are great for dogs and to get to the incredible beach below. Worth every penny to be here especially considering how overpriced everything is in the area.

This was a really nice park, we stayed in the tent site. The service was good, I had an issue with changed my reservation and they weren’t able to refund me, but they gave me two nights for free. The sites are a little bit close together, but the views are amazing. The bathrooms are clean. But the showers were not clean enough for me to use. They’re definitely camping showers and if I had to use it, I wouldn’t want to touch anything The sites don’t allow you to drive up to the campsites so you have to wheelbarrow everything and that is a little bit inconvenient. The location was really close to the beach. We definitely will be back again. Things to note: there are no major stores close by. The closest major store is about 40 mins away. But they do have a small market if you’re in a pinch. But it is overpriced so try not to forget anything.

The staff here have been amazing! My battery died at the entrance and a whole team of amazing staff helped get me going! They found me a better spot that was suited for my rv and got a mobile rv tech to fix the problem. On top of that brought me a lovely local wine as they saw I was stressed about the battery. So helpful, so kind! The view is also stunning!

Only ran up the hillside for a quick overview of the coastline. Man, are the views sweet and scenic beyond belief up at the top. We got a spot right on an outcropping, overhanging the PCH below and the top of view was spectacular, to say the least. We highly recommend this place for an overnight stay, to any RV travelers and even other vehicles like our own, beloved, Honda lol

I booked this place obviously for the view and I was stoked to spend my vacation with my family. The bathrooms are filthy, if you have a larger camper you will have a tough spot maneuvering around. Luckily if you pay over $200 you can get something decent. Just didn’t really thing it worth the price.
