From the moment I arrived at the campground I felt welcomed and cared for. Saul and Elijah are rockstars!! These staff did not hesitate to help me out with a mechanical problem twice and connected me to a mobile rv repair person who fixed the issue immediately. They made a stessful situation easy to manage. I was given a better site than I originally booked due to needing more space without any issues or added cost. All the views are amazing and the facilities are accessible around the property. Don't miss the sunrise and sunset!! Walkways along the hillsides are great for dogs and to get to the incredible beach below. Worth every penny to be here especially considering how overpriced everything is in the area.

This was a really nice park, we stayed in the tent site. The service was good, I had an issue with changed my reservation and they weren’t able to refund me, but they gave me two nights for free. The sites are a little bit close together, but the views are amazing. The bathrooms are clean. But the showers were not clean enough for me to use. They’re definitely camping showers and if I had to use it, I wouldn’t want to touch anything The sites don’t allow you to drive up to the campsites so you have to wheelbarrow everything and that is a little bit inconvenient. The location was really close to the beach. We definitely will be back again. Things to note: there are no major stores close by. The closest major store is about 40 mins away. But they do have a small market if you’re in a pinch. But it is overpriced so try not to forget anything.

The staff here have been amazing! My battery died at the entrance and a whole team of amazing staff helped get me going! They found me a better spot that was suited for my rv and got a mobile rv tech to fix the problem. On top of that brought me a lovely local wine as they saw I was stressed about the battery. So helpful, so kind! The view is also stunning!

Only ran up the hillside for a quick overview of the coastline. Man, are the views sweet and scenic beyond belief up at the top. We got a spot right on an outcropping, overhanging the PCH below and the top of view was spectacular, to say the least. We highly recommend this place for an overnight stay, to any RV travelers and even other vehicles like our own, beloved, Honda lol

I booked this place obviously for the view and I was stoked to spend my vacation with my family. The bathrooms are filthy, if you have a larger camper you will have a tough spot maneuvering around. Luckily if you pay over $200 you can get something decent. Just didn’t really thing it worth the price.

The bathrooms are well maintained and smell good. The grounds are well kept. The management has lots of trash cans around, as well as posts with dog poop bags available if you don't have your own. Getting down to the beach is a bit dicey. There's one homeless gentleman camping as of yesterday, but he was keeping to himself. All in all, it's kinda expensive, but well managed.

I came to this campground with little expectations as some google reviews indicated that they have several requirements on the RV model. However, this is not true anymore. We arrived after sunset and tired after a long drive. The staff, specifically Elijah and Brigitte, were more than friendly in communicating and helpful in finding us a good spot that we wished for. They also made sure everything went well until we settled. I really appreciate their help, and I would like to thank them for making the experience worthwhile. It might be a bit pricey, but I would say it is reasonable for the incredible view and location.

It's a beautiful spot off the 1 right in Malibu..What to know..we reserve the ocean view spot #33 it is a super tight fit with a 28 ft bumper pull.. so backing in skills a must! There is no space behind for chairs so we used the table provided..If allowed I would reserve a larger spot just so we could walk around our trailer. Bathrooms very clean..the views are amazing as well as the beach is so beautiful! Would totally come back just in a larger spot :)

I’ve been staying at this park the last month and a half. First things first: the view is breathtaking. Multiple times a day I find myself looking out over the horizon. The staff is very friendly. Joey and Scott first greeted me at the park and got me all dialed in. Scott took the time to explain how the gray and black tank work on my travel trailer. Peter, Saul and the rest of the staff that work in the office are also very helpful. Josue and the grounds crew helped me get my RV level which was huge for me when the winds picked up. My favorite part about being here, other than the view, is that people are friendly and wave when you drive in and out of the park.

Excellent campground with a perfect view onto the Pacific Ocean. Easy access to the beach, about 200 yards. Very friendly personnel. Good connection to downtown L.A via public transport, but better take UBER. This is a place where you definitely want to come back to !!

Obviously you come here for the location and the views. The staff is very pleasant, helpful and cheerful. The spaces are a bit tight, hence the 4 stars for space. We came right before Thanksgiving weekend and it was very quite, despite of a few kids around. The Malibu Seafood Patio Cafe, right down the street is very tasty. Other than that business, you'll have to drive everywhere else to get anything. All in all, I highly recommend visiting this RV park, I'll definitely be a return customer.

My Family and I went Labor Day weekend and had the Best Time with a Jaw Dropping View! We got the premium ocean view, I almost think this is the only way to go if you stay here. You won’t regret waking up to this beach view or catching the sunset. The rv site was a good size, enough for the trailer and my vehicle. But we used our site to setup a fun patio area. The restrooms are not updated but kept clean and the staff is very friendly. This is a resort that rates 5/5 due to location and views and accessibility to the beach. This resort doesn’t have resort like amenities such as pools and many activities for kids but most families will spend their day at the beach or Malibu pier. The Malibu pier where everyone goes to hangout and eat during the day is a 10 -13 min drive. The Malibu seafood restaurant right below the RV resort is delicious 5/5! I would stay here again, I recommend this resort especially if you want to cook dinner to this sunset and wake up to the ocean everyday. Plus you hear waves crashing all night. Great time!! I’ll be back.

Beautiful ocean views. Access to the large Dan Blocker Beach. Excellent customer service and friendly, attentive staff. If you like to hike we found access to public trails that we could access from the park. There was also a nice beach front restaurant we could walk to & by car there are countless nearby options. Very clean park - each site is raked and readied before your arrival. Would stay again.

We stopped here while I was visiting friends who live in the area. Park was in a great location, we loved being able to go to more touristy areas and then retreat to our spot on the hill overlooking the pacific. Showers were decent and they had laundry. WiFi was great and good cell service too (Verizon) so it was helpful for us doing cyber school. Would def stay again in the future.

Some of the older reviews on here made me nervous but we needed a place just outside of LA. The people running this location could not have been nicer and we had a great experience here. The views were incredible, there's a little walking trail you can take and sit to watch the sunset off the water, and everything was clean and orderly. No rowdy campers or anything that made our experience less enjoyable. Yes, the spot was $$$ but, sometimes you get what you pay for and they maintain this park and its facilities really well. I'd stay again just for the views honestly. They also have someone here at night to make sure no one comes into the park that isn't a camper which made us feel really safe.
