Virtually all spaces have ocean view! Good size space, picnic table, level, green spaces, great dog walk, and the general store was awesome. Fresh- warm sourdough in the morning! Fresh food too. Walk to Malibu seafood market / grill. Ocean access needs a vehicle across PCH. Thanks staff for your hospitality!!

We had the most magical stay at the RV park. The staff are all exceptional, the grounds were Devine, the views incredible, and the sound of the ocean so soothing.Even the restrooms were so clean. We had the bonus of a couple of nights of live music on the lawn . We didnt want to leave, a week wasn't long enough. Thankyou. See you again soon I hope.

What a gem! Perfect location, clean and quiet. Nice little store onsite. We had fun at a Friday night live music and open mic happy hour in the park area. We were lucky enough to have an ocean view. Close to great beaches. Loved it and highly recommend!

A Horrifying Experience at Malibu RV Park: On July 18th, I had a troubling experience at Malibu RV Park. I sent two of my daughters to get coffee, assuming it was free like it had been in March. However, they were informed it now cost $2 and that there wasn’t enough water to make more coffee. A lady working there gave them one coffee and a pack of Folgers, only charging for the coffee.||When they went to check out, Scott, who we later learned was the lady’s husband, charged them for two coffees. My daughters immediately realized the error and went back to explain. Scott became rude, claimed they hadn’t mentioned the mistake, and refused a refund, saying the system didn’t allow it. During this, one daughter tried to buy a water and asked to use the refund money, but Scott refused, continuing his unhelpful attitude.||Seeing my daughters flustered and anxious, I returned with them to the front desk. As I tried to explain the misunderstanding to another employee, Scott interrupted, raised his voice, and became increasingly aggressive. His wife stepped in, admitting the mistake was hers and apologizing, but Scott’s hostility was alarming. He threw two dollars on the table, and his threatening behavior scared me and my daughters.||I was embarrassed and threw the $2 back, saying, “I don’t want your money, I want respect.” Scott’s wife begged him to stop, admitting it was her fault, but he continued shouting insults and accusing me of being aggressive. Despite my attempts to de-escalate and find a resolution, Scott’s anger only intensified.||Eventually, Scott’s wife escorted me out while he continued yelling. I broke down outside, overwhelmed by the situation. She apologized and I asked for the owner’s information, but Scott never apologized. Another employee, who might be named Brian, apologized for not intervening, explaining he thought there was a man with me. Later admitted he recorded the incident instead of helping, which hurt even more.||Manager Saul promised to handle the situation and provide the owner’s information, but despite multiple follow-ups, nothing was done. The lack of support and respect from the staff has left me deeply disappointed.||This traumatic experience has affected my daughter, who has anxiety, and me. Despite previously enjoying the park, I can never return, knowing I might encounter Scott. As a woman of color and solo RV traveler, I felt targeted and disrespected. The lack of accountability and follow-up from the management further demonstrates the establishment’s lack of respect for its guests.

As much as I want to keep this place a secret, it deserves 5 stars! We had a fantastic 9-day stay and are already looking forward to returning next summer. The park is very kid and family-friendly, and the view is incredible. The Surf Outpost is stocked with all our favorite foods and beverages. The staff is incredibly helpful and caters to every need. My only feedback is that the 5 MPH speed limit should be enforced, especially given the steep hill that some people drive down too quickly. This is a big safety concern with families with little ones around. Overall, a 5-star experience for us!

We tent camped there. The campsites are really packed together, but the ocean view is really nice. Parking can be far away from the campsite along with restrooms. It was very noisy as some campers had zero etiquette and were drumming the entire day.

Perfect get away for a fair price! I booked the no view tent spot for my wife birthday and it was perfect. There was definitely a perfect view of the ocean regardless where you were on the property. Sun rises and sunsets were incredible. The staff from surf outpost store to the maintenance employees were all very nice. It was the most relaxing weekend. Thank you!

Great view, cute store and gathering area when you first enter the park. They had music 2 of the 3 nights we stayed in the common area. Bathrooms are terrible, no paper towels and no dish soap, which I think would be a nice amenity to have to tent campers. Not much to do at the park itself, no area for kids to ride their bikes. Very tight and parking is not good. I feel for those with campers. There is a trail to lead down to the closest restaurant. No shade for 95% of the tent camping sites. Wifi has poor signal. Tent sites could be labeled better. In three days I heard of 5 people setting up in the wrong space. Caused some drama that was fun to watch though.

Ask for the best view and enjoy your stay! Friday night music and vendor pop ups make it fun and easy to meet new people from around the globe. Staff is helpful and friendly, fun sights and shopping nearby, too. Can’t wait to return to this place, one of my fav RV parks coast to coast.

Sites are extremely tight so hopefully you like your neighbor 😊 but the views and sound of the ocean can’t be beat! Internet is great, as well as all the amenities including laundry and locally fresh items at the outpost

After a long journey we did it finally to Malibu Beach RV Park. The late night check in was great. We got so much support from the team. Good job and super friendly. We really appreciate that. The day after we changed our space and got an amazing space with an incredible view. Roughly summarized, a great place, mega authentic Malibu feeling, good quality in the store to buy food. Super team which is very helpful, competent and friendly.

Great staff and really nice place to get away without traveling too far. We just came up from LA for a night. We tent camped on top of the hill. You should know if you are tent camping that you cannot park at your camp site. You park in a lot and they provide wheelbarrows to transport your gear. We had a great time though and met a lot of great people. Super laid back vibe and can’t beat the location. Will definitely recommend and hope to come back again

We parked, grabbed a wheelbarrow and walked a short distance to our tent spot literally above PCH and inset maybe 100 yards off the roadway and perched above everything. Wow. Beautiful weather, wonderful neighbors, clean tent lot, and the sound of waves crashing all night Spot T 16 may see us again!!
