Call in for new tires and alignment. Robert gave me a quote within seconds, very competitive on the pricing so it was a no brainer. Took my f250 that same night and picked it up the next day. The truck feels and drives like brand new. The team at Southern Dixie are efficient and have very competitive prices. I would definitely recommend them and will keep bringing my vehicles to them. We cannot thank Derek and the employees enough. What a wonderful place! Our car broke down on vacation and they were amazing. On top of being amazing Derek drove my family and I home to Tn in his tow truck. Also, he made our little 3 year olds dream come true by getting to ride in the big truck plus going above and beyond to letting her help press buttons and levers to unload our car at the dealership. I had to call them around 9 p.m. in an emergency when my wife had a blown tire while driving on the highway near the shop exit. I spoke with Dana, and she, along with Derrick, immediately stepped in to help. Since I wasn’t there in person, Derrick kept me updated through calls and messages, even sending photos of the process. He did a thorough inspection, noticed that another tire was also unsafe, and made sure everything was taken care of. They were incredibly kind, professional, and quick to make sure my wife could get back on the road safely. On top of that, the price was excellent. I couldn’t be more grateful — highly recommend Southern Dixie Automotive for their outstanding service!

My vehicle brokedown on my way from Huntsville to Mobile. I got to their repair shop the minute they were closing and they all stayed to help me with my car! It reminded me of my grandfather when he owned several auto businesses. These people are a family owned business and care about the people they help. Their prices are good and fair. I’ve used Southern Dixie for years. Very competitive and competent. Never had a bad experience. Thank you for what you do! Update: I took my wife’s car in for rotate and balance. They called that afternoon and informed me they got my oil changed! Oh well everyone makes mistakes. The next day my wife called and said there was a puddle oil under her car, so she was scared to drive it. I drove all the way to Montgomery and found the oil plug was dripping. Southern Dixie stripped my oil plug out. They fixed it next day. (I hope) I recently bought a set of tires (850.00)for my truck atSouthern Dixie and had the front end aligned a week or so later. They called and said it was ready and bill was 175.00 (for front end work) or there about. I called back and told them it would be after 5 before I could pick it up, so leave keys under mat and I would come settle up with them the next morning. They said no, they don’t do that. I understand that in a case to where they might not know the customer , but I’ve been doing business there for probably 15 years. Bought every set of tires I needed in that 15 years from them. That’s no way to treat a 15+ years customer. When Jeff left the business and turned it over to his son in law, it has steadily went down hill. That is two back to back bad experiences I have had since Jeff left. Very sad that a good business built up over time by Jeff gets ruined in a short time by someone who doesn’t know what they’re doing. The employees there are good people, the problem is the people running it. Don’t trust these people, you have other options in Clanton. I will not be back for a third bad experience.

My son has car trouble on his way home from college two days before Christmas. Made it to Southern Dixie around 2:30. They were very kind, figure out the problem, fixed it and had him on his way home by 5 with a fair price for their work. Thank you!
