Wonderful service!!! They picked up my vehicle, fixed it, and returned to me in under two hours so that I never had to miss a minute of work. My issue was completely resolved. I am more than satisfied with my experience and the service received—they even changed the battery on my key fob. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I HIGHLY recommend Southern Dixie Auto Repair. I can’t say enough positive things about their incredible kindness and customer service. I’m from out of town, and my check engine light started flashing while on I-65 on a Saturday afternoon. Hours away from home, I called several auto shops in the area, but no one answered. When I called Southern Dixie, they answered immediately and told me to bring it in. They met me immediately and checked on my engine, even though it was almost 2 hours after their close of business. Then, they didn’t charge me and wouldn’t take my money when I tried to pay them anyway. All they asked for was a positive review online! If I could give them 6 stars, I would. I am completely blown away by their work and their kindness to a complete stranger. I’m not sure what I would have done if they hadn’t helped me out. Please go to them for all of your auto repair needs! They’re a good business and just good people.

Had trailer flat going from Florida to Michigan, I called them ~8pm. Lady told me to be there at 8 a.m. and they would get me right in for tires and on the road, took ~2 hours. Very professional and efficient.

We were on our way to Birmingham from Andalusia and while on the interstate our front left tire started shredding. My mom and dad found Southern Dixie Auto Repair on Google and saw it was pretty close to the interstate so we went there. We called the number to make sure they were open and Jeff told us they were closed but to give him a few minutes and he would be up there to see if he would be able to help us. He was able to get us a new tire and back on the road in no time. The BEST experience I’ve ever had getting tires! Will definitely make the drive back up there when it’s time to get more tires!!

Customer service and helping people in need seems to be Southern Dixie's M.O. I was in a bind and needed tires replaced badly. They were actually supposed to be closed for the day and they decided to stay and help me out. This was after 4 other tire repair shops in town had turned medway because they were also closing. Sometimes it's not about the money. It's about building friendships with the people and actually caring about their individual needs. Southern Dixie Auto Repair gets my five stars and I will recommend them to everyone else I know just for the simple fact that they really do care about helping people. Really great service here! On a Sunday I was headed out for a road trip and noticed a tire puncture. I called on a whim hoping they could help. The owner answered, said they are typically closed on Sunday for these fixes but told me to come on in. He took quick care of me, and I was on my way again in 40 mins. Just awesome service.

I'm so thankful for this business! Last night our car wouldn't start, we tried jumping it and it still wouldn't work. Called and within minutes (even after they were closed) Mr. Jeff came out, got the car running, brought it back to the shop, and put a new battery in it for us! This is an awesome place to get your car worked on. The people really care and go the extra mile to help you. We were from out of town and broke down late at night. Price was fair for the job and even though part wasn’t easy to find they went extra mile to help us. They worked on our car all day and got us back on the road!! Very kind. I could not talk better about this place. If you are looking for a good place to take your vehicle, look no further! We were broke down on the side of the interstate. On vacation from Illinois and no clue how to finish our vacation or even what to do and Robbi and crew took care of us! Gave is a good price and we hung out in the lobby till they got it fixed. My almost 2 year old even gave out hugs at the end of our time there. Thanks Daniel for picking us up and Robbi for your amazing assistance! (Sorry if I spelled your name wrong)

We just had a tire hit a bolt on the highway and the tire went completely flat at 10 o'clock at night. We pulled over, called Jeff based on a local recommendation and he left his home and met us at the shop and repaired the tire and get us right back on the road. He didn't have to leave his house to come in and help us this late at night, but he did anyways, because he's just that type of guy. Could not recommend him more. Great guy!!

We Had car trouble on our way home to Tuscaloosa and stopped here for help. These were the nicest, most helpful people who ran a diagnostic and got us fixed up enough to get home safely. They told us what the problem was and that the repair shop here could call them for the codes and information when we got it into the shop for the actual repair. So thankful and blessed that we had the issue in their vicinity. Honest, kind and helpful!

Robbie was so helpful in helping us get our Kia Soul fixed! We were having problems with the steering wheel we had the part And they had no problem with us bringing in the part and fixing it for us for a decent rate.
