The resort is well kept and the lots are nice and open, lots of space. This place used to be a 55+ resort and still acts like it is although they promote being family friendly. I would not call this place family friendly. A lot of passive aggressive emails and a large part of the community there see kids and families as a nuisance. Not all bad apples but enough to make you feel unwelcome if you have kids. Would not recommend this place for families. I would not stay here again. Also, the booking system and way they charge for utilities is very confusing.

This is one of the best RV parks we have visited. We really enjoyed our month long stay. The sites are very large, the amenities are great and the staff are friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the heated pool and hot tub this time of year. We hope to visit again.

Sites are large and have great distance between trailers. Pool is finally warm and hot tub is great. Laundry facilities leave a lot to be desired, there are usually more out of order machines than working. Which leaves not many machines for all the people staying there. Also it seems they was the cabin laundry in the same laundry as the guests and that takes up machines. I would suggest they get their own facilities for that sort of job and not take up our space. Lots of activities to be involved in, usually something going on everyday. We enjoy staying here, this is our 2nd year and will most likely be back.

The park needs to determine what kind of clientele they want to cater to! Permanent works, RV'ers, Winter Texans etc. Rules where constantly bent to try to cater to all but the outcome affects all.

This place is very neat and has a good amount of space when it comes to your rv & parking your vehicles. The restrooms & laundry are very nice & the staff is extremely helpful and respectful! The gym & game room is very nice as well. I stayed here for almost two years for work & i loved this place . Will highly recommend it if you are working in the area & will come back again soon !

We stayed at this campground over night 2 years ago on our way back from Mexico. It was a great stopover ! Nice large sites. Great facilities. We went there today to find out they are closed on Sundays.. gate was locked and no way to check in. I emailed and called and no answer. Unfortunately we had to spend the night in a disgusting motel and had to pay for parking for our trailer and pay extra for our dogs. Very disappointing it was not open. What campground is not open on a Sunday? Hopefully they will be open on our return trip in a few months.

We stayed at this park for a little over a month while working at SpaceX and can’t say good enough things about it! Huge, big rig friendly concrete sites! They even have covered sites available. Laundry and dog parks all over the grounds! We took advantage of the gym they have along with the pool! We also liked that they have trash pickup twice a day where they come right to your site to pick it up! We enjoyed our time here and we hate to leave!

Nice place to stay at and close to the beach. But their pool was just nasty it was full of trash and algae. We stayed there for two weeks and wasn’t able to take my kids to the pool. For the price we payed was pretty disappointing they could at least clean the pool.

This is a great campsite with clean grounds, ample space, and sufficient laundry facilities. In particular, there is a well-maintained swimming pool. We were fortunate to meet the general manager, Juan, who arranged our stay and introduced us to nearby attractions and stories about Texas. As visitors from Taiwan, we felt the warmth and friendliness of the Texans. The child saw many rabbits in the evening and was very excited. I highly recommend choosing this RV campsite if you are in the area; it is an excellent choice!

FIVE STARS!!! We really loved our two weeks here. One of the best value parks we have stayed in. Huge concrete slabs that are well spaced apart. Great pool, well maintained property and a constant breeze to keep the heat down. The park was only half full while we were there and we really felt like we had the place to ourselves. Very friendly staff as well! We did not have a covered site but they have those available if you want. About 30 min to Starbase and 30 min to South Padre. We had a great time and are going to come back for winter!!!

We heard of a new RVResort called Jetstream Communities and we decided to visit. We were welcome by Bill at the Brownsville Resort in Texas And was soooo impressed with all the information about the activities , the length of the lots, the view around the lake area. Breath taking !! And also about other projects to come and they are open to your ideas ! This is a very impressive park and the people we met are very friendly and I must not forget the Pickleball courts amazing The Pool and hot tub are also Great. So Thank you Bill for making our visit Very Pleasent.

To start with this place has a train that runs along the property line and is very active all night and the conductor loves to hang on the horn. Unfortunately management can’t seem to decide what they want to charge for the RV spots. Myself and several colleagues all stayed at the park and in spots alike. We all had different rates, between $450 to $595 hundred and were told our rates were secured until our reservation was up. Then a email was sent out saying rates were going up. I contacted the office and was told my rate was going from $595 to $945 and was asked did I want to extend my reservation. I kindly said no I’m good I will not be extending. Then when I get to work some was saying their rates was going to $1,300 plus power still. This is due to inflation was the excuse. Then the manager Juan said the rate was only going up $34 a month. I confirmed to $629 he said yes. Three days later received another email saying it was going to $649 starting May 1st. Must better places to stay for a cheaper price that is very family friendly and quiet.

Love the large lots! Modern facility with great people. The pickleball group was the best! Loved the Monday golf group. Enough activities but we can see that the social group will be organizing even more next year. Pool area is large and enjoyable Active group of people who are young at heart and physically unvolved. Office staff is very helpful. Love being so close to SpaceX, South Padre Island, and Brownsville. So much to do. The resort has easy access to highways. Secure location and felt safe. Grass could be trimmed a little more frequently. Yes, it is windy but you are close to the ocean so what do you expect. We enjoyed our experience this year so much that we are booked for next year.
