We stayed here for 2 nights in our camper. It was very close to the NP, just a few minute drive. The camper spots were small, we were in a standard spot. Thankfully we didn’t have neighbors so we didn’t feel to tight. The spots are on a small hill, but east enough to level. The pool and hot tub looked clean. The staff was friendly. The campground seems a bit outdated.

Perfect for our stay! The office was amazing and very accommodating with all our questions. The weather being cold and rainy made our stay a little more challenging since we were tent camping, but the lodge was a great reprieve for kiddos to wait out some of the storm watching a movie and working on a puzzle. We'd booked a spot with a shelter and pulled the tent under it for the heavy rain, no issues. Plenty of space. Pool was being repaired (new liner) the first day, but was open until the storms made it unsafe the rest of our stay. Horseback riding next door offers discount for guests staying here, we absolutely loved the ride. Super close to Mesa Verde. Hot showers, coin laundry, and bathrooms close to all the sites made it easy. Great family-run and family-oriented business, definitely recommend!!

This is a great RV/camping spot that is super close to the entrance to Mesa Verde National Park. RVs and trailers of all sizes can get a spot with varying degrees of hookups. The bathrooms and showers are very clean and we never had to wait to use either. There are a ton of activities and amenities for families and fun: a recreation room with billiards, foozball, puzzles, and movies; a swimming pool with hot tub; mini golf; a playground; a small convenience store in the front office. There are horse properties surrounding, so you can get a lot of flies: pack the bug spray!

This place has a distinct family owned vibe. I attended a work conference here with our leadership team. The meeting space barn is spacious and does have electricity and lights. Most of the group has RV campers and mentioned that the hookups were good. I stayed in one of the cabins. The cabins are small. I think they advertised that they sleep four to six. I would only try to put four or six in a cabin if you're all family and get along really well. Other than that the cabins are very nice and outfitted with a microwave TV and lights. It's about a 20-yard walk to the restrooms and showers from the cabins. The little convenience store in the office is surprisingly well equipped. Overall I think this will be a great place if you're planning a family reunion in the area!

Very nice campground about a mile from the entrance to Mesa Verde. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hot tub, nice playground and mini golf on site but did not use. Very large dog play enclosure including an old, but very serviceable agility course! Pull through space was a tad narrow if you have any pull outs, but we made it work. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is definitely not fancy, but that's okay because it's camping. We had a tent site and then my parents brought their RV, so I don't know what the cabins are like. I thought the sites were great, but the RV spots were a little to close for my comfort. We had an amazing time and the amenities were great. Two dog parks that were convenient, little store that was helpful, free put-put for the weekend (campy but still fun!), clean bathrooms and showers, and of course beautiful surroundings and close to the park! (Seriously, so close). I felt the people in the office were nice and helpful. We didn't visit the hot tub and the pool was still closed (it was way cold that weekend) but it seemed alright. Was really amazed at how it didn't feel crowded over a holiday weekend. Recommended for a trip to Mesa Verde!

We stayed with our family of 7 while visiting Mesa Verde. The pool was clean and fun. Our dog enjoyed the large dog park letting him run free for a while. The site was a very nice back in site with lost of cedar trees. They are really close to the park enterance but don't plan on returning for lunch the park is to big. I would highly recommend for a visit.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The park is clean and staff are friendly. They have a small store to pick up forgotten items and ice. Our purpose for staying here was Mesa Verde National Park which this Park feels apart of. It maybe is a mile away. Great views, we saw the lunar eclipse from here. Our RV neighbors were friendly. We didn't take part in the pool or spa but they do have one. We would stay here again if in the area.

Wanted to see the park, stopped at office to see if we could walk or drive through. Very curt response "no we don't allow that". Mid day, in a jeep. We have come to the area 2 years in a row and wanted to look at smaller campground. Reviews look decent but area where we drove in looked run down. Won't consider future visits!

tldr: DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE IN CHILLY WEATHER! I can imagine it’s super nice in the summer, but we stayed in April. Here are the pros: super close to Mesa Verde, location is beautiful, wifi is passable (don’t try to stream, it’s not happening), showers are warm and clean, laundry facilities are nice and work well ($2 to wash, $2 to dry) Hot tub was closed and we never visited the lodge, but they look nice too. Now the experience: we booked this place as a break from sleeping in the car all bundled up in 15° sleeping bags. Our “cozy” cabin was as cold as outside when we got here, but we were assured it would heat up if we gave the heater (see photo 1) some time. It ran for 8 hours straight and the cabin was only ever around 45°. We were also told to “stuff something in the windows” to keep the heat in..😳 but with all the gaps in the walls and around the windows (photo 2) it was never comfortable. The website names all these in-cabin amenities, but you can only run maybe 2 at once.. so you must turn off the heat before running the microwave, for example. You are notified via print-out, only after handing over your non-refundable payment, when you check in.(see photo 3) We would not have booked this place had we seen anything indicating as much online. The dish sink water only runs cold, btw, so good luck getting anything clean without having to boil some water. This should be a summer-only place for cabin rentals, having them available to rent when it’s still getting down to 24° at night is, honestly, unsafe. We were prepared with down sleeping bags and thermal gear, but others may not be. Definitely don’t expect the shelter you’d want to have in cold weather, like we did, because you won’t get it. We cut our losses and left after night one, despite having paid for two nights, to go somewhere actually warm and comfortable.

Great park, lots of spaces. Ours was almost perfectly level with full hook ups. Folks are super friendly and helpful. 2 dog parks: 1 medium sized with grass and 1 huge grass park with agility equipment. Pool, hot tub, mini golf, park store, propane fill up, dump station, bathrooms and laundry room. Fire ring and table at each site with community fire pits and gathering areas. Conveniently located close to Mesa Verde national park and only about 10 miles from town with Walmart, tire stores, and all the major fast food chains. Great place with lots of ambience. You could stay a few days just to enjoy all this park has to offer.

Great location. Clean sites, easy pull-thrus. Spotless restrooms and showers.. Game room has pool table, movies, books, games and puzzles. ALL very clean. Deluxe & premium refer to site size; each site has water, sewer & power. The standard sites are kind of tight but we we're out all day so not bad, overall. Hot tub was an awesome treat after hiking all day. Pool and mini golf on site.
